I bought a lace maternity dress on amazon for about $20 for a fundraiser we had to go to, I was really happy with the fit and the quality for the cost. If you don’t have any dressier maternity stuff, check amazon! The one I got was this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MXDC0W9/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_zcYaAbQQSFG3X
Comotomo bottles in 2 packs are on sale on Amazon today - both the 5oz and 8oz. $15.85 for 5oz and $18.79 for 8oz. Both of these are historically low prices.
I actually bought a singleton 5oz last week (grrr, regretting it now) just to see what it was like in-person and am really pleased with it so far! Obviously no guarantee that baby will like them, but I know these are popular bottles that tend to be more expensive.
I just got a Kindred Bravely sleep/nursing bra from Amazon and it is SO NICE. Comfy comfy and so soft. I've had to get new bras a few times since a) underwire stopped being OK at like, week 6, and b) I have gone up a band size, and this is the nicest maternity bra I've bought yet. https://www.amazon.com/Kindred-Bravely-Racerback-Maternity-Breastfeeding/dp/B01MSWFMXZ/ref=sr_1_1?
I've also started stocking up on maternity gear, so far I've gotten jeans and t-shirts from Old Navy (the shirts are nice and long which is great as I am tall and have a long torso), some nicer shirts from Gap and Pink Blush. I also got some leggings from Motherhood this weekend and I might not take them off like, ever.
I'm right on the verge of standard and plus sizes so I appreciate that all of these shops carry a decent size range! Some maternity lines stop at surprisingly small sizes.
It was Thayer's and I think I got it from well.ca originally, but they also have in on amazon (not sure if well only ships in Canada). My old grocery store used to carry it in the crunchy beauty/cleaning products section too - so they might have it in other health food stores.
This one from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01H6WXUX8/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_4ciHzbCY18D5Q there is a baby specific version too. I originally bought this for me, but I'm deciding to save it for the nursery.
I got it on Amazon.
Thanks for the hope about having a normal sized baby - I was 8lb7oz, hubby was 9lb1oz, my little bro was a whopper at 10lbs4oz (my poor mother!). Fingers crossed!
I have a work event to go to this year and ended up getting a dress on Amazon. I got this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074XKKX26/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_eEYaAbZ47ZEG1
It comes Friday and I'm hoping will fit even after baby. Plus, it has pockets.
I just ordered these from Amazon because they had good reviews but most importantly they had a "busty" option. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MTXYVSS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Haha, to be honest we just used the Avent bottle that came with our Amazon free registry box. I don't even know what sized nipple it was (but it's a small bottle). She is a big fan of eating generally, so I think she would have taken whatever was offered haha.
ETA: It appears to be this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LYSKQYE/ref=s9_dcacsd_dcoop_bw_c_x_1_w?th=1 with the newborn nipple https://www.amazon.com/Philips-AVENT-Anti-Colic-Nipple-Medium/dp/B01JJB87VY/ref=sr_1_4_s_it?s=baby-products&srs=2598474011&ie=UTF8&qid=1521841531&sr=1-4&th=1
No baby here yet, but I've heard good things about Baby Manager. You can track feedings, sleep, diaper usage, etc. and the data converts into little graphs. I'm planning to use it.
I liked this article https://www.webmd.com/baby/features/hypnobirthing-calmer-natural-childbirth#1
It states- same as in the book- that as long as mom and baby area healthy it should work as intended, but it leaves you open to any necessary medical intervention.
I also bought these ginger candies off Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004BH15K2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 They're a little expensive but I'm desperate to find something that helps. I just have a low level nausea, but no vomiting (knock on wood).
Ha! I checked my Amazon order history from 2011 and found this. But there are probably better ones out there by now!
PSA: Amazon has the Graco Fastaction Fold Jogger Travel System for $119! We had this on our registry and it has been $250. I used my Amazon completion discount (moved my due date up a month and it was instant) so it came to be $101!
At Sprouts but you can get the same thing on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Natures-Way-Premium-Fenugreek-Veg-Capsule/dp/B074N8NRHK/ref=sr_1_5_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1530126140&sr=8-5&keywords=fenugreek
I almost called it quits too. One morning I only got 3 oz. and that was supposed to be my best pump and my baby was refusing my boob but then I got really emotional trying to make a decision and just started taking this stuff and upping my calories.
We have this rattle and she loves it. Easy to grab, chewable, and was a staple for most babies when I worked in childcare

Not shorts but I bought a bunch of these joggers and wore them to work all pregnancy and postpartum. The patterns are a little loud but the fabric is soft and stretchy. Maybe something similar in solid colors would work?
Thanks for asking this question. I’m also wondering the same! Husband and I have a minimalist attitude towards ‘stuff’. LO has a couple of fluffy stuffed animal friends that she adores to squeeze and ‘cuddle’, and some colourful animal-shaped links that she’s not at all interest in. During night changes, she is absolutely enchanted by this cat. But that’s pretty much it
I'm wearing my maternity/nursing dresses to work/everyday, not nursing but they fit. They are solid colors, I bought a bunch of random ones on amazon but these ones ended up being my favorites

Have you tried a book like one of these books ? This is the only thing besides the video that my LO stares at for minutes at a time. She loves it.
My LO started doing the choking/coughing this week while bottle feeding. I found that she needs to burp whenever she does it. Of course she throws a fit an gets super fussy because she still wants to eat but still needs to burp. Once she burps she starts to eat again fine.
If you want to slow him down while eating and have more of a "breast" like eating experience I would suggest the Breastflow bottle as it slows them way down. But it's also kind of an annoying bottle. You can't get all of the milk out when feeding. But it's the one our LC suggested when we were still trying to BF.
We’ve had some success with an extra slow flow nipple (we used Tommee Tippee Closer To Nature First Feed Bottle). It still leaks out of her mouth and down her chin when we use it but at least she doesn’t choke on it. The unfortunate side effect is that she takes a decade to eat from it.
Other replier is correct, probiotics promote healthy gut bacteria. Adults sometimes take these too, especially if they have taken broad-spectrum antibiotics, wiping out some of their good bacteria along with the bad and causing digestive problems.
Babies only start developing gut bacteria after they are born (breast milk contains it to help them!) and the probiotics are meant to help with that process. There are some studies demonstrating their effectiveness.
We are using these ones: https://www.amazon.com/Biogaia-Protectis-Baby-Drops-Vitamin/dp/B00NAG7AF4/ref=sr_1_5_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1520727672&sr=1-5&keywords=biogaia%2Bbaby%2Bprobiotic%2Bdrops&th=1
I’ve been wearing them since December and washing them every 3-4 days (I’ve got a few old ones from DS2 in my rotation too) and they are have been fantastic. I took the padding out once she was born, but before I kept them in.
If you're interested in the "natural" route this feminine spray says it's good for post-partum lady bits and is meant to treat infections, so maybe that's an option? (if you're interested in not going the pharma route)
My OB recommended this brand and I really like them. They’re light compression, so they help keep my swelling down and make zipping up my boots a lot easier.
This is not what I was originally looking for, but OMG I want it: https://smile.amazon.com/Support-Pretty-Mushroom-Shaped-Energy-Romantic/dp/B015O7IM1M/ref=sr_1_4_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1514931843&sr=8-4&keywords=mushroom+light
This is what I was originally looking for: https://smile.amazon.com/Multicolor-Portable-Silicone-Mushroom-Rechargeable/dp/B012SY05G4/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1514931843&sr=8-5&keywords=mushroom+light
We have https://www.amazon.com/dp/B013IJPTFK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_ybRkAbRHRG8QC and it works pretty well. It has a nightlight feature you can choose to use and I like that the mist is visible so I know it's working. And it's super easy to clean. Our last one had the filter you needed to replace and it was such a hassle.
I bought these drawer organizers
The big ones that fit bras actually fit two onesies/ pajamas rolled up side by side. The best and easiest way to fold inside is rolling them! I keep sets separate because honestly who had the time to sort and coordinate after laundry? The narrower organizer I’ll put pants and the organizer w the tiny compartments I’ll put in the baby socks/ gloves/ hats. Everyone has their own method though so stick to what makes the most sense for you. There no right way to do it!
It’s not super portable. But it was our cheaper version of the Halo bassinet for keeping in our room for the first couple of months until he sleeps in his own room.
I have one of the Kindred Bravely sublime bras and love it. I have the small size which fits decently, but doesn't have enough coverage on the sides (currently a UK 30G, was UK 28FF pre-pregnancy). The company is supposed to be rolling out "busty" sizes sometime this/next month, which I think will solve the problem. I have their French Terry bras in x-small busty, and they fit great! The only reason I don't like them as much as the Sublime bra is that pulling a tight band over large breasts (and they're not even leaking yet...) just isn't a ton of fun.
Don't have experience with dandruff build up but I wonder if shampooing could be making the issue worse by drying the area out? I use this product in place of regular shampoo and LOVE it. https://www.amazon.com/Renpure-Solutions-Cleansing-Conditioner-Rosemary/dp/B010AJ5DXY/ref=sr_1_18_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1513763621&sr=8-18&keywords=hair+rosemary+mint
I wouldn't say they're easy to put on, but MUCH easier than socks. I used to use them for running and they were wonderful!

I got this in the mail today. It has decent reviews, so I'm hoping it'll help with my round ligament and back pain.
I bought this one about two months ago to help with my already existing back issues. I like how wide the band is, it closes with velcro in the back (wish it was in the side, or front). I wear it pretty regularly.
AZMED Maternity Belt, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0113WE0QS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_E4-7zb1CHCBJE
Yes, the heavier it gets the more I feel like I should be wearing support to help my back with the added weight. I bought this one on Amazon awhile back when my back was killing me.
My only gripe is that the velcro is in the back. But otherwise it's been great.

I bought a cheap elastic belt ($5, link) on Amazon (they’re for baseball uniforms apparently) and it arrived last night. I’m wearing it now with my unbuttoned hair tie secured jeans under my bump and Oh. My. God. Soooo comfortable. Hopefully, this will still work as the bump grows; do hips grow a lot as pregnancy progresses or is it mostly bump growing forward?
I am a 32GG, and every bra that I have is worth $60+ so getting new ones is completely out of my budget, what I did is ordered these and they helped A LOT, I'll probably end up ordering one or two new bras later on but for now, this will do, I can use all my bras again :D
