It’s a quick disconnect from MFC.

Wouldn't wanna pack that roof every day though! Lol! It's hard to actually see under all that, but I think it looks like you have a roof basket. If so, invest in a cargo bag and make your life simpler. No more snaking ratchet straps over, under, and through all that gear. Cut the straps off the bag, toss it up top, stuff everything in and zip it shut. Put 1 or 2 ratchet straps neatly across the top and be done with it!
I've tried a few LED bulbs on my 2014 trailhawk.
This brand, Auxito, seems to get me the best beam pattern b/c the bulb lets you adjust the angle of the LED board. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WYL1P47/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
But to use LED bulbs you need this anti-flicker controller so the computer doesnt turn the bulb off due to a low wattage error. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06WLM6LS5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Also if your hid bulbs are not working it's might be due to the lack of ballast in most cherokee trims, the only trim that has hids stock is the limited trim AFAIK.
I noticed a little more wind noise(I have the panoramic sunroof, so I was expecting the added noise), and it caught crosswinds a bit more, but other than that I didn’t notice any big differences. I had the entire Jeep packed full with 150lbs on the rack and only took about a 1mpg hit on mileage as well.
I used this cargo bag in the basket too and it’s been great so far.
I have the Brightlines bars that someone mentioned already, and the maxxhaul basket from amazon. I’ve been super happy with them so far. Had the basket filled for two separate long road trips and didn’t have any issues, and everything still feels secure.
I should mention that I did plastidip the basket after assembly to help waterproof it after reading the reviews.
Can I ask why you need a ladder? Would a tire step serve the purpose, or maybe a door step? They are very compact, portable and absolutely will not damage your Jeep. Both of these work great! But if you’re just looking for aesthetics then they won’t help.

They come with the security socket, and the socket tucks nicely into the OEM scissor jack handle, so you don't lose it.
This is the set I got:
Power Stop K7415-36 Front and Rear Z36 Truck & Tow Brake Kit, Carbon Fiber Ceramic Brake Pads and Drilled/Slotted Brake Rotors https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DPHFC17/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_B3ZZ6ACS340R3CG6MARG?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Overall, very happy with them so far. Vibration went away 100% (tracked it to a warped front right rotor).
Two minor complaints: 1) my back left wheel seems to be kicking out more brake dust. I’m a little worried it’s a manufacturing issue with one of the pads, but I’ve taken them off again and see no obvious signs of ware. Gonna keep an eye on it. And 2) the packaging was atrocious from Amazon. Massive box that was unnecessary, and caused the four rotors and two boxes of brakes to bang around during shipping. Everything was banged up when it got to me. Rotors are fine (they’re just hunks of steel and had no damage), but one of the brake pads had a knick out of it because of the damage. If I hadn’t have needed them for our trip, I likely would have gotten them replaced.
But overall solid brakes after ~4000m of trip driving.
They look like these, any chance I'm correct?
It was cheep and easy to install it only took my dumb ass about 30 minutes

Here is the link to it on Amazon. Looks like they only got pink right now but that's what I'll end up getting at some point if the Mopar gets stolen or lost.
They're usually called traction boards or recovery boards. Some of them are long, some are short.
These are what I have.

It should be this.
I like them a lot. I have 2 kids and they are getting dirt and crumbs everywhere. I also just tested them with snow and they kept the dirty now in the liner well. Link to the one I bought. I do need to buy one for the cargo bay soon.
Here it is folded up, fits perfectly with the rear seats up for traveling. Takes up quite a bit more space than an air mattress but it will be much more comfortable and warmer in the winter.

I bought the Brightlines Aero Cross Bars on amazon a month ago and these are pretty good. They're flat and easy to put on.
Check it out - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BL2L3RM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I don't leave it on 24/7, just for trips. I've never had a problem with it. Didn't go loose that whole trip and the trails were rough. Definitely worth the buy. Crossbars
I used this thing for my 45lb pit mix for some long distance what nots. But those dimensions 30x21X24 are as big as you can get height wise, pretty sure you could fit two side by side and could fit two in a different arraignment.
I was just coming on here to post a similar question. I'v narrowed my trunk liner search down to the Mopar an Weathertech ones.
