Heyo, the game is actually called "Groove Coaster". If you wish to the UT songs at home, you can try the PC or mobile versions of the game which are quite fun too. Here you go:
PC : https://store.steampowered.com/app/744060/Groove_Coaster/
Mobile: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.co.taito.groovecoasterzero
Groove Coaster has a mobile game and a PC game, and they're both great
You can get it for android here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.co.taito.groovecoasterzero&hl=en
And on iOs here: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/groove-coaster-2-original/id549050409?mt=8
And in arcade at your local Round 1
The only rhythm game I've tried on andriod is Groove Coaster 2. It's a free game involving tapping the screen in time to the music. You can only play the in built music tracks rather than your own, with the option to purchase more tracks for real money. I remember it having a wide range of difficulty settings, but didn't hold my interest for very long due to the simplistic gameplay.
Although I don't play GC that much, I recently discovered that GC has an Android version now and would like to check if /r/groovecoaster knows about it. Then what I see is just this empty sub that has been locked down by someone who thought that it was a good idea 2 months ago.
So.. now that you know that GC is on Android (and thus the whole sub), I has accomplished my mission here. See ya!
Although "beautiful graphics" and "relatively challenging gameplay" is pretty subjective, here are some that come to my mind:
Groove Coaster: Android version of the arcade. IMO it has a very flexible and versatile mechanics on charts, which makes some charts looks and plays very well. The internet connection is needed when playing the charts for the first time, but after that the game can be played offline. Game play video here. Although the one in this video is the iOS version, the game play on Android is similar.
Tonesphere: Also a very nice game IMO, and completely offline IIRC. Game play video here. Again, although the one in this video is the iOS version, the game play on Android is similar.
Also if the songs in the above videos looks too hard, that's probably because these are some of the hardest songs in these games.
Groove Coaster has a mobile release under the same name, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.co.taito.groovecoasterzero&hl=en

I only realized this was on Android last week. It's an OK mobile version.
