Quick question, what percentage of FDA employees are vaccinated?
Here's the answer for percentage of CDC employees vaccinated:

This seems relevant. If anyone can find the percentage of FDA employees vaccinated, please post a link.

No problem. I just looked at my old “supplement list” I used to take. I was taking 2 tbsps of coconut oil every day along with oil of oregano supplements. https://www.amazon.com/Oreganol-Oil-Super-Strength-P73/dp/B003QB7E5O (must contain P73) with vitamin C too. I was on this regime for 3 months and took care of all my fatigue. Good luck.
Looks like a cold sore. If it is actually a cold sore. I’d then ask for anti virals from your doctor.
Also bee propolis (if you’re not allergic to bees) is good too for healing/getting rid of cold sores super fast. I use this one: Ys Bee Farms, Bee Propolis Super... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00028NCVO?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
A little goes a long way and dilute with water when applying as it can be very drying but very effective.
Also lysine pills can help too.
Why not just look at the protein expression data on Page 6 of the Japanese government report? https://www.docdroid.net/xq0Z8B0/pfizer-report-japanese-government-pdf#page=6 It's at the injection site and liver at 6 hours, injection site only at 24 hours, and below limits of detection by day 6. Strange why people would just ignore that part of the study...
Stop eating, or significantly reduce, sugar and carbohydrate intake. Basically go on keto or similar anti-inflammatory diet.
I would also suggest taking Quercetin, known for its anti-inflammatory properties.

Yes I had covid last June 2020. I got the vaccine about 3 weeks ago, I now have arm soreness & sometimes slight chest/rib discomfort on left side. I had this same exact feeling for a few months with covid it went away after like 3 months. All tests & scans came back normal. So it was most likely inflammation (costochrondritis) I have a cardiologist appointment in a week just to make sure but yeah I’m skipping the 2nd dose atleast for now until I make sure everything is ok. Take fish oil, turmeric, etc in the meantime to help reduce inflammation. I just ordered this pill https://www.amazon.com/365-Everyday-Value-Glucosamine-Chondroitin/dp/B074KHWVHW/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=msm+supplement+capsules+whole+foods&qid=1622171040&sr=8-4 another user said it got rid of their inflammation pain from the vaccine. Their are other cheaper brands out there if you look
I got these for fish oil:
and this for the other 3 (sorry can’t find smaller/cheaper bottle online but got it for less at whole foods)
Warning, these are horse pills so not for people with sensitive gag reflexes lol
I don't get it either.. I hate that we have to emphasize that we're not anti-vax just because we may be hesitant or have questions...
Anyway, I'm very sorry you're going through this. I hope you're back to normal soon!!
I'm not very knowledgeable about vaccines, but I've been trying to learn.. and idk where you're located, or if this would help you much, but I'm dropping a video that might help. It's a long one, but one of the speakers suggested some tests you can have run after the vaccine. Maybe as a starting point, if things don't get better for you.. though I hope they do!
I've had some vertigo like a decade ago. They call it BPPV (Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo). One possible cause is debris inside the inner ear that confuses those tiny hairs that tell your brain what position your head is in. There is an exercise you can do at home to settle those tiny bits of debris. You can also go to a doctor and they will go through the exercise with you.
If you look up Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo on youtube, you will see a bunch of videos that run you through the head motions that will settle the debris. If you want to make it easy on yourself, there is a device that helps you position your head properly. It helped with me a lot, but not 100%.

Not 100% sure that this was related to covid or the shot, but it happened at the same time. Might have been a coincidence.
It is indeed covid arm and Benadryl spray helped me a lot. Last two days

Six week long full body is harsh...I hope you feel better soon...that's not improved for you at all? Please update with how you feel, that is rough.
I waited nine weeks (minimum of six here as a gap). Both doses were in my left arm, as I didn't think swapping would make much difference and I didn't want shenanigans in my dominant arm.
Still feeling fine. I didn't take any medication before it or after, but I do take multivits on a regular basis. I bought a bottle of these after my shot for the B complex vits: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Natures-Plus-Source-Multivitamin-Gummies/dp/B010OUSWNC/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=source+of+life+gummies&qid=1631013627&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExNTdPSzVZODc3VzRVJmVuY3J... For the first one I took Quercetin and melatonin in addition to a multivit. I don't know if they helped to reduce the symptoms, I've just had them to hand for a while.
Okay. I’ve been taking this: Andrew Lessman Magnesium Intensive Care 250 Capsules – 200mg Mild Ultra-Soluble Magnesium, Supports Nerves, Muscles, Brain and Heart, No Additives, Gentle to Even The Most Sensitive Stomachs https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IA10O8O/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_446JKW3KBSFDQVTNJQE6
Ill try that!
If you are suffering from afib, you could also get a Kardia device. They are really expensive for what they are and in this case, showing in the app that you have afib or any other heart issues won't be classed as a diagnosis, but will get you in the door at a cardiologist.
https://www.amazon.com/Kardia-Mobile-AliveCor-Black-0-6oz/dp/B01A4W8AUK
I would suggest taking just magnesium. A triple blend like you’re taking isn’t really going to help Palpatations much. Especially if it’s magnesium oxide in there.
Look for citrate or glycinate. I take: Andrew Lessman Magnesium Intensive Care 60 Capsules – 200mg Mild Ultra-Soluble Magnesium, Supports Nerves, Muscles, Brain and Heart, No Additives, Gentle to Even The Most Sensitive Stomachs https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M07E971/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_FS5S20WCGX8KQXJ6Z3VV
Just FYI. Palpatations are not inherently dangerous. Though they are annoying. Also, I had Palpatations pre vaccine when I didn’t feel anxious. There’s so much going on here.
Thing is: if the numbers are good and things are all fine...it really is.
