There are English patches for both the Japanese and Korean versions.
The Japanese version also has a PC version that you can link to your phone, enabling to play on both.
The game is indeed restricted geographically. I used a VPN(NordVPN) to accepts Japanese sites like DMM.
If you make a Japanese Google account you can simply download it from Google Play on your phone using a VPN.
The patch for the Japanese version is a very simple drag and drop file. Hope on the discord to really get in depth with that.
Took me about an hour to get everything figured out. Some advice, keep a phone around so you can use Google Translate. It allows you to translate things live through your camera so you can literally hold it up to read the screen live without having to stop and translate.
You need to download the apk from a third party app site like apkpure.
As far android emulators go, I've only tried NOX and it works well but may crash sometimes during Raid Boss battles. However as with all emus, the pc should have at least a 4 core processor and needs to have virtualization enable in the bios for best results.
