How does the pedal assembly look? I had something similar happen to my 96 and I ended up replacing the pedal assembly bushings, and did an aftermarket fix for the clutch pedal were it connects to the master cylinder.

This is what I used to help fix my clutch
In all honesty that's exactly the truck I've been looking for and every one I see is listed for about 6k from dealers. There's a dealer about 50 miles west of Las Vegas that specializes in classics and they had a 350 1990 with the gasser that was listed at 4999.

This steering wheel is original. The horn is chrome with a Ford oval insignia. I forgot to mention the headliner. Its not pictured but my original had a mouse nest above it so it was sinking. I bought the ABS plastic replacement headliner from LMC Truck. Backed it with 1/16" foam from https://foammart.com/product/volara/ snd then applied this fabric from Amazon to the foam. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0716DKJFN?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
After inspecting it today, I definitely think that was my issue. Purchased this. Should be at my house by Saturday. I got the idle close to where it needs to be I think. It ran pretty good around the block tonight but there’s definitely room for improvement there.

There are two blue colors it looks like so take a look at both and see what matches best. I went with black on the gray interior on mine.
I used the Chiltons/Haynes guide and Tom Monroe’s awesome book Rebuilding Small Block Ford Engines.

these are the exact speakers I used (and $30 cheaper per pair)
If it were me, I'd remove the glass packs and replace them with either of those options you mentioned. They look to have a similar design, and should quiet it down a good amount.
Just a heads up, Amazon has a better deal on the Walker muffler (factoring in shipping), and CarID spanks RockAuto's price on the BRE muffler.

I had this problem with my VW. I ended up just getting one of these ultrasonic repellant devices from Amazon and haven't had a problem since then. I've also read the mint infused spray may work, but have not tried it myself. I had to buy a wire from VW to fix what was chewed through. They sure are proud of their wires, $40 for a single 24" 20 gauge wire with "their" pins on each end. If I could find the part number for the pins, I would have rolled my own wire. The damage was too close to the end of the wire to splice it well.
I got a different set for my 2016 Super Duty and they fit well. I assume the F150 and F350 have the same sized opening for the wheel.

You’d have to use forscan and change the startup screen settings.

I don't know if this is helpful to you, but I tow a 24' travel trailer and 19' boat with my 2017 F150 SCREW cab, and found these ZAP Tow Mirrors do a really nice job of getting me the visibility I needed.

This is definitely not as nice or comprehensive of a solution as better permanent mirrors, but they work and fit great.
I meant something like this. Use an oil film coating after you clean the underside. Never use any of those rubberized coatings. They just trap in moisture and accelerate rust rot.

Haven't had your specific issue, but every electrical weirdness I've ever encountered on my truck was due to low-voltage stemming from a slowly dying battery. A "quick and easy" fix for me was to buy a battery conditioner to recondition the battery.
Again, not a guarantee that this will fix your issue, but only that weird electrical behaviors was resolved with this for me.
I used this one from amazon: Enerzen Commercial Ozone Generator 6,000mg Industrial O3 Air Purifier Deodorizer Sterilizer (6,000mg - Black) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JAP7388/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_mr.BDbYXY10SY
To be honest there are so many to choose from. It does sound like you did the best that can be done thus far. Good luck!

Yeah, it sounds like you have a fuel delivery issue. My initial thoughts are the simple things like chaning out the fuel filter and see if your fuel pressure changes if you remove the vaccum line from the fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail. If you don't have a fuel pressure tester, I run this one and it works. https://www.amazon.com/OTC-5630-Fuel-Pressure-Test/dp/B000R5IASC/ref=lp_15707421_1_6?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1570831697&sr=1-6
As for the hose, if you can't get down under the truck while it's running to check if there's vacuum there just plug the hose with an appropriate sized bolt or something. Something with a shoulder so it won't get sucked into the hose if it actually pulls engine vacuum.
Good luck.
Earlier today I was listening to a radio show about home repairs etc. A caller had a question about an inherited house of a smoker. The two products recommended were
Milsek Furniture Polish and Cleaner with Lemon Oil, 12-Ounce, LM-12 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M8F1YWA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_nwfDDbS7BRB94
Which was more for wood.
The other product was
Which the “AQM” product was highly recommended and the site says you can use it in a car.
If you try it let me know how it is after a week or so.
