I have the episode saved on my phone just to occasionally listen to the intro because I enjoy it so much. Same goes for the God's Damn Wizard theme. DJ Danarchy is truly a master of his craft.
EDIT: Let's plug why not and here's the goods.
I fucking LOVE the remix they did of this for an intro that one time
Red alert, redalertredalertredalertredalertredalertredalertredalert you belong in the ciiityyyyyyyy

3 years sober now - reading Allen Carr's easy way to quit drinking did it for me after many failed attempts.
It is not well written, it spends 30% of the time just telling you to keep reading, but it did something that I needed - it explained the cycle I was stuck in. Once I could see the trap, I could get out. Im not looking for jesus or to make amends, I just needed to stop drinking.
It is odd to criticize a book that helped me accomplish something so enormous, but I think you should be prepared to read a very long pamphlet that desperately needed an editor or atleast a second draft, but may be useful for you.
I've started reading this: https://www.amazon.com/Nature-Conspiracy-Theories-Michael-Butter/dp/1509540822
It's by a German sociologist, i think, who has been researching conspiracy theories. So far it's been trying categorize theories and explain the motivation. It uses mostly German American examples, i think. And is fairly well written.
Here is a book that I found really helpful End Time Machine. It is a fun read and will help people understand the Post Tribulation view.

What do you all think? Did this help "knowledgefight"?
Re: Thor the Venusian
It’s possible that zero people here will care about this, but I’m hoping that a few other space weirdos might find it interesting. (Assuming this isn’t already common knowledge among space weirdos; I’m the only one I know, sorry.)
So when Venus came up, Jordan got stuck briefly on the mention of Thor. Because I’ve been way into space weirdness (or madness) for years, I understood that they were referring to this completely outlandish story about an alien visitor from Venus by the name of Valiant Thor, not the Thor from mythology that most non-weirdos are familiar with. This Thor reportedly arrived in 1957 and met with President Eisenhower and the Joint Chiefs, where he claimed to be a representative of an intergalactic council concerned about the dangers of Earth’s development of nuclear weapons.
Valiant Thor stayed on Earth for 3 years, after which time I guess he fucked off back to Venus or was assigned to some other intergalactic mission. Idk, I didn’t buy the book or anything. I’m not a believer, I just find all this nonsense delightful.
A Google search for “Valiant Thor Venus” turns up a few gems, like this book and others. A whole Valiant Thor-themed new age grift, who’d have guessed?
Plaintiffs lawyers at the Heslin trial (and in depositions) have definitely implied they think that, but I'm not aware of any hard evidence and I personally think it's unlikely.
ZPN has been around since 2016, and I don't think everything they've said is usable or congruent with InfoWars narratives.
I tend to believe, based on what we know about about how articles find their way onto Alex's desk (I'm avoiding using the word process), that ZPN wrote that article defending Alex on Sandy Hook that Alex used in the whole "Final Statement" video.
Alex loves flattery, so I suspect at this point, Alex added ZPN to his "sources to print" list that InfoWars employees talked about in depo. That would help explain why Owen was given a story from ZPN while hosting Alex's show, and claims to be unfamiliar with it.
But again, this is all speculation and they totally could be a sock puppet as you speculate.
The founding Myth by Andrew seidel. It covers Christian nationalism and how the US was not founded by Judeo Christian values. Also dispels the notion that most of the founders were Christian. Really interesting read.
(Not so) fun fact, I was just in Barnes and Noble the other day and was surprised to discover that it is currently in print. And if that isn't scary enough, it's also #1 in 3 categories on Amazon including "Radical Political Thought," and #168 in Books overall.
I carry one of these around with me when crap like this starts popping up around town. Honestly, I hadn't thought about something like hidden blades, it just makes peeling stickers much easier. I think it may provide some additional safety if you're truly worried though.
I'll have to check that one out. Also, D. Mulloy's The World of the John Birch Society: Conspiracy, Conservatism, and the Cold War is also good.
Also Glen Jeansonne's Women of the Far Right is a good one for the 50s anti-communist set.

There ya go homie, but you don’t get the double patriot points
Not sure how 'policy wonk' became a thing
But I believe The Altar of Celine came about when Dan and Jordan appeared in the New York Times. The article mentions Dan's cat Celine. Then later Harrison Smith covered the NYT article on his infowars show, and somehow he decided that Celine is actually their cult leader? You can hear him spout that nonsense in the special opening theme of episode 551, or there's a link to just the song here: https://hearthis.at/danarchy/knowledge-fight-hs/
Not sure how long it took for that to become a meme and morph into an intro bit, maybe someone else knows?
Elite Dangerous.
Hear me out fellow Policy Wonks.
I listen to KF while playing Elite Dangerous and imagine myself in the future, well beyond the current near-dystopia situation we find ourselves in. Listening to ancient broadcasts of Earth-reporters analyzing, collating and filing all the data real-time as Earth falls slowly into the eventual man-made Armageddon.
As we as a species crawl out of the wasteland of our own making; Slowly making our way into the stars, we realize our own nature is and always has been conflict. Much like Howard Bloom's 'The Lucifer Principle' we are programmed and designed for conflict, ensuring the strongest variation survives in and under extreme conditions.
As I pilot my Diamondback Explorer, stripped down for the maximum distance, I escape away into the blackness of deep space. Listening to KF and thinking 'This...This is where we all went wrong. Why couldn't we see...Why couldn't we understand what we were doing?'
And whiskey. LOTS of whiskey.

apparently people have decided it's this book, "Erotics", thus Alex's hilarious claim of "glass porn"
