It's showing up for me (also in the US). Are you using a VPN or something?
It's also available on Amazon, even though that link says iTunes only.
I suppose I could always manually record the replays from the old device, yeah. My old phone is micro-USB and not USB-c, but there's actually a much easier way of recording video from an Android device to a PC. Well, I say "easier," it's a bit harder to set up but it doesn't require a capture card or a video output cable. You just need to connect your phone to a PC via USB, set up an ADB, and run a program called scrcpy: https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy
Scrcpy doesn't record audio but the video feed from the device is incredibly low-latency so if you also connect the device to the PC via a 3.5mm cable as an audio input, you can record audio and video side-by-side and they'll stay in sync very well. Otherwise you can always just sync the audio manually. I've used Scrcpy to stream GC from my phone to Twitch before, it's pretty much the only viable option I've found that works because all the Android emulators (Bluestacks, etc.) have pretty -massive- delay between audio and video.
Although I don't play GC that much, I recently discovered that GC has an Android version now and would like to check if /r/groovecoaster knows about it. Then what I see is just this empty sub that has been locked down by someone who thought that it was a good idea 2 months ago.
So.. now that you know that GC is on Android (and thus the whole sub), I has accomplished my mission here. See ya!
