Possibly. There is a known energy reseller -- company name escapes me at the moment -- who sends their people door-to-door frequently. Lots of posts about it on Nextdoor.com. They will say they just want to "look at your bill" and it will "only take a minute". What they wind up doing is switching the unsuspecting person's energy provider to that third party company.
Bunch of responses have mentioned hikes. Friend of my wife recommended an app called AllTrails (https://www.alltrails.com/). I've been taking our dog on early morning walks for the last several months, every day (early, before it gets crazy hot, but the humidity ---- nothing I can do about that). Local known trails got old fast. This app (both the website and phone app) is a little clunky to get used to but it is great once you do. Harley (our dog) and I have discovered a slew of (new) walk-to hikes ( I honestly hate driving to go for a hike) near our house. Give it a try.
Also, hobbies. Indoors and there are literally an infinite number of hobbies you can pick up, or continue if you've already got some.
You might look on nextdoor.com. A lot of small, independently-operating handymen can be found there. Just look for previous posts about handyman or odd jobs. I have used a service called Handy Ma'ams and they are decent.
You say a "water lever", so is this a valve of some sort? I'd be wary of going too cheaply on the repair if it involves plumbing, but maybe that's just me.
Its a lacrosse weather station thing. You can get one off Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Crosse-Technology-V40A-PRO-INT-Professional-Weather/dp/B07VNP2HFB/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=lacrosse+technologies+v40a&qid=1604007060&sr=8-3
The probe/measures attaches to your house or balcony, and it connects the to monitor inside. Additionally, the is a monitor that can go outside that shows temperature and humidity (crucial).
Besides cycling, I've taken up resistance bands. Rubber Banditz has a good set on Amazon. You'd have to watch a couple YouTube vids to get a few exercises. I'll ride to wherever and workout on whatever you can loop the bands on.

We definitely see spring-like weather in the middle of winter, but it doesn't usually stay warm for very long.
February was particularly warm this year.
I've been using Project Gutenberg, which digitizes classics that are in the public domain. Even if you're not normally a classics reader, over the years I found that I've enjoyed Peter Pan, Alice in Wonderland, The Secret Garden, The Wind in the Willows, and some other older favorites. A lot of books that seem like they would be nice to get around to "sometime" but never would've occurred to me to buy from a bookstore. There's all sorts of stuff on there. If you're a horror fan, maybe Frankenstein, Dracula, or "The King in Yellow." Surprisingly, there's some sci-fi and fantasy on there too.
Okay thanks so much! Are these any good? I ordered them on Amazon but if they’re crap I can return them and get like what you recommended.
It's a crap shoot, TBH. My sister and BIL had an alarm system on their house in NC and it was still broken into on the ONE day they just happened to forget to arm it before they left for work. (The control panel was well hidden from any outside views so the kid took a chance.) There are some unobtrusive and non-alarm system ways to help make your home feel more secure.
This lifehacker article is helpful, but ignore the tip about the $5 laptop. That's just stupid.
Consumer Reports also has a helpful article.
Some other recommendations--window locks that can be installed in the track of a window and be unobtrusive if you still want to open it. Just be sure to put it low enough that people can't still crawl in through the window. (These will run you $3-7 per pair at home depot.) Motion sensor lights (I found solar powered ones for about $15 each on Amazon.)
It was a local project, and the press run sold out long ago. But they pop up used on Amazon: Columbia: A Celebration https://www.amazon.com/dp/0964372819/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_3V05HD8X3FGATF1JJTXN
I did LasikPlus many many years ago. Wife did too.
I need glasses driving and so does she, but we're both early 40s, so expected and they warned us.
I would recommend it 100%. So glad I did.
Water here is quite good. If you still feel like you need to test, you can get them on Amazon. There are a bunch. Here is a highly rated one.
