ET is till going as Enemy Territory: Legacy.
Team Muppet has servers that usually have a fair few players - was extremely busy during lockdown.
Here's a list of servers (when I checked all had zero players in them):

I haven't played that in ages so I don't know how similar the UI is to ET, but if there is a console to open, open it and try: /connect and try any of the IP address listed on that site.

Best way to find games, Team Muppet is the best server but plays on a EU time schedule so you have to play in the day
The main Dev Coroner came back and started to work on this version. Here's the website http://www.truecombatelite.com/. Not a lot of people playing CQB right now. Mostly because playing one map over and over for almost half a year kind of gets old. But a new map is coming next patch and he might be unlocking the game. So I'm looking forward to that
You can either wait for 1st Match for upcoming Release of 2.77 or use to run Snapshots builds download it for your MacOS from here: https://www.etlegacy.com/workflow-files
So you will run it natively on your Mac :) Wchich is way better option for you than using 3rd party software.

PS: I have no idea how Parallels handle file system there.
Last I played ET was four or five years ago (?), in Europe TeamMuppet servers had enough players for good matches.
If I want to play again, ET: Legacy is the way to go? Are there any European servers that have relatively mild modding? Thanks :D
I was in the same spot, can't remember if the game was running on Yosemite but :
So If you can just use bootcamp and install the game on Windows. Alternatively, you could try using Wine.
The german didn't translate very well, but this seems to be the best bet. Looks like you have insufficient access to whatever folder you installed ET into so when the game goes to access the files, it can't find them.
