Your transaction may fail to go through if your coinomi app is not properly syncing /connecting to the blockchain. There are several reasons that can cause this, forexample, you have not updated to the most current coinomi version.
Please try all of these suggestions here for help restoring network connection to your wallet. Then send your transaction again.

You mean like this:
ping stratum+tcp://firo.2miners.com
I tried it this way. Ping said it could not find the host and stopped there. I imagine there are other ways of doing this, but "ping" is built into Windows. It has been for years.
I found a website which can route pings through locations around the world:
https://www.site24x7.com/ping-test.html
I tried Barcelona and Madrid. No problems using site names as I originally wrote them above. It took 867 milliseconds to test the six locations I chose. The "stratum+tcp://" must not be part of the test. Note: the port address cannot be included either.
Below is my primary batch file contents:
t-rex -a mtp -o stratum+tcp://us-firo.2miners.com:8181 -u <address>.<sys name> -p x
I only started using the "us-" part of the host name today. Excluded, it becomes the European address.
