This is very similar to our setup! I would recommend lowering the water levels for the floating candles to about 2/3’s full. It allows light to reflect off of the inside of the vase. Similar to how the pillar candles look in the other vases, you want the flame at a similar height with the floating candles.
Is there greenery in the vases with water? If so, I would remove that, it just clutters the view IMO.
We are doing tea lights. I found 6 hour ones on Amazon. The normal ones I use day to day only last about 3 hours. These should last for the majority of the reception.
This is the best deal we've seen on either of these so far:
18 Pack Led Fairy Lights Battery Operated Mini String Lights
Chiffon Arch Drapes Fabric 3 Panels 6 Yards White&Ivory&Nude

This price is not what I paid for it this morning, I paid $12 for 50 stems
these types of clip are good to hot glue flowers into. And they don’t have the prongs like alligator clips, that could potentially snag dress up clothes.
Ooh thank you!!
Also, I’m a graphic designer and work with random fonts all the time. There are actual font identification tools out there that you can use for free! Obviously getting the info straight from the source is best but when you’re in a pinch, there’s a tool for that!
How many tables will you have? To save some time, Amazon is selling a pack of two plant stands that look similar to the one in the picture for £27.83 ($34.99). That's fairly inexpensive for a pack of two as I'm sure their centerpieces probably ran a lot higher. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!

Ahh art deco is such a cool theme! I went to an Art Deco/Gatsby literary event in Senate House in London and they had people wandering round as moonshiners who you had to get gin and ingredients off to make your cocktail, it was so much fun! I'm using little bottles like these:
Our wedding colours are sort of best described as "peacock colours" so I'm planning on flavouring them with blue boiled sweets, green and purple skittles and Parma violets so they fit with the colour scheme haha. Plus skittle gin is delicious!
A tealight might be a little small in scale for this look. You can get larger floating LED candles
Floating Flameless LED Candles 3" diameter (Bulk Discounts) (qcandles.com)
Be sure to test out your flowers to make sure the dye doesn't bleed. You don't need to epoxy the silk flowers to the vase. You can attach a fishing weight to the bottom. That way you can sell the vases after the wedding.
I certainly can! Super Star Quality Clear Acrylic Double Sided Frames Display Holder with Vertical Stand and 3mm Gold Border, 5 x 7-Inches (Pack of 6) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01FJABHKW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_G90gFb6918R9E
I used Arteza acrylic paints; I got a set of 20 in vintage colors. For most of the burgundy I used the burgundy or “wine red” paint mixed with a little brown to deepen it. Once I ran out of wine red it took more mixing and color theory to find the color I wanted. I mixed the color I wanted in paint then added about the same amount of glycerin as paint and twice as much water. Hope this helps!
Amazon fence privacy greenery - you can get free standing, or fabric backed, and mount whatever additional floral to the backing, and either lean it against the wall or hang it with heavy duty fishing line from the railing above.
Glycerin was from Amazon
As much as I hate to say it and know I’ll get downvoted for it, most of my greenery is from Hobby Lobby 😬 I tried Joann’s and Michaels first and a few local shops, and got some online from Oh You’re Lovely but I’m a very tactile person so seeing it in person to purchase was big for me and HL had a MUCH bigger selection than any other store in my area.

These might be the exact ones you’re looking for but there are lots of options on Amazon at varying price points.
Oh I didn't even think of draping it! I was thinking of something freestanding, like this: Garden Arch (Amazon) And then you use heavy fabric as a backing to hide the crosses, and do some sort of simple flower or tulle thing around the arch itself.
I used these holders which helped a lot with shape and form: Orangehome 6-Pack Bouquet Holder, DIY Wedding Foam Bouquet Handle Bridal Floral Fresh Artificial Flower Holder Decoration https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07D8RB4D5/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_navT_a_5HWG5C9G0R5PYVBM1WZ3
Yes here they are, and I was wrong about the price, they were only $8 and the quality was nice! We used these printable place cards from Amazon .
Super straightforward to use. We didn't need meal selection, but you could easily add another line or do it after printing with a sticker.
It was Arteza acrylic paint I bought off Amazon. I may end up needing to restock a few colors depending on how many flowers I need, but I thought a variety pack was a good starting point. I will note there is no black and the “van dyke brown” is much lighter than other paints of the same shade name. So it’s a bit tough to get colors darker than the starting point without supplementing with other paints. Hope this helps!
If it’s going on a table, could you use something like this to hang them? Shepherd’s hooks that temporarily mount to tables/rails.
Or maybe thrift some pretty pots, could even plant something in there if you want and put the full shepherd’s hooks in them. And they come in different designs. Might be able to incorporate your vies around the them too!
I got them off amazon! They are the utopia dish towels.
They aren't technically napkins, so they are an awkward size if you intend to do some kind of fancy folding, but they still worked great! The guests loved them and they are 100% cotton.
There is a product called UGlue. It’s a gummy floral tape that they use in arrangements. It sticks very well to faux flowers and other materials such as wood or plastic but is removable. You can get a roll of it on Amazon for about $21

I got em from Amazon.

I made a table centerpiece with several of mine! I put it on the coffee table most of the time but it's nice for a dining table centerpiece as well, because it's nice a low. It took me forever to find a mold large enough until I realized that soap making molds over work very well (make sure it has a smooth and glossy internal texture though!) I eventually used this one I bought on Amazon. It was a very long process due to size of the mold and complexity of the flowers and honestly it didn't turn out perfectly, but I am so pleased with it/glad I did it!
If you’re looking for a photo booth option I heard this was on sale … not sure if I think it’s worth it: WF Tastemakers Polaroid at-Home Instant Photo Booth (RED) (815221024502) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08P2CPFF3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_4MZMQJJ7PGNAYACD8M4W
A redditor suggested this engraveable frame, which worked great for us! We also had an Instax "photo booth" and funnily enough, I bought props and so did my siblings. They also surprised us with a plain guest book, markers, and glue sticks to stick the instant photos into the book, but no one did that, LOL. We did use this photo display, though!
I used this photo backdrop frame for our flower wall. You definitely want to fill the sandbags to weight it down or anchor to something else. We had ours zip-tied to the canopy frame
Thanks for the suggestion! I found these are the biggest I could find a set of at 16 inches, which is not bad. Can I ask why the embroidery hoops are better than metal? Only asking because using the metal would save us the hassle of having to spray paint them (I've never spray painted anything before, but I imagine you would need to either go outside or lay down a lot of newspaper right?)
Also, any suggestions on how to attach hoops to a base?
Thank you! Though I will warn you they were covered in powder, I had to shake them out and rinse them off. Definitely do it outside it you can.

Could you press them? I've seen microwave flower presses so they get done super fast and you could do a big batch over a day!
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Microfleur-Microwave-Max-Flower-Press/dp/B0050GWV9C
We used these to print on. They’re definitely thinner than fancy letterpress invitations, but they’re a good balance of thickness and being thin enough to not mess with your printer. The envelopes are pretty thin, so if that matters to you, I’d get another set. But everyone is going to throw the envelope out pretty much immediately, so it didn’t bother me! Especially not when I’m spending ~$5 total for our save the dates.
We ordered this simple paper prop set from amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019DHNEEO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_l7d.DbKRQFX23) and it was perfect for us. Lots of variety but not overwhelming or bulky stuff. I’m happy to mail you mine if you want!
Depending on when it is, you might have luck finding a Christmas garland on sale that looks like faux evergreen (not the cheapy fake-tree ones) and arrange them with the flowers you want and then double stick tape them to the table. You may even be able to find some with lights which would be pretty cute!
Edit: maybe something like this, might need 2 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RSMSD3R/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_l2sdFbSQRZT2K

If you’re going to order from AliExpress - start ordering ASAP. I placed orders in March that still aren’t here for ring boxes and jewelry. Jewelry in the past has always been reasonable fast. Shipping is really inconsistent.
Cricut and rear feed printer ($60 canon on sale) have been great. Especially to get a clean modern look.
I’d say invites are a toss up. I’m not sure that I saved money overall... I do think I got a more premium suite vs buying that same suite. I could definitely have done less and spent a lot less.
LCI paper is great. Sign up for their newsletter they’ve been running infrequent sales. You can buy samples to see the colors. (I have a lot of the greys if you have questions). Responsive customer service and product was shipped well.
I also used Cat Print for the invites I designed.
If you have some storage space, Michaels and Joann and a ton of other places are sitting on quarantine inventory and running huge discounts to get rid of it before fall. I got cheap white buckets for hotel welcome packs for family and these really nice tall ceramic white vases ($5 but I think they’d be cheaper now) to put our send off wands in.
I used: $1 stemless wine glasses, adhesive stencils, armour etch, fine glitter and dishwasher safe modge podge. I found the cute boxes on amazon.
I have one set aside (messed up the etching) to test the dishwasher safe aspect after it's had a few weeks to cure.
I did something similar! Bought cute flutes for $1 each and got custom decals with our last name and wedding date from amazon for ~$10.
Here’s the link for the decals if anyone’s interested! They turned out really well!

I bought this $13 veil off Amazon and it was GORGEOUS.
Do you guys plan to leave the card box out on the day for guests to put their cards in directly? Or is this for you/bridal party to store them in safely?
If the first then you’ll need to make sure you get something with a slot eg this one on amazon
Otherwise think that wooden box posted above looks great - and you could paint that one to match your theme even!
You can cut paper at home using a Cricut or Silhouette cutting machines. I linked to the most popular of each brand, but there are more machines to choose from, and each have their pro's and con's. Both brands go on sale regularly, and can be bundled with different kits and accessories either on Amazon or Joann's or Michaels or the manufacturer's websites.
However, you are going to need time to do this. We cut paper lace similar to this picture for my friend's wedding and had two machines running at the same time and it took us months to cut out 100 invitations... and they were unbelievably pretty in the end. This is a great way to do it, but it is not easy or fast.
