It looks like an exact remake of this one., which is several years old. It's got the exact same UI, icons, and features, in the same arrangment, with a more limited range of workout options and a different color scheme.
I use Eat Lift Sleep, and just made a routine with 4 workouts (Bench/Squat, Bench/Dead, Press/Squat, Press/Dead). It's pretty easy to choose which one based on which day, and you can also set up calendar reminders.
