I'm so sorry!
We've had luck with Apoquel for our pittie with skin issues, although it sounds like you might be past that point already...Have you tried antiseborrheic shampoo? That's been useful when we've had short-term issues with our TWC, but I think that was more about detergent irritation than allergies, so maybe not the same...
It's so tough, because the poor pups are always so stoic in their suffering, and remain so sweet and good-natured throughout it...Good luck, and regardless of any other medical treatments, make sure this dude gets his cuddles and scritches daily. :)
My TWC used to a lot, i would take him everywhere. Recently he has gotten a lot better about it. I have also tried to drive more sanely when he is in the car. Take alternate routes that dont require me to be on bumpy or windy roads. Usually if he did throw up it was very evident he was just swallowing the drool. I also got a back seat water proof protector and even then threw an old comforter in there to make any spill an easy clean up.

this is the current ad, I got mine more than 4y ago and its held up pretty well (one of the bottom seat secure points ripped out when I was trying to take it out so people could sit) I have a buddy that also got things from weathertech that go into your window tracks to protect the doors more than the sides on this one do.
These work well for my dog and they are extremely hard and don't upset her stomach. And its cheese!

This is the setup at my parents house since they don't have a fence. I'll try to get in touch with them today and see if they can look up the model.
I know this isn't the exact version but it's very similar.
We have a blue tick mix that also hates the cold weather. We got this coat for him and it is very warm!

I have this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B016OZTGMC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 size 20 worked for my big boy coonhound, but it is a tiny bit too small for my 65 lb vizsla. It is warm, light and washable. It has only one seam, so I was able to use the one I bought and trace it on a yard of good quality fleece and make two more for less than $20.
We typically work through this book: https://www.amazon.com/Canine-Kingdom-Scent-Activities-Instincts/dp/1929242727/ nothing too intense.
The two that have worked for us are the one that is supposed to simulate blades of grass and then a snuffle mat that we made.
It’s by Nite Ize, found it on Amazon for $15. I definitely recommend it. It’s rechargeable so you don’t have to deal with batteries, and you can set it to a solid color if you want instead of the rainbow. We were using a poop bag dispenser with a built-in flashlight, but after like two months, the cap now flies off when Elvis does a good shake, so we did away with that and got this instead. This is much brighter anyway. Here’s the link, hope this helps! Borks and tail wags! 🐾

Live taking my hound on road trips. You know they make little seat belt attachments? You just hook to harness and then other end into the seatbelt clicker. My vet made me realize if I get rear ended it may be minor to humans but she gets dogs after accidents often 😟

Ours used to do this all the time, so we got him a bark collar: https://www.amazon.com/Anti-Bark-Deterrent-Automatic-Vibration-Repellent/dp/B078SJMNK5/ref=pd_m_ba_rp_of_6?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=5MZAGTNEBM0YRK2GCBCP. He has learned not to do this and we don't always need the collar anymore, but if he does start back up again, we just pull the collar out. If he can't bay at the other dog, he loses interest in harassing them and does something else.
