Like Sans said it's still a work in progress so not everything is in color yet. But here's how much progress has been made. Warning reading ahead.
The RUNIS are 100% complete including all of Toriel sprites and random encounters alike. SNOWDIN is 90% complete Lesser Dog needs to be colored but Papyrus's fight and date are both in full color. WATERFALL is also 90% completed, >!Undyne the Undying!< still needs to be colored. But Undyne is fully colored including her fight and date. HOTLAND still has a lot missing, but Dr. Alphys and MTT are basically completely colored. Aside from a few of Dr. Alphys faces, the late game ones, but her dating sprites are fully colored. As for the CORE only one of the five monsters are colored, Mad Jack. Asgore and >!Photoshop Flowey!< are completely colored. Though sorry to disappoint but >!Photoshop Flowey's!< attacks are the only thing that got colored. And we have not yet colored >!Asriel Dreemurr!< but he is to be colored very soon. Another thing this mod is only compatible with v1.001 of the game. If you use Steam you will have to downgrade to this version. But don't worry you will not be missing out on any new content. All the updates added after this version where some grammar fixes which I added to the mod and Japanese which I could not add. 日本のUndertaleファンには申し訳ありません。
If you're still interested in checking out the mod you can check it out here!
These aren't even all the comics the artist has done for this AU. There are several mini-arcs, a few crossovers with other comics, and they're working on a new main chapter called "The King" right now. Check out the Story Archive if you want to read the rest of it. It's probably my favorite post-pacifist comic, and it keeps getting better!
(The artist has a Patreon specifically for Dreemurr-Reborn if you feel like supporting them.)

But really, one of the morals of Undertale is that there has to be consequences for your actions, and Asriel's and Chara's fate is the result of their plan to save everybody.
However, that doesn't mean we can't go and think about what would happen post-pacifist! I present to you, Floweypot, my most favorite of anything, because it kinda saves Asriel, in the most canon way!
I made a playable battle that took over a month to make and it got about 10 points. I made a Sans meme in under 4 minutes and it got over 100 points.
I think that's why I like /r/fivenightsatfreddys. I'm not as into the series as I used to be, but the people there value hard work and original creations as much as they do news and art reposts.
EDIT: To be fair, the playable battle saw decent success on Gamejolt, but I would have really liked to get more feedback from Reddit.
EDIT 2: The game, if you would like to play it: http://gamejolt.com/games/underswap-the-clash-with-sans/157407
Hello to anyone who might have come here from the front page! I have one message for you...
<em>Play Undertale.</em> Play it now, before you spoil yourself by reading the subreddit.
Well then I have some great news! This. Is. Real. And it's for sale of the low low price of... FREE! We started this project because we love the game (not to be confused with LOVE) so it's free to download, and it always will be, FOREVER.
Though, to be completely transparent there are a few glaring issues.
Actually novel gameplay, a decision system that feels natural and actually impactful, lovable characters, intricate and genuinely surprising plot, interesting and varied enemies, and perhaps most importantly: Some of the best music ever put to a video game.
If you're feeling tantalized, but don't want to dish out for the game just yet, consider playing The Demo, which is basically just a slightly different version of the first area from the full game.
Being directed by Master Sword, probably best known for his Game Grumps remixes, and a bunch of other talented people you may or may not recognize.
Interesting! I found two unused images in the site:
THE COOL, COOLEST GUY ON THIS WEBSITE, WHO IS ALSO VERY COOL AND POPULAR (THAT'S ME).png
Not much of a secret though
This one! It's a mod we're making, it adds color to the battle/dialogue sprites in the game. We're still working on it but you free to download it and try it our for yourself! Though it's still a work in progress so not everything is in color yet and it's only compatible v1.001 so if you use Steam you will have to downgrade to this version. But don't worry you won't be missing out on anything by doing this all the updates added after this version is a few grammar fixes and Japanese. And I've added all the grammar fixes. But we're still working on making it compatible with the newest version of Undertale.
The Steam refund policy is less than two hours of gametime and you can get your money back for any reason. A single playthrough of Undertale is about 6 hours.
My advice would be to buy it, and play until you reach Snowdin Village (that should be about an hour and a half unless you're really slow). If you want to play more and you're enjoying yourself, keep going. If you aren't enjoying yourself and aren't interested in what happens next, then no biggie, the game just isn't for you. Request a refund and all you've lost is 90 minutes of your day.
Also, there's a demo available over at http://undertale.com/ if you don't want to worry about playtime. It doesn't go as far as Snowdin Village, but it's about half an hour long and the first major hook of the game is at the end. I will say the humour picks up after the end of the demo but it's a good taste of what the game is like.
Hello there, my friend is the artist who drew this. They deleted all his post since they wanna to restart. Plz credit them again, link to their page: (http://aminoapps.com/p/nfgrz4). I can give u the proof if needed. Thx.Cresc

There is also a 9 volume translation of the source novel by skythewood. Will be removed in December due to being licensed by Yenpress.
Played both original and +. Even if both were free I would still play the original because fps is different and it affects the game a bit. Also I prefer 16px tiles to 32 Download

AND THEN THE AUTHOR NEVER UPDATED AGAIN
<ahem>
After six months of hanging around this subreddit and observing AUs come and go, I've decided to finally create my own AU. Its plot is basically where the timelines of Undertale and Undertale Yellow have, through a mysterious event, merged into one. As such, characters from both games co-exist while locations either were fused, or also co-exist.
As the first part and the title might suggest, this is yet another "multiplayer" AU. Frisk and Clover will have to team up and try to explore the Underground together, and hope to make it into the Barrier. Who knows, since they're two humans instead of one, they just might survive the events...
That said, since Undertale Yellow has not been fully released yet, this AU will have to wait until the demo is released before continuing. But don't worry, I already have developed a plot for the AU and planned where it will lead to. Do note that I wasn't the only one who made this AU - /u/Marshmallow_Kat helped me refine the story while /u/Frigadae has made some of the sprites(in this case, the Clover talk sprites and the Toriel battle sprite). Thanks to both of them for helping make this AU reality! (And a big one to the UTY dev team as well)
You haven't played Cave Story yet? Boy you've been missing out. It was one of the first indie games to ever make it big and it holds up great even today.
You can download the original game here for free: http://www.cavestory.org/download/cave-story.php
Or, if you'd like to support the creator, there's a remastered version with remixed music, better graphics, additional challenge levels and an entire different game mode available on Steam: http://store.steampowered.com/app/200900/
Google has a pretty robust reverse image search tool, though it sometimes takes a couple days to be able to find an image. Lovely as whatever art may be, unless it's yours you don't really have any right to share it.
(That said I personally don't get mad at someone posting something unsourced if they're trying to find the creator, but.)
I have some criticism.
First, The SOUL moves WAY too fast in some sections. The speed should stay consistent.
The text needs more punctuation.
Also, you should use Determination instead of FixedSys (I think) for the dialogue boxes. For the speech bubble, you should use DotumChe UT, as it's more accurate than the font you're currently using.
Also, you should make that slider-thingy for the fight option, like on normal Undertale. Maybe also the option to select who you wanna fight.
Last but not least, you should make it so you don't do 999999999 damage every time. Mix it up a little. Maybe one time you can do 949102837 damage one time and 922984765 another.
Overall, the video is pretty good, though.
EDIT: Also, I forgot to mention that it should say LV or LOVE instead of Level.
EDIT 2: NVM this isn't yours, I'll forward this to the video creator.
It's sold out on Amazon, here's the link if you want to bookmark it: https://www.amazon.com/Undertale-Piano-Collections-Sheet-Music/dp/B072PVZ1SK

Then you look at your dog and it looks like this
Probably mostly bugfixes. There were issues with some of the achievements not working, and naming yourself [Gaster](/spoiler) on the naming screen threw an error.
Edit: Oh, hey there's patch notes here: http://undertale.com/help/
Hello, got my copy of undertale installed and working on android. To bad I couldn't get my moga pro working with it lol. But I did get Game Keyboard+ working just fine. (Which can be found here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.locnet.gamekeyboard2&hl=en
I exported my controller profile for anyone to use http://www.mediafire.com/download/giucsftbjd8t7oe/Undertale.gkp
I managed to get the menu working my making a Macro that pressed Backspace+6+Down all at one time. I seen that if you press them all at one time the menu opens without any issues, you just get taken to the stats menu then from their it works like normal.
Thanks for the guide. Very Much Appreciated. Now I can take this game on the go lol. Again Thanks!!
I dunno how Toby did it, but here's how I did in my fangame Overtime (Go play for free download now):
1) Blaster gets certain X and Y coordinates, then moves over there (and its image_angle also points towards those coordinates)
2) Once it reaches the coordinates, it starts its animation
3) When the animation reaches a certain frame (like 2-3), it creates a blast-object with the same image_angle and starts an alarm
4) The blast-object is basically just a long white line that stretches beyond the screen and hurts if hit
5) After a while, the line fades out and then deletes itself
6) The alarm of the blaster should have reached 0 by now, so it too fades out and deletes itself
If you're clever, you can also save the coordinates where the blaster was first created and when the alarm reaches 0, it goes back to those coordinates (like how it did at the beginning, just in reverse)
[There's at least one Floweypot AU I've seen,](/spoiler) What Little Monsters Are Made Of, [that ends with Flowey becoming Asriel after several years. Maybe that's the end goal? I can't say.](/spoiler)
(the link would be spoilered too but the formatting didn't work, so just manually warning y'all about potential pacifist spoilers)
DRM-free version; accepts credit/debit cards, Paypal, and those Visa gift cards that work like a credit card.
Steam version; all of the above, but you can also buy cards for Steam wallet money at places like Gamestop.
Well given the extendable nature and the fact the end result is an html file that works in basically any modern browser twine would probably be able to andle an undertale text adventure complete with graphics, random encounters, scripted events, inventory, value storage between sessions, and so forth.
This very well could happen.

Pretty sure its been posted here before. I definitely saw it at some point, can't remember the name though.
EDIT: Found it https://www.reddit.com/r/Undertale/comments/44lmnw/i_really_wish_there_were_more_of_these/ OP is probably an unoriginal phony.
An amazing collection with some of the best AUs available right now.

Not to brag or anything.
I just hate it when people go "am I the only one" since it's almost never the case, but I hear it's just a saying or so, so nevermind about that.
You'll just have to give the thing a shot yourself. I consider it the game I've enjoyed the most in my lifetime personally, but that varies. Some people just dislike it greatly.
Pretty sure it's one of those things where you need to find out yourself. Give demo a try if you wish. AND AVOID SPOILERS LIKE A PLAGUE. (including this subreddit)
Just go to the official site: http://undertale.com/
You can purchase it right there and it includes a check box to treat it as a gift. When you select the gift option you'll be emailed a link to send your friend so they can claim their copy.
Edit: Oh yeah this does include giving them a Steam key they can use should they want to. If they sign into or create a Humble Bundle account they can always keep the download handy and attached to their account for easier redownloading later.
Feeling horrible about your art is normal. Regardless of skill level, the artists who aren't constantly struggling with this (and are above the age of roughly 12 years old) are precious few. So take some solace in the fact that your art is never as bad as you think it is.
For beginning/intermediate artists I can highly recommend the book "Fun with a Pencil" by Andrew Loomis. You can find plenty of free PDF's of it online (it was taken out of the public domain last year or so). The methods of drawing human(oid) figures he addresses include one that deals with the skeleton of the overall figure, and one that deals with construction drawing - meaning, building up a figure from primary shapes. They're good methods for drawing in general, but several of the Undertale characters specifically are made up of fairly uncomplicated primary shapes, like Papyrus.
Lastly, use a lot of reference! The more, the better. Here's a great guide by Shattered-Earth on how (and how not) to use references.
Looking forward to seeing your work here :)
I have no idea what Toby used, so I can't help you there.
However, you should just need to record a tiny little sample of the desired sound and then repeat it. A free program like Audacity could handle that pretty easily.
I enjoyed Homestuck a lot in its heyday, and Undertale's definitely my favorite thing I've played in the last few years at least - I've seen a lot of overlap between people who I know were previously into HS and people who are now enjoying UT.
I'm not sure if I'd say its sense of humor is similar, really - Undertale's much kinder (usually), while Homestuck's a webcomic comprised mainly of assholes - but it definitely manages to strike some of the same chords. (And both were inspired to some degree by Earthbound.) Toby Fox did a lot of the music for Homestuck (Descend, Sunsetter/Moonsetter, Savior of the Waking World, Killed by 8r8k Spider, a bunch more), and the soundtrack for Undertale's excellent.
I think my favorite thing about Undertale is its comedic timing - being vague, there's a point where you walk into a room, a small event happens, and then you reach the save point and see the room's name, and it still makes me laugh months after I first saw it.
In general, it's pretty lighthearted, though if you make certain choices it'll become less so (it's pretty obvious what the game and its inhabitants would like for you to do, but you're free to disregard that to whatever degree you'd like). Still, there are moments where I cried. (There's a final leadup towards the end of the game that does the best job of instilling dread in the player that I've ever seen.)
It's the kind of game that sticks with you, I think; it feels very carefully written, so there are so many phrases (big and small) that really resonate. There's a demo here, if you'd like to get a feel for the mechanics - it's the first section of the game, and doesn't hit the same levels of humor the rest does, but it's still a decent litmus test for whether or not you'll enjoy the full game.
If you want to give Toby an extra tip when you buy the game get it directly from the site.
There's a button to "leave a tip" if you're so gracious to pay extra. The website will also give you a Steam key on top of a DRM free copy.
Howdy! >I've heard that Undertale is similar to pokemon
Well, it's a turn-based RPG with cute monsters in it. That's where the similarities end. >is that all Undertale is set for?
No... I can't quite explain without spoiling anything, plus it's better experienced than explained. Download the demo here to check it out yourself. >How good is Undertale?
Damn good.
Undertale just came out two months ago! Like the sidebar says, it's an indie RPG with definite Earthbound inspiration. It's got an amazing sense of humor, and allows you to be as violent or as non-violent as you would like - either path is completely viable, as are a bunch of in-between ones.
There's a demo on its website, and it's $10 - I would highly recommend looking up as little else about it as possible, because it shines brightest unspoiled.

obligatory random notes:
If you didn't get it from the Undertale website, gog.com, or Steam, then you likely have a version of the game that's been seeded with a virus. If that's the case, you likely have pirated it. Please, buy the actual game and support Toby Fox.

There are a ton of options on the play store
Yes, it is sorta, we haven't added these sprites to the mod yet because we plan on adding a bunch more colored character sprites in the next update as well as fixing some minor issues. You're free to download the mod now just keep in mind there are some glaring issues in this particular version but they will be resolved in the next update.
I wasn't able to find the part you mentioned, but I might have missed it. I did find a pretty funny .ogg message from Toby when I opened the .exe with winrar, though. I have found a link containing all the individual sprites, so for posterity, if anyone stumbles across this, just send me a PM. I don't want to throw all of them here since they do contain spoilery ones and all.
Edit: Turns out this post is apparently more popular than I thought! Didn't think people were actually looking for them all that much. To help out any future searchers, try this link. Do keep in mind that this includes all the spoilery and secrety stuff. Sorry, Toby.
Do the genocide rout, I know it is hard but it is really cool to see all of the differences, also there are awesome boss themes in the genocide rout that are not in the paciest rout
edit: or you can check out the fan-games, I suggest Undertale: yellow, and Underfell on Gamejolt
According to their GameJolt FAQ, "As of right now, we have no idea. This project is ambitious so it could be another year or two." Best thing to do is check up on their devlog from time to time. (Hopefully, it's not going to take 2 more years...)
I have similar feelings.
Few days ago I've found a fanmade UT game. A prequel with Justice, the last human fell to the underground
It's fun, and well made, but obviously not the same as UT. but they try to stick to the original story which helps.
Looking at Live Portrait Maker, the artwork used on it is under a CC Attribution Non-Commercial license (CC-BY-NC) which means u/NekoMisaka has to give credit for using the artwork on Live Portrait Maker and cannot use it for commercial gain.
Ultimately, yeah, it's not really an original piece of art. Live Portrait Maker is simply a Unity app that lets you alter a pre-made portrait.
Commissioned work of a scene from the third installment of the One Falls Anthology that I'm authoring.
Years have passed since the return of the monsters to the Surface, and the return of Asriel. Being alive isn't all sunshine though, despite the lovely sunset.
How does one leave the horrible past behind, when everything succeeded is because of it? How does one rise above, when it's because you fell that threw everything into motion?
How does one live up to dying?
Its name is probably referencing the player as it comes from the word "Megalomaniac" that means "An unnaturally strong wish for power and control, or the belief that you are very much more important and powerful than you really are". Who is the one killing to become stronger? Is it Sans or the player?

Hi, Author of Golden Quiche here.
Looks like I'm late. Oops. I'd like to clarify something about my work, so you'd have an idea of what you're getting into.
It's not going to focus about a certain spoiler at all. One by One and many other works already tackled that.
Instead, it focuses more on the power of SAVES (and their subdivisions), magic, and how the existence of such forces influence the world's history.
Have fun.
Middens ( http://gamejolt.com/games/middens/9657 ) - a dark & surreal RPGMaker game where (similar (but not really) to) Undertale, all characters are permanently dead. Has a sequel and another sequel in the works.
Space Funeral ( http://gamejolt.com/games/space-funeral/3492 ) Weird RPGMaker game that lasts about an hour yet is probably my favourite when it comes to "weird RPGMaker games"
OFF as people have mentioned
While the battleplan shows Asriel with a purple outline, that is not necessarily the color we have to go with. I decided to make a strawpoll, so we can collectively decide on an outline color:
I hardly ever see anyone talk about this one, but SAVE too is an Acronym is really good, the author just finished it recently.
Also there is a list of good fanfics with descriptions over here
You play as a child who falls down in the underground. A place filled with Monsters You can talk your way out of battles and spare the monsters or slaughter them. It really doesn't matter. The game has Bullet Hell elements so if you choose not to kill anyone it is still a challenge. It has both action and dialogue, about an equal amount Finally the game costs 9.99$ or £6.99 depending on the country you're from but it could cost more in your currency. I recommend you download the demo from here and see if you like it. If you want to buy it install the gaming platform called Steam and deposit money into the Steam wallet. Then buy the game from the online Steam store and enjoy it. Don't look into anything about the game though, you might get spoiled.
Well, it's really just the graphics that could be like Megaman. It's not a platformer, but rather an RPG game with an overworld and combat systems.
Actually, that reminds me. There is a playable demo for free on the official website. See if you like it!
The only places you can currently buy Undertale's soundtrack are Steam and Undertale's website, AFAIK. Probably easiest to buy it from the latter and import the files into iTunes.
There's a demo, which helps IMO even if the Ruins aren't the best example of the game's humor. I've had pretty good luck with "here's the demo, if you like it I'll buy you the game," though my friends are admittedly more into RPGs than yours.
What about it do you think they, specifically, would enjoy?
(Definitely encourage them to redo the Toriel fight if they fuck up; Flowey's knowledge of what you've previously done was what sold it for me.)
It's a game that rings truest if you're someone who's familiar to some degree with 90s JRPGs - it takes a lot of cues from them, and plays with expectations set by those other games. (Both plot-wise and metatextually.)
But Undertale's also a game with a lot of heart, and one where the tone can change drastically depending on your choices. It's pretty clever - there are a lot of responses for things you wouldn't expect, or alternate uses for items that wouldn't be worth keeping in any other game - and its characters are written in a way that's believable and sympathetic. You're encouraged to care about them, and for a lot of people it works.
There's a demo here, if you'd like to give it a shot! It's also currently $8 on Steam/the Humble Store.
Hmm. I can't say I know. You might want to look around and see if anyone else has had this problem. The troubleshooting page is here, and you can use the email linked on that page if you can't find an answer anywhere.
It's a similar turn-based battle system - like a classic JRPG, or like Pokemon, yeah - but the big changes are that 1) you can spare someone who no longer wants to fight, and 2) you're given a chance to dodge attacks.
It's easily the best game I've played in several years - it's got a ton of content despite being not terribly long to play through, it's fun (and has some anti-frustration features if you die enough times, which are always lovely), all of the characters are wonderfully written and easy to connect with, and the game does some neat stuff with the nature of saving and loading. Also, I cried at least five times.
There's a demo on its website; why not give that a try, and buy it if you like it? It's well worth $10, IMO.
Same question was asked sometime ago apparently; you can buy it off of the official site. Anything beyond that though, no idea.
Also, you can probably transfer your character data over if you find the right file.
Cave Story, for sure. There's a free version you can get online if you want to try it out, but the "full" version is on Steam and has upgraded graphics, music, and some other extra stuff. Supposedly Toby was inspired by it, so there's that too.
I'm glad you asked.

Rainmeter is pretty much a program that allows you to edit widgets to your liking. You know those widgets on your phone that can show you the weather, updates on facebook/tumblr/twitter and so forth? Well Rainmeter pretty much does that but allows you to create your own with a few lines of coding. A little hard to get into at first but the Rainmeter community has A TON of different skins and designs. There is even a subreddit on here that showcases some peoples set ups.
TL;DR Gives you awesome desktop set ups that you can make or download from others.
It's completely free. https://www.rainmeter.net/
Give it a look and I hope you like what you can do with it!
Hah, sure thing! Here's a progress picture from when I was making the cosplay from my Instagram

Definitely not as good looking as Mettaton, so sorry for the inevitable disappointment!
The two sprites in Snowdin These guys.
There was something unique and welcoming about their design that felt familiar to me. Not only do they remind me of characters from, "Over the Garden Wall" probably one of the best cartoons I've ever seen. But characters that are seem to have no purpose, but are thoughtfully created, always gets my gold.
According to http://www.worldometers.info/, the net population growth of humanity is about 200,000 just today as of the time of writing. If one human being poses an existential threat to the entire monster civilization...
You know how you can look up a chart of the human population over time, and if you zoom in just a little you can barely see some major events like The Black Death or the World Wars? Forget destroying humanity, the monsters have absolutely no chance of effecting that graph. You will never zoom in far enough to see that war, they will never kill enough people to even be statistically distinguishable from the expected variance in population growth.
Disclaimer(?) The drawing of Frisk is not my original design. I was referencing a picture I found a while back. Will try finding original link to artist.
Edit: Original artist (I think).https://scratch.mit.edu/users/Frisk--Dreemurr/
When you launch the game it opens an unencrypted connection to ping.yoyogames.com on port 443 with a zero length body. I'm pretty sure every Game Maker (2.0?) game does this.
It could send stuff later in the game, I only looked at traffic through to shortly after character creation.
You can easily check for yourself with Fiddler.
well some sources show that he doesnt like this one which counts the battle stats thing when you hit something http://aminoapps.com/page/undertale/4115801/sans-doesnt-have-1-hp yet it could be a overkill move

Love Jung/Campbell stuff, really big fan even if Jung was pretty kooky. Any author/writer worth their salt should know about the hero's journey and the three act stages so I'm not surprised Undertale fits into so many of the stages. It's almost impossible to find a piece of fiction/media that DOESN'T adhere to the Journey because it's such a staple of western literature.
Would be interested in your character analysis using Jung's classic archetypes. :P Chara/Flowey/Asriel as the Shadow, Sans as the Sage and Trickster, Toriel and Asgore as animus/anima if you want to subscribe to that idea concerning Frisk and gender binaries.
I you wanna read more on the Monomyth 'The Hero With a Thousand Faces' is fascinating if a slog, 'The Writer's Journey: Mythic Structure for Writers' by Christoper Vogel is way easier to read and digest, kind of like a 'beginners guide to Campbell and Jung' haha.
Sure!
With Android, I used the Zooper Widget Pro App (but I think you can do it in the free version anyway).
You can make custom widgets on for your home screen so I made one with the time and date and the word "D E T E R M I N A T I O N" right underneath it. There's a "free text" option in making the widget so that's where it came from.
I highly recommend downloading it and playing around with the app, it's pretty customizable!

If you want something bigger in Undertale, I'd go with larger portayals of ingame enviornments. Not sure how Voxel works, but have it set so you can change pallets and things to fit into other AUs if you want that kind of work.
Also, I personally would think it would look really cool to see a widescreen shot of the souls on flat ground, but angled towards a center point.
A lineup similar to this in terms of direction, with maybe an orientation slightly above them and looking down (would give a good opportunity to show shadows) and then I would experiment with backgrounds / enviornments. (Black background, white, semi-white similar to the barrier room, etc.)
Something like that could have alot of experimentation for various shot types, might help you get a feel for what type of art angles you like to work on best.
Well, good thing you asked because there already is one! Kinda, we've been working on this project for about 4 years updating it in our free time and while a lot of the game is now colored these sprites, in particular, are NOT apart of the mod at this time. They will be added in the next update though! The only reason why we don't just update the mod now with these sprites is that we like to have our updates have a bit more "meat on their bones". But feel free to try the mod out for yourself!
I'm not so sure about the notion of Napstablook being THAT old. It's probably just me, but apart from the manifested top hat during our encounter with him, I never really got the impression that Napstablook was a granddad. Now, if he manifested a flat cap and started sounding like he was from Lancaster, I'd be more inclined to believe that theory.
Personally, I like to imagine that the number was his age at the time he made his screen-name, and he didn't realise the trend at the time. I ended up referencing that particular theory in DoctorTale, around Chapter 21.
Yeah, actually! (Though it's explicit.) Hail Mary Mallon - Jonathan : CHARA
Though it's hip-hop, the lyrics basically describe everything that I imagined Chara to be.
You have stuff like:
"I didn't start the fire but I plan to,
Dance around it naked with pagans, leggings, and pan flutes
Shampoo, hairspray, hustler friends
Eat shit, die like it's just for men"
This verse in particular gives me vibes of his attitude toward humanity, and almost like an outline as to what his goal is. If you wanna check out the full lyrics, here they are: http://genius.com/Hail-mary-mallon-jonathan-lyrics
The sans save I used was this: http://www.filedropper.com/ut-genocidesans (though the dialogue starts off as if you had died 10 times to sans already, it still puts you right in front of the sans boss fight.)
I haven't looked for Geno-Undyne or any other saves since I finished both neutral and pacifist runs already.

I dunno about you, but I don't share my personality with any of the TF2 mercs, but I still love playing as each one of them. I don't think there's necessarily a correlation between who you are as a person and which class you play. I get what you were going for, though.
I guess Scout, because both of them die about as quickly >:D
Then again, if only there was a TF2xUndertale fangame that could answer who Asriel would be in the TF2 universe~
Although the better graphics mod likes using pillow shadowing. Especially on sans.
Edit: Here's the link to see the pillow shadowing. All they did is made a dark gradient around his head and body. And they didn't even shade the slippers beside of when he slams you and it's also using the colored sprites mod, instead of making their own "HD" mod by scratch.
Too many paint jobs, not enough remodeling.
Rearranging furniture is ok for a change, but you need to add some things to give the room more "flavor".
Not that I'm saying people don't put effort into their renovation, but I like walking into fresh scenery rather than treading the same carpet and tiles with a different hue. Although I will say that I do find charm in some choices of layouts.
Even the red and black one with the Gothic-esque theme is interesting if only for the dramatic change in tone and atmosphere.
I have seen omega truckloads of exactly what you seek on this very subreddit. Just hang around a while and they'll show up.
Alternatively: this, but remember that tumblr is... tumblr. Keep scrolling through long enough and you're going to see something Foreboden.

There's 2 of them but I think this is the one that goes with the OST, because I'm not sure. But this is the link, http://gamejolt.com/games/outertale/121272
I can't do formatting because I don't remember how to do it and I'm on the app :(
There is a fan-made sequel in development: Overtale
It's completely voluntary so it will probably take a year or two till it's finished, but it is something I've hooked to since finishing Undertale.
Another one is Undertale: The second chance, which can be found here: http://gamejolt.com/games/undertale-the-second-chance/120069
Outertale is also supposedly getting a game at some point, but since that will basically just be undertale in space idk if it's really what you are looking for.
I LIKE HIM! AND I BELIEVE THERE'S GOOD IN EVERYONE, YOU JUST HAVE TO TAKE THE CHALLENGE TO SEE IT. AND IN FLOWEY'S CASE, IT CAN BE REALLY REALLY CHALLENGING! ANYWAY, I HAVE A FAN CLUB FOR HIM! HE'S... WELL HE'S NOT THE NICEST PERSON SOMETIMES BUT, WELL, I THINK IT'S JUST BECAUSE HE'S NEVER HAD A REALLY GOOD FRIEND AND DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO BE A GENUINELY GOOD COMPANION. YET. SO I'M GOING TO BE THAT GOOD FRIEND, AND MAYBE... YOU JUST NEED A GOOD FRIEND TOO.
The series 'you can only use your own' by feralphoenix is a fantastic take on what would happen if Asriel caved in and told his parents about Chara's plan to poison themself before it was too late. Asriel is an extremely prominent main character through all of it.

It follows their growth into adulthood, and what happens with all of the other humans as they fall, too.

I only killed Toriel on accident. I knew I was getting somewhere, but I didn't quite realize the she was backing off on attacks completely.
(I knew there was something odd about her attacks, but it was more of a matter of trust. I didn't know if it was an attempt to deceive the player.)
I had meant to spare her, but for some stupid reason gameplay-wise, the selection starts on the "Fight" icon. When I selected it, I panicked a bit, thinking I was going to completely lose my health on the next turn, so I attacked, hoping that I didn't do too much damage. But to my shock, it was the final blow.
I was heartbroken, like GamerCat in this comic: https://tapas.io/episode/280389 (But there's something darkly humorous about both of our game experiences. XD)
Then things got worse when Toriel said "... You look like you have seen a ghost."
Then it really hit me when FLOWEY knew I had restarted the game from before the fight.
Then there is Retro City Rampage. Heck, it even started as an NES homebrew game and then got ported to MS-DOS after it got released for Mac, PC, PS3, PS4, XBOX360, Wii, PSVita and 3DS!
From the sidebar:
>UPDOG is a computer game about a child who falls out of an airplane onto a cloud where a civilization of dogs has been exiled for generations.
>PET or PLAY your way through battles while dodging magic slobber attacks. Every dog has unique attacks and a unique personality—and they all want to play. You can show them APATHY if you want. But what will you do if you meet a relentless facelicker?
>UPDOG is a game for PC and Mac by indie developer Toby Dog, who is a fox. It won the Audience Award at the 2016 Global Dog Conference. Players will recognize the oddball worldbuilding of Broken Age, the cosmic bullet fetch of Homestuck, and the richness of moral choice in WarioWare.
>Play it, then come back here and enjoy the fandog!
TL;DR: Not much, what's up with you?
Yes, if you are in doubt, download the demo here: http://undertale.com/demo.htm
You could also... ahem... "download from sketchy sources for free" just to test it, if it does run, buy Undertale to support Toby and have fun!
