I bought these about 18 months ago and am very happy with them: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WNSKS8D/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
They switch from white to yellow when you turn them off and back on. They fit perfectly and I'm super happy with them, especially for the price.
Just skimmed the video.
1- For % I use this app and it's great. Quick search gives this one too - Android, sorry iOS
2- Even though Blend Pumps have e30, it's ethanol + 87, not the ethanol + 91/93 that should be used when mixing your own e30.
Just like you, I round up a % or two from what the AP says is left. I've got an ethanol content gauge installed so I've stopped testing with the test tube. Right now my local stations (Chicago suburbs) are still calculating to e77-e83 which comes to 3-3.5 gallons E to get e30.
This one from Amazon worked for me. Best apps that I have found are FORScan (Very similar to software that ford themselves use) and torque pro with the custom PID's found here. Enjoy!
I think the best option for any make/model OEM wheels is to buy a second hand set and have them repaired if needed, usually around £60 or so a wheel.
It’s molding trim I bought on Amazon

I'd knock the loose paint off and use this then use touch up paint over it... Won't look any worse and will help stop the rust.
Check Amazon for sensors, I picked up a set of 4 for Set of for $50 shipped. Checked the part number against tire rack to make sure they are the right ones. Bought the tpms training tool from Amazon as well. If your having a shop install them they could do the tpms training at the same time.

OP, get a good shop to cut the muffler off. You're looking at $200-250 after all is said and done.
Oh my bad, they are "ROLA 59769 Removable Mount" also off Amazon. They market them for the sedan fiestas but they work on the hatchbacks as well! They aren't as nice as the Thule racks but they haven't given me any problems. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009QRWLKK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_jRzbCb15Y9NBY

I can't remember the name of the redditor who suggested these, but these have been awesome the last month and a half. Just swap the bulbs and that's it. You don't need to re aim and they are vibrant. No issues thus far. Amazon claims they do not fit; they are wrong.
They are the iJDMToy fogs, found on amazon. Did some digging and researching and found I liked these the best since they swap between white and yellow. Amazon link
This is the OBDII I use, it’s honestly such a helpful tool and I always have it plugged in
Okay so these are the bulbs I bought.
They’re luckily not too expensive, only $40. And below is the comparison from the OEM to the new.
https://imgur.com/gallery/cyVTIc5
Now I will have to note. There are two downsides. If you look at the images, you can see that the spread of the light beam isn’t as straightforward as the OEM, but overall it’s not bad, and as long as the main beam of light is at the same height you should be fine. The second, and arguably what you should consider the most. It’s a VERY HARD fit. So when I bought mine, I counted actually get them to fit without some “improvising.” I ended up taking a dremel with a cutting tool and I cut some plastic off from the housing to make enough room for the bulb to fit. It’s a bit tricky, but done right and you can still keep your dust cap on there. After cutting into them a bit, I was able to get the bulbs to fit, and the dust cover back on. The nice part is that these bulbs are adjustable, so you can twist them around to help change the beam spread. There should also be another screw or something on the headlight that allows you to vertically adjust the height on the beam should they be too high. I can get you pictures of the result of me cutting into the plastic if you want as well, I just didn’t have any on me so I’d have to take them for you
I like Touch Up Direct for the paint and one of these for application makes filling in small chips easy and clean without leaving blobs.
I torque to 14 lb.
Spark plugs are definitely one thing you do NOT want to torque down without a proper torque wrench.
Also, for anyone doing spark plugs on these cars, an extended thin walled socket makes the job a piece of cake. I use this one and change my plugs every 10-15k

I just put on the husky and they are pretty killer, I think amazon has them on sale right now for $135. Last week it was for 125. The only thing is for our cars you have to cut the rear section a bit but it was a paper that tells you how.

I just got done replacing mine. It failed around 41k miles. The part is about $15 and can be reached (barely) by removing only the plastic covers surrounding the steering column. The part name and number is Motorcraft YH-1896 HVAC Air Inlet Door/Actuator. I got mine from Rock Auto but Amazon carries them too sometimes. I bought two since they have such a reputation for failing repeatedly. Here is the video I used to learn how to swap it myself. A tip beyond that is to buy a thumb ratchet like this one rather than trying to rig something with a full size socket arm.
I could’ve done without the spec-ds but do enjoy the look, also did the interior and love them! The resistors were way easier to put in than I thought

Get 3M's VHB 5952 to fix your side skirt droop. Be sure to clean off the original adhesive as much as you can first with isopropyl alcohol and, it looks like you may need some Goo Gone or something to get the adhesive lining off too.

I have these and I find them fine with no glare issues
I want to mimic the OEM ford color temperature, that’s why I went so blue
The MK7s have lug nuts that may as well be made of butter. You will eventually round one off, even while being careful. I recommend these:
https://www.amazon.com/Gorilla-Automotive-21133BC-Diameter-Thread/dp/B001O0AMZS
Gorilla's part number is 21133BC if you wanted to buy them elsewhere.
A good long, low-profile floor jack is a good investment too if you don't already own one.
I also bought smaller diameter wheels, but I would recommend driving the car to see if you can live with it. The OEM 17s don't have a lot of sidewall, so you get really sharp turn-in response and trade off a bit of comfort for it. This didn't work for me, as the roads in my city are too rough and I ended up bending a wheel in a pothole.
I'm still on the stock rear motor mount (RMM) until it gives, but I'll probably buy an aftermarket one if and when the time comes. I'm still on the stock drivetrain though, so I would totally recommend a stiffer one if you plan to mod.
They are on my steel winter wheels. I think they are pretty universal as long as you have the right size. These are the exactly ones I bought. United Pacific BHC01-15 15" Chrome Baby Moon Wheel Covers, Set of 4
That's exactly the issue I was having, my local NPR has 3 HD stations and depending on the time of day I like to listen to all of them, and with the stubby antenna I couldn't get them reliably.
This is the one I have. I have a Molten Orange car and this was a bit tooooo orange and not enough red, but it protects my spoiler from the antenna. If you don't have spoiler risers then it wouldn't really be necessary, for what it's worth. It seems like they perfectly calculated the spoiler height to not hit the antenna. I've only had it for like 2 weeks but it hasn't fallen off when I was driving fast or over bumpy roads so I guess it's good.
I put these in my 2017 Fiesta ST, and they have been great so far (4 months). No flicker, easy to install. I’ve yet to find a comparable high beam pairing set though. Sealight Bulbs
I love this guy I picked up on Amazon. It fits in a cup holder but keeps the cupholder operational. And then I just go USB from inside my armrest.
I've tried a few different mounts and have to say i absolutely love this one from amazon. Clips to the air vents. I keep it just to the right of my steering wheel (US). It's one of the cheapest mounts on the market i think and it stays very firm and keeps my phone very secure, which is saying a lot because i'm a delivery driver and spend many hours a day driving my fist like a fist is supposed to be driven
I am in a similar boat, I have a drivers side skirt that came off and most of the clips were trashed. I found another suggestion online so I ordered a bag off Amazon, and while they do work, the clearances are tighter than stock. Comparing them side by side however, they should 100% be comatible... and $9 for 40 of them is a steal considering the other prices I saw.
Do those USB center console conversions not work on the UK models? I didn’t have car play and just had to swap out the usb area in the center console and I have it now. USB Swap

No HPFP. TunePlus is doing the tuning. Apparently they’re good for around 300-330whp without the pump. If there’s fuel rail pressure issues I’ll buy the pump lol.
Here’s the puller tool I bought. Don’t try finding anything like this locally: you won’t. I tried every auto store and even Ford themselves. Also couldn’t really find it cheaper than this.

Vvvivid light smoke. The tails are pretty challenging to get right. At least I thought so.
The loudest possible setup is a short ram intake with a conical filter. I made my own using this filter and this maf housing. Also using the Whoosh crossover pipe and eBay brand induction hose. Of course there are some additional adapters and such you'll need and a 90 degree elbow. It sounds soooooo good and you get all the turbo noises. I believe the previous owner already installed some type of BOV, because I do get some nice noises there.
But gorilla lugs. Or Amazon specials. They have their own socket, good for clearances for lug holes. Non damaging. Easy no slip grip.

Why not something like this kind instead that include an additional Velcro strip backing that you can stick to hard surfaces. I recently Velcro’d a couple cargo nets to the rear seat back, was tired of things rolling around back there

My girlfriend is running the Turbosmart EM BOV Dual Port on her 2017 Fiesta ST.
It was easy to install, besides the top bolt that everyone seems to have trouble with. Having the computer control the blow off instead of having to run a vacuum line was nice. It’s a similar concept as a BOV plate/adapter, but beefier.
If you’re looking for fun noises a BOV is realitvly easy and cheap to install. I think the K&N intake made more of an impact in enjoyable sounds myself.

I'm not sure about 2016, but I did notice on the Android Auto ford page that the 2017 Fiesta isn't listed on there. Hopefully it's not anything bad, but I did find it suspicious.
I would put a little pressure on it and see if it leaks. I recently had a problem with My F150. Turned out the radiator was cracked. This is the tool that I used to put pressure on the cooling system:

I got these TechMax H11 from Amazon for both my Fog and reflectors and after almost a year I’m about to give up on them. They are definitely brighter than stock halogen but the light is very scattered and not all that helpful.. the LEDs in the Fogs seemed to help more than anything but it’s still not to my liking. The occasional flash from oncoming drivers is making me nervous I’m “that guy” and yes I’ve adjusted the height twice since I installed them.
I have parts on the way to do a projector retrofit. I suggest you consider that or go with euro projectors.
I went with these: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07C1LTQ92/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Less than $40 and they're significantly better than the stock bulbs. The cutoff isn't perfect but they're better than other bulbs like this. I've never been flashed at night for these.
Can only recommend what I bought. Only thing is they are polarity sensitive, so if you do get them, before you button everything up test them to see if they turn on or not, as you will have to turn them if they dont. I made this mistake haha.
Also I think I remember getting one of them into the correct spot is an absolute bitch of a time because they are just a tad bigger than stock lights, like fitting through a hole. Can probably watch on youtube or fiestastforum for how to do it.

Have been pleased with them. I specifically did not want aluminum lugs as I do not feel they can hold up in the long run. Also wanted longer lugs since I swap wheels frequently. Also don’t care for colored lugs as they tend so get scratched and can mar the surface finish. Good luck!
Those Hawks are great pads if you want overall stock performance without the dust, just keep in mind you can find them much cheaper on Amazon: Front - https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01300T4AS/ Rear - https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B019NTMBKA/
Just keep in mind that they, like many parts on Amazon, say they don't fit but those are the proper part numbers for a FiST.
Also keep in mind that they are ceramic based, so they do take one stop to warm up. So if driving along on the freeway and your brakes are ice cold then you need to give plenty of pedal effort on that first random stop. Initial bite is also a touch lower, but not much like some people insist, but also ceramics last much longer and don't eat rotors as bad as semi-metallic.
Picked it up on Amazon. Make sure it's the MX Bluetooth. Here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/ScanTool-OBDLink-Bluetooth-Professional-Diagnostics/dp/B006NZTZLQ/ref=sr_1_12?keywords=OBDLink&qid=1567175649&s=gateway&sr=8-12
That blows. It's a pretty easy job to DIY, and you probably should anyway even if you're still under warranty since the dealer will just use the same low quality part again.
I did some research when I changed mine, and this unit by Dorman is allegedly more robust than the OEM piece so it should last longer.
Also, I used this driver kit that made things easy.. I bought it when I replaced the battery and hard drive on my old MBP, and the flexible driver extension made fitting into the tight space under the steering wheel significantly easier. Plus it has the bit sizes you'll need.
I've had my accessport report misfires in 5th gear if I gently put pressure on gas pedal while cruising. I've never actually felt the misfire itself. I was watching a PID called Misfire count in Accessport. If no accessport in the plans, you might consider learning forscan. I think it's free, been a couple years since I used it, just have to get a compatible ODB dongle. It's a bit more difficult to figure out, but once you do I think you'll be amazed that it's free. You can pick some PIDs of interest and data log them, and I think can export the data as .csv for graphing in excel. *They have mobile "Lite" versions too, not just PC anymore! Wow, I might have to actually get back to this myself... Can show PIDs' values, or graph some of them on screen. Actually doesn't look too difficult. https://forscan.org/documentation_Android.html#graph
This is the dongle I used with the PC version of Forscan, but the forscan website has lists of more reliable ones. I got this at the time because I was cheap and wasn't sure I'd actually use it that much. For the mobile Lite forscan versions, maybe it might need a bluetooth one. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N18TOFB
Finally, I want to mention first that this is my first manual, and I don't know how to tell if a clutch is on its way out because I haven't experienced it yet. Or maybe I have. I'm at ~70k on 2014, and as a new manual driver doingn mostly rush-hour traffic, would have expected I guess to burn through the first clutch. I don't know if it's the original oem clutch, or replaced by dealer/owner. But, the test I've heard is to just put a bunch of torque down on the road (wihtout breaking tire traction), and if your clutch doesn't slip with that amount of torque, it probably isn't slipping at cruising even in 5th/6th. Since you tried that, I would think it's something besides your clutch.
Not sure what year FiST or what country you’re in, but in the US most FiSTs come with Android Auto on the Sync3. In order to use your iPhone through the touch screen for navigation, music, etc you need to install an Apple Car Play adapter to replace the Android Auto one. Obviously only do this if you have an iPhone.
Here’s the adapter I bought, haven’t had any issues with it.
techmax LED are the ones I use, they’re cheap and more than do the job. Not sure if you’re US or EU but I’m sure they have the right fittings for each. They’re just plug and play, I don’t remember having to do any modifications to my headlights to get them in.
I do! But it depends on the light or bulb. I recommend these for fog lights. JDM Astar brand seems to make decent, long lasting bulbs. Nearly all of the bulbs are decent for light output, but whether they're long lasting or appropriate for the application is a different story.
Not OP, but this is what I use and I'm very happy with it. Have it mounted to the windshield above the AC vent, kinda similar to where the OP is holding his.
Oh my. I was seriously considering a lip kit on my platinum white FiST and that looks way better than I thought it would. Nice work. Are those rota rids? I've also thinking about picking those up at some point https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TTVV5RC/?coliid=IHEH88P2WKUUI&colid=3RO5TU2VV9K63&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
My girlfriend got me one several years ago. I believe this is the one she got me. I have it on to this day and have been pretty happy with it. If you have any questions, let me know.
They look extremely similar to a set I used that required trimming. Just something to be aware of. The only set I know of that doesn't require trimming are these:

As always, YMMV. The housings aren't exactly held to the highest standards of quality, so clearances may vary from car to car.
