Also it's kind of illogical and a viscous circle to claim that testing causes more psychosocial harm then not testing. The reason there is a stigma for herpes is because most people with herpes don't know so it seems like herpes is uncommon and only happens to certain types of people. The more people get tested, the more people realize how common it is and can commiserate with each other. Not testing, not talking about herpes and not disclosing ALL add to the stigma not the other way around.

Hot bath with 2 cups of Epsom salts, a teaspoon of tea tree oil, and a cup of apple cider vinegar - helps relax the body and the ACV and tea tree oil are both anti viral. I do this every night when I have an outbreak.
