> We can eat red meat?
Yes. I used to stay away from red meat too. Now I eat more red meat.

Long answer, check this book: https://www.amazon.com/Big-Fat-Surprise-Butter-Healthy/dp/1451624425.
This is the one I've been using https://www.amazon.ca/Vega-Protein-Greens-Berry-Servings/dp/B015R0W50K The ingredients seem fine for what I know about NAFLD. Mind you I'm not into gym and heavy lifting so don't know if it'd be good enough. I use to drink one every morning but after talking about it some with members of this community I've tapered off and only have it in a smoothie twice a week to limit the amount of sugar from the fruits I'm getting.
Check out dr Eric Berg on YouTube. Explains why fats are good. Some of the best foods for the liver have choline in them. Choline will help remove fat and dissolve it. Liver, egg yolk, red meat, mushrooms, fish. These have choline which are best foods for the liver. They all have healthy fats. When you remove the carbs and sugar your body burns fat for energy. And it usually uses up the fat on organs first. Keto diet is great for this. But it has to be a healthy Keto. So Whole Foods. Lots of vegetables meats avocados. So many are great for the liver. One avocado a week can reduce blood lipids and fats and help protect the liver. Avocados are made of fat. Probiotics. Greek yoghurt, kefir, sour kraut. Cabbage, broccoli and kale. Stay away from diet drinks! Try fasting. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KKLVK2D/ref=cm_sw_r_api_i_D4E8DEZVGBRWPDTB35WD_0
yes he knows but he thinks they don't do anything.
I'm taking something call liver support.
Awesome. can I ask why you need a bread alternative? There’s nothing wrong with bread. Grains are not the enemy :) Check out the starch solution

While my doctors didn't require I get a BMR scale, I do find that helpful. The only thing I didn't mention in that post is learning what my BMR is, but that's because it's not something you can really calculate at home like the more relevant info. But knowing your BMR is helpful because when you reach your goal weight that's actually the number of calories you want to eat a day to maintain that goal weight. The scale I use is this one: https://smile.amazon.com/RENPHO-Bluetooth-Bathroom-Composition-Smartphone/dp/B01N1UX8RW/ref=rvi_1/130-0681032-2622437?pd_rd_w=gGwfG&pf_rd_p=f5690a4d-f2bb-45d9-9d1b-736fee412437&pf_rd_r=ST3JPGGTKD4P99TZ648X&pd_rd_r=7cf90172-dcb5-4e6b-b8a7-741c104e3c9f&pd_rd_wg=FqTph&pd_rd_i=B01N1UX8RW&psc=1 My doctor has a special scale in his office that calculated my BMR as 1,306 calories (hence why I eat 1,100-1,300 calories a day- it's less than my BMR so I will lose weight that way). That home scale calculated my BMR as 1,344 calories, so it's pretty close. BMR is impacted by a lot of factors, including muscle mass and body fat percentage. Meaning it's a semi-fluid number that changes as your body changes. I find tracking it quite helpful, so just wanted to add that to your tools in all this.

This is the kind I use, Teddie: https://www.amazon.com/Teddie-Natural-Peanut-Butter-16-Ounce/dp/B006045OJ2/
There's also one at Costco. I just can't stand the peanut butter with sugar in it, so this is what I've used for years.
I’m having trouble finding peanut butter with 0 sugar. Can you share some products? The Kraft one I’m using is this
Kraft Peanut Butter, All Natural Sea Salt, 750g https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B06XQRDV62/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_6RF2G92MVFHQN5QZKS5T

It would be more like injury from the alcohol and medication. This calculator can help explain it some. Remember the liver is amazing organ with the ability to heal and recover, but you absolutely must make changes for that to happen. https://www.omnicalculator.com/health/ast-alt-ratio
consider a vegan based protein. Whey protein messed with my digestion pretty good. This is the one I use:

This isn't me advocating for a vegan based diet. Just that this was a little easier on my system.

I have bought this one about 5 times now. When I was first diagnosed and feeling really crappy I took 2 caps 2x a day per doctor. Now I just take 2 caps a day and feeling great. Good luck!
The WFPB crowd use dates, date syrup, maple syrup, bananas, and other unrefined sweeteners. The idea is to use whole foods as much as possible. But I personally like this monk fruit and erythritol combo because I’m keeping my sugar intake to a minimum. This stuff actually tastes nice. I use it in coffee, sauces and dressings as a replacement for maple syrup, and in baking.
