As I have been preaching since March:
We can't look for our state Gov to assist or help us. It's really that simple.
Source: I have worked at a Healthcare company, and part time work as a bouncer, up through July. 3 of the 4 people in my household work in Healthcare. All of us have been exposed to COVID repeatedly this year. All of us have tested negative on bi-weekly tests since March. None of us have had so much as a summer cold.
If I'm going back to a mask, it's with a KF-94 and a printed tension/ear relief band. They're cheap, offer good protection, offer a solid seal with only mild fitting, and are easy to breathe through. The band I 3D print.
Prices have dropped, too. Here is the brand I use.
I'm sorry about your situation, and I have very little to offer - but do have a little bit. First, out of 6.5 million cases, only a couple seem to be legit reinfections so far. Hopefully you're immune for now and the near future.
Second, the bathroom is not likely to be the issue; you do want to wash but unless you touch something infected and then rub your nose or mouth it's a lower risk setting than say lunch.
The masks are key, and I would add goggles or a facemask if possible. Adding them seems to have really helped cut down transmission in hospital settings.
Of course the highest risk area may actually be the break room and lunch room, as it is for us (turns out it's much riskier vs even the Covid unit at work). Many of us now eat lunch alone in tiny spaces we've managed to find, due to multiple staff to staff exposures and transmissions. People tend to let their guard down. (How on earth will schools handle that in general!! Agree with "too scared to eat"; makes sense)?
Last, for your ears: many of us are using ties to hold the masks off the ears. You can DIY with a tie, or buy them on Amazon and such.
Here's a full video, Alex Jones was there, too, of course:

I can't figure out how to add a second screenshot, but here is the text shared under this:
EDIT-THESE ARE NOT MY WORDS. THIS WAS UNDER THE PICTURE. I personally think she is wrong and ridiculous and definitely not a nurse.

Just an FYI for those interested. If not no worries just scroll on by 😁. This is from a friend that has been wearing this for a while. He is in California and under the totalitarian mandate of their Communist Governor. Texas is better than California but we still have some crazy places that mandate masks. Especially Hospitals and Dr’s office’s Because of the Texas’s Medical Board. As a Nurse I can 100% guarantee that masks don’t really protect you from anything. May give you a false sens of security but that is it.
(If you can still smell food or other smells how in heavens is a mask going to stop an even smaller microbe? It doesn’t!)
Good luck I hope this helps I am making mine today. If you are not interested no problem just giving info for those who want it. Just scroll on by, God Bless
Anyone want to participate in a documentary?
I'm a documentary filmmaker creating a feature length film composed entirely of community video submissions submitted daily as the COVID-19 pandemic progresses. We are looking for people (anyone!) to submit daily or at least frequent short videos documenting and discussing their lives during this pandemic. Everyone is in this together but experiencing so many different things, so we want to use the power of cell phones and the internet to create a global picture of how humans are fighting and coping with COVID-19.
More about the film via our sign-up page: https://airtable.com/shrMT5PyLJ8QpDFJR
PLEASE feel free to ask questions, I want to be transparent. I may not be prompt, but I will answer any questions I can. We have applications in with the International Documentary Association for fiscal sponsorship, and have a pending application for a National Geographic COVID-19 journalism grant.
My heart goes out to everyone fighting this; we're in this together.

So far we've had a lot of positive feedback about the process and many have found it therapeutic in these times.

Education requirements to become a doctor for one, extraordinarily high standards of excellence requirements for entry to an actual hospital for two, lack of younger generation interest and motivation given one and two for three. This gen be lazy.
Also, have you seen the things we let this generation get away with? They need some discipline for themselves, and more from others.
Parents used to push their kids to get into medical. Now it’s, “oh little Johnny, you want to drive a garbage truck when you grow up? How nice let’s get you a garbage truck toy!” AND A GARBAGE TRUCK TOY EXISTS TODAY!!!!! In the past the best toys were ones that stood for excellence, wealth, power, heroes, etc. Today... well, a garbage truck toy exists... WT ever loving F.
