Yes, there are plenty of pieces of good advice or true statements in all bodies of religious belief. Some belief sets have more true statements than others. These do not make the bodies of belief 100% true.
As for the rest of your arguments, they are all quite well addressed in Karen Armstrong's <em>A History of God</em>. Just because something is old doesn't make it true. Just because there is a claim of many people seeing a thing doesn't mean it actually happened. Just because an improbable thing has been written down doesn't mean it happened. The argument from personal incredulity is not a strong argument.
