Hey folks, Battle of Verdun Podcast(er) here! I have been trying to post photos to all of the various social media sites. Most of the photos are on the podcast's FaceBook page, but several more are on Instagram and Tumblr:
Yes thanks it seems he has at least a few ancient Rome podcasts https://podcasts.google.com/?feed=aHR0cHM6Ly9mZWVkcy5wb2R0cmFjLmNvbS94VW5tRlhaTHVhdkY&episode=NWJiZDgxMjYtNjdhNi0xMWU5LTg4Y2YtYWI4Mjk3YzVlZjA2&pe=1&ep=6&at=1562278472712
Maybe he needs a better mic
The first thing I hear when clicking the sample audio in the below link for the book is a gong or some percussion sound. Is that only at the very start of the audio and not at the start of chapters? https://www.amazon.com/Decline-Fall-Roman-Empire/dp/B00WHCB85K
Hey! I just got turn onto your podcast the other day from an AskReddit thread. I listened to your Trojan War series first, and am currently listening to your Atlantis series, part 2. I read a book on the topic in ~2006 by Paul Dunbavin and kept waiting for it to come up since everything I remember from it is exactly what I would expect to come up on your show. It never did, but a lot of the same info was. Near as I can tell, the guy did his own primary/seconday research, so I have to ask - did you read this one? Dunbavin doesn't cite Graham Hancock at all! The bibliography of the work is extensive and he really dives into the flood myth existing in tons of cultures around the world. If I hadn't read that book, I don't know that I would have eventually come across your podcast.
Thanks for all the episodes!
