These are good for sure, but depending on where you shop looks for these:
They honestly are the most amazing low carb tortillas I have ever had and are only 3g net carb per tortilla. I have found them at target, Walmart and Price Chopper
These are pretty awesome everything bagels. I have ordered them probably 7-8 times.

It was fantastic to eat! I used this cheese: https://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mycolombianrecipes.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2013%2F12%2Fqueso-de-freir.jpg&imgrefurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mycolombianrecipes.com%2Fqueso-frito-fried-cheese&docid=hRMyLe3MBCBf0M&t...
That cheese can be fried, grilled and basically cooked in many different ways. I use it for tacos, sandwiches, bruschettas, cheese sticks and many more dishes.
It has almost the same consistency of Haloumi except it melts in the middle and gets crunchy on the outside (depending on thickness of the cut).
It is found in most Spanish groceries stores and even some Walmart super centers.
I felt very full and loved the combo!
4 net carbs per with these.

Have you tried monk fruit sweeteners? It's a little more expensive but I have herd good things. Here is an amazon link.

I got the containers on Amazon They are BPA free, microwaveable, freezer, and dishwasher safe. They are also reusable. I meal prep for myself and my husband so we will go through all those meals, but they do freeze well if you wish to freeze them.
Amazon...they don't sell that particular one any more, but this is probably the closest to it:

Edit: Just checked -- I bought mine 21 years ago, at Sears. Cost $21.

Found it on amazon it was a little cheaper then target because I have prime free shipping.
Get a silicone splatter screen from Amazon. You can put it in the dishwasher.

I have the air fryer lid for my 6qt instant pot. It's fine if you are good with small batches. (Like 3 chicken breasts might fit in at once.) But it's not as useful if you have a larger family. (I have to do 2 batches of anything for my family of 4, and can't do sides + main dish at the same time.) It dehydrates stuff pretty well.
I bought this extra insert for it recently that really ups the usefulness though because it gives you several layers and it washes well in the dishwasher. If you get one, definitely get this too. It's still not ideal to have it all stacked in there and is a little harder to get stuff in/out to air fry.
Overall, I don't have space for a separate air fryer, so the IP one means I can still have an air fryer. It "frys" just as well as the standalone one my sister has, so it's legit. The only real negative is the size (smaller) and orientation. If I had more space, I'd get a standalone air fryer with a wide and flat single-layer basket and not have to worry about getting things inside and out of a pot.
You can find Carbquick on Amazon. Pretty decently priced and there are a couple different sizes available. Haven't tried it yet personally.
Franks Red Hot Buffalo sauce is a godsend for wings
It's 0 carb and delicious. It can be used plain or mixed with butter; it's good regardless of how you prepare it. And who doesn't like dipping Buffalo wings in full fat ranch dressing?
I usually order it off Amazon since I find it tough to find in stores: https://www.amazon.com/Franks-RedHot-Buffalo-Wing-Sauce/dp/B00KPX33TM
I buy the bagels from Amazon, it's more expensive but I don't have an Aldi around me either. Here it is
What kind of tomato sauce did you use? I recently discovered Pomi tomato sauce tetra packs and they are amazing for making sauces. A half cup is the equivalent to a cup of chopped tomatoes.
https://www.fatsecret.com/calories-nutrition/pomi/tomato-sauce
I made a big pot of chili with 3 pounds of ground beef and I didn't even use one whole pomi tetripack...I must have only used a little more than half. It's super affordable, doesn't have anything stupid in it, and it's not toxic. Dude, canned tomato sauce is the most toxic canned product you can get. The acidity of the tomatoes mixed with the salt, and even the oils of the sauce all contribute to faster leeching of toxins from the can liner right into the sauce.
You don't have to settle for questionable affordable sauce with added sugar, super concentrated tomato paste, and you don't have to spend an arm and a leg getting a proper sauce like rao's homemade either.
Yeah they are hit or miss. I liked the buns, but they were a little wonky. I started buying these off of Amazon. My husband hates that I buy them, but he also likes going to Burger King and ordering off the value menu so I grab 2 $1 bacon cheese burgers and shove them on that bad boy and I have an amazing burger for about 300 calories and 2g net carbs.

They make like a big hotdog or small hoagie. I just used the recipe above and got creative with toppings I too of the raw dough. Made some sesame hoagies, some bacon cheese, some jalapeño cheese, etc. obviously, the nutrition will be slightly different as the recipe above yielded about 4-6 hoagies.

I stopped using the strips because once you start to know what it feels like you just know.
I just checked one brand of coconut water and a 1 Liter bottle is 4 servings at 11 grams of carbs per serving. So a half bottle would be more than your daily limit.
I think the best thing about keto is that you are forced to avoid so many packaged and processed foods because everything has carbs in it.
Carbs taste good and can be addictive which is why they put them in everything. But that also makes snacking on keto much harder. Cheese, pork rinds and lightly salted almonds quickly became mainstays in our house when doing keto.
Lets see... I've tried quite a few, but certainly not all of them. I remember these 4 specifically.
Mickey T Pure Caprylic Acid - I don't like that it uses some palm kernel oil. I really like it, but I'm only on my first bottle. Little to no taste.
Nature's Way Coconut Oil - Only 94% MCT if I recall correctly (nonissue for me). Tastes good, like mild coconut.
Sports Research - Quality, but it has a slight chemically chloride aftertaste.
Burried Treasure - Stay away. Significant consistency/quality issues across 4 different bottles (3 from Amazon and 1 from Central Market). 1 had little to no flavor, 3 had a similar chemically chloride aftertaste.
I'll next try one of these two:
I haven't tried any of the Bulletproof stuff and don't intend to.

Marinated chicken is one of my favorite things to make in bulk and have on hand to throw over a salad or eat straight out of the fridge. I call this "Greek lemon chicken" because I used to work at a Greek restaurant and the owners wife taught me how to make this. The marinade is olive oil (about 1/2 cup), lemon juice (about 4 large lemons), garlic (lots), basil 2 tbsp) and oregano (1 tbsp). Cut up the lemon peels after you've juiced them and add to the marinade. Let your chicken sit overnight and cook that shit. I've grilled it, make it on the rotissere, and roasted in the oven. These thighs were oven roasted.
I kinda hate cauliflower, but I've made a version of this rice a few times and it's AMAZING. Zero cauliflower flavor. I use a base of frozen cauli rice from trader joes. I start with a couple tbsp of onion and let soften in a pan with some olive oil. You can leave the onion out completely if you don't have the carbs for it, I've made it with and without. Add your cauliflower and let it soak up some olive oil. I season it generously with this Greek seasoning. Add in about 8 kalmata olives, pitted and sliced into thirds. Add about 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese before removing it from the heat.
Tried this on a whim today instead of trying to make keto fries.
This combo is phenomenal. I specially ate it with Lowreys spicy pork rinds (the type you microwave to prepare). Amazing snack!

I looked at my order and the 10” I ordered is the Pro model and the 12” pan is not the Pro. The main difference I’ve noticed is that the Pro has a metal handle so it can go in the oven, whereas the other model has a rubber handle.

Cacao Butter. You melt it, mix in your ingredients, form the balls and they will harden at room temperature. Cacao butter melts at around 97° F. So they will keep their shape unless you leave them in a hot sunny spot.

It's a pancake made with the chaffle batter recipe. The batter can be used in a Dash mini-griddle instead of a Dash mini-waffle maker.
Here's a Serious Keto video on it:
I take Hydrolyte. It is super high dose which does the trick. Its the best bang for your buck I could find, but its unflavored so you have to mix with a ton of water or in something else (I use vitamin C). Check it out on Amazon
They sell lots of different brands and models all over the place, so find whatever one suits your egg needs. I just got this one on Amazon and for the price, it is the best $16 I have spent the entire time I’ve done Keto. I use it DAILY.
I’m not totally familiar with the rules about posting links to items on this sub, so I just wanted to be clear: I don’t work for or represent this company or any other egg maker type operation. I’m just a fan and wanted to share my find!
Recipe
Swerve chocolate cake mix: amazon link
Buttercream: 3.2 sticks of softened room temp butter ~1/4 cup heavy cream ~8 tbsp swerve confection sugar ~1 tbsp vanilla extract ~1 tbsp chai mix I used approx measurements, tasted it as I went until desired sweetness and texture. There is probably a recipe somewhere but I was too lazy.
Using hand mixer, mix butter until velvety, add sugar, vanilla extract. Mix again until incorporated, add heavy cream, mix until thickened and then add chai mix to taste
Toast some shredded coconut on dry non stick pan and sprinkle on top

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner.
I got the recipe from the video (added link below) and made a some modifications. For example, reduced the by half the amount of the vital wheat gluten and the other half I used almond flour. I added two teaspoons of anise seed, two tablespoons of orange blossom water, and used 1/2 cup of erythritol as sweetener instead of the 4 tablespoons he calls out in the recipe.. I noticed that the dough comes out nicer if you keep it warm while working on it.
I hope this info is helpful and your bread comes out nicer than mine!!
Here is the info of the orange blossom water I used. Note that I got it from a local supermarket in Austin, TX, it was cheaper than Amazon.

Prepping done for the week. At least I hope...LOL.

I’ve been getting it off Amazon because I can’t locate it near me. It’s good, but pricy. Worth every penny.

Here you go! We are a new product. I recommend putting it on Veggies (cucumber, carrots, celery, or steamed veggies), Eggs, Chicken, Cauliflower Rice, and a really popular one we hear at farmers markets is people love it on Pork Rinds if you are keto. Pork Rinds give you that nice crunch that everyone misses.
Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions :)

I just got Anthony's from Amazon. $10 for 680g, so the sodium citrate in this recipe cost 16 cents. The bag is enough to make >34kg of cheese sauce.

Birch Benders just started offering their version as well:

Looks like they're sold out already on Amazon. I got some Brownie Cups from Amazon last week. They are delicious. But way too expensive, at about $3 per cup. From what I've read, the Duncan Hines cups will be about $2.15 each?
In the long run, I think we'd be better off experimenting to come up with our own dry mix. There are plenty of keto mug cakes to start from. Just plan to add the egg or water or fat to the dry mix when making one.
Hoosier Hill Farm Heavy Cream Powder Jar, 1 Pound https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00OCV3QRW/
Always wanted to try this.
Hard to get.
For me, I bring a small container of table cream to work on Monday. Lasts the week in the fridge. I'm using last weeks and it's a bit sourish today.
Here's mine. It's small and I have one for home and one for travel. I put my plate on it, zero it out then put food on it then log the food. Then it's time to eat the food. If the food has bones in it, then I weigh the bones when the meal is over and subtract from original weight to get the total weight. For dressings or liquid, I track by volume not weight. I have a nice set of stainless steel measuring spoons/cups that I like.
Turkey Creek - America's Best Pork Skins offers Dill Pork Rinds (Chicharrones) packed 12-1.75oz bags. An outstanding product at a great price! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BTHBZR2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_rkbzCbPA77R29
The link above is packed 12- 1.65oz bags. I got 12 and that’s the correct link per boyfriend :)
I've been very lazy with cooking lately, so I 'meal prepped' some chicken breasts and make various dinner combinations throughout the week with them.
With the chicken part done, this took roughly 15 minutes to put together.
1 medium zucchini squash.
Spiralized to your preferred size.
Soup base + 1 cup (250ml) of water.
Bring to a boil. Then add in any spices you want. This combo included cayenne pepper, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Translated the back of the soup package and the carbs were 4g.
2 medium boiled eggs.
If it helps: I make my eggs with the Krupps Egg Cooker, but apparently they're not being made anymore and the one listed on Amazon is extremely overpriced.
1 portion of prepped chicken.
Grill or pan fry for finishing texture.
Place zucchini in your bowl, pour in soup, top with chicken and eggs.
I use a 3-well silicon mold, with a whole slice of cheese per well, when I want to make taco shells or mini-bowls. Then they need to be shaped just after they come out of the microwave, before they crisp up.
These days, I can convert a 12-slice package of cheese into crisps in under 10 minutes.
I bought all five to try from Amazon, and these are sooooo freaking good!!!! My favorite flavors are the Pecan and Apple Pies, and the Blueberry Cinnamon Bun. These are really rich in flavor, and you could eat a tablespoon for dessert and totally feel satisfied! These are so worth the money!
I'm not sure if they have these in Canada but I got this lavash bread from Amazon. I also found it at Walmart by the deli.
It's 120 Calories, 3g fat, 10g protein, and 10 net carbs bet lavash/tortilla.
I've made burritos, pizza, and a calzone with it so far. You can also make chips with it too.

I really like this bread. Completely tastes like the real thing, though, it is slightly higher in carbs at 4g per slice. Cost is over at $28 ($18 + $10 for shipping) for 3 loaves (~$9/loaf). Loaves are pretty well sized, while the slices themselves are rather small, but manageable.

1) You caught me at coffee time, hence the speedy response.
2) Buy a spiralizer. I use this one. Wash and dry zucchini, cut off the ends, and cut into 2” segments. Run through the spiralizer. When that’s done, press the water out (paper towels work fine). You can also sprinkle on a bit of salt to help the zucchini release water. After that, you can pan-fry the zoodles briefly (maybe 3 minutes or so), and then can use them as a substitute for noodles in pasta dishes, soups, etc.
I have been using these drink mix packets. They use stevia and have found that one mixes well into a 1L bottle of water.
For me that's more than enough sweetness and one packet can get me through 2L fairly easily

Liquid sucralose aka Splenda ftw. I dislike that cold mouth feeling the other kinds give you plus it is extremely cheap and lasts a very long time. liquid Splenda
I only make mine in the oven. I have a pan that has the silicone mat on top.
Set the temp for 375. I can get 3 big ones or about 6 smaller ones. Bake them until they are brown. The trick is when you take them out, let them sit so the cheese gets a little hard. Then I pick them up with a spatula and put them on an upside down taco pan to get the perfect shape
To each their own though. It does seem easy to do it in the microwave, but I prefer using my oven. Oh and the cheese I use varies. I prefer sharp or extra sharp cheddar b/c of the taste. Colby jack is pretty good too. I've also seen people use already sliced cheese.
