Oh for sure. It’s a japanese edible film made of starch. It’s kind of acts like an edible ziplock bad. So you you put your powder in there. Close it up and swallow. The powder stays in the thin disk until it reaches your stomach and the starch dissolves.

I have been using the oblates for awhile... First I got the round ones... I can get 2 grams in there. They occasionally will leak your kratom, sometimes half way down. That sucks! I have been using oblate pouches now... They hold the same 2 grams and much less likely to give me any problem.

It’s illegal in some countries, like Italy. We had a trip planned last year that we had to cancel due to covid, but I was determined to bring a small amount at least. I found some “grass powder” on Amazon and it looks just like Kratom so I was just gonna use that container. I just don’t think customs is looking for Kratom but I wouldn’t bring it in a Kratom labeled container if it’s illegal there. The container is usually in a cabinet (so no light exposure). Maybe you could find dark containers if you needed to keep it out in the light.

It’s not intended to shoot water up your ass but that’s what happened. I got this bidet and I was just using it as you’re supposed to to clean myself off and next thing I knew a whole bunch of water and more shit came out. So when kratom backs you up and it right there but won’t come just turn on that bidet and it will all come out. Sounds insane but has wound up being a life saver. Also, you’ll be surprised that when you think you’re done and then you use the bidet there is always more left.

Ew CuZo…. That’s not great for your body, that is, of course, if you’re doing this even almost daily (or most likely MULTIPLE times a day). Check out these things called “Oblates” or “Oblate discs”. Expensive but never have to buy filters, it doesn't drip and subjectively the extra pressure required seems to extract better. You need a strong cup and this might not be suitable if you can't press hard.

Honestly, I typically only dose about 3-4 grams of my "mix" once about 10am, and i'm good all day. I consider taking more, but that's that little MF addiction part of my brain that just wants soemthing... It ALWAYS wants just a LITTLE bit more...

I didn't THINK about looking at the local pharmacy! I had JUST ENOUGH on an amazon gift card to get this. Hope it is worth it. Seemed like a good deal, but I know VERY little. Ok, I'm not SUPERSTITIOUS... But I might be a little bit stitious about that dubious amount of servings...
I've read a few people say its better to take it an hour or so before the kratom? Do you take it with?

i get nauseous/gag very easily and these are a godsend. don't try to overpack them or you'll choke, and take a good swallow of fluid after to keep from burping up a dust cloud, but it's like swallowing a (big) pill except instant effect--the paper disintegrates immediately. There are other. cheaper options for papes but a lot are "fold it yourself" and IMO these are worth the few extra bucks for the shape alone and they never bust when i'm filling. good luck!!

I keep a jar in the fridge so I don't have to wash it every time. Put in a few oz of water, your dose of powder, and maybe something for the taste (I like a little sprinkle of this stuff, or a flavored multivitamin powder.) Shake it up and down it. Add some more water, give it a shake to get residue, down it. Rinse the jar, throw it back in the fridge.
(I also add a bunch of other things like magnesium and black seed powder and agmatine but wanted to keep it simple.)

These are a game changer. Put your dose in a bag, lick to seal, only take about 30 seconds.
I use a small plastic shot glass (like you'd use for jello shots). Little water in mouth first, then toss back, little more water, swish, & down the hatch!
It does, but there are a lot of ways to make it. The kratom alkaloids need to be extracted during the process, hot water alone is not enough. Most people will acidify the water with lemon juice, or apple cider vinegar. Dealers choice. Boil for about half an hour, water will start evaporating, so you'll need to add more. Boil it for another half hour and strain your resulting liquid through a fine meshed sieve or a coffee filter. There is a slight issue with this resulting tea, it's going to have a pH of around 4, so it's a good idea to try to bring that up a bit if you have stomach issues. I would use a product like this to raise it to pH 7. You could use a tsp of baking soda as an alternative, but I don't recommend it, it's god awful. Get Litmus pH test strips, the pH 1-14 variety if you work on adjusting pH. If you have a bad stomach, putting acidic foods or drinks in it will make it worse.
There are other ways to make tea with out adding acid to it, but it take a lot more prep work. The red bubble is real! Multiple freeze and thaw cycles to get the most out of it.
Me again, I got some crushed leaf kratom and made tea from that with a tea infuser. It has to steep for a while, but it tastes a lot better. More like bad tea and less like kratom. Apparently there's a whole process to make it properly, but just winging it with the infuser and letting it steep 'til it was lukewarm worked well enough for a test run.
I know the feeling, I used to do the same thing. But this actually takes longer than something like Blate Papes.
The second video at that link shows how to seal them and take them with you. I can pre make 10 days with in less than 5 minutes. And I can take 6+ grams in one

Bout what I would expect hemp powder to taste like not great but, not horrible either. I always throw some ovaltine in it to help a bit. I also used almond milk. The protein powder has alot of protein and fiber and the almond milk has half your daily needs of calcium. I think the protein powder is pretty high iron as well. Ovaltine is pretty low calorie and is fortified with nutrients so it's almost like taking a multivitamin. All that fiber/protein in a low calorie shake is kinda perfect for when taking kratom on an empty stomach imo because you can go longer without eating after. But, not sure if it effects absorption at all
I take on an empty stomach, but eat a small meal within 30 minutes. Some claim eating diminishes the effects, but for me, it gives a little boost. If I don't eat, I'm sometimes very nauseous. If I do eat, I sometimes still get a little nausea, but for that, I take ginger candy. This is my favorite for home, and the same company also has an individually wrapped version for travel. Sometimes the ginger only reduces the nausea to tolerable levels, but most of the time, it eliminates it. As with all things kratom, everyone has different experiences, so YMMV.

I don't chew any of the black seed (because it is in caps). I actually bought it in caps... but I opened some up and emptied them into the caps I made (pictured above), just to create a nice supplement medley... and to get the rainbow effect :)
I also have the oil. It is fairly intense. Some people say it smells/tastes like gasoline, or kerosene; I don't think it is nearly that bad, but I didn't necessarily enjoy eating the oil. It was like taking medicine, I guess!

Get a capsule machine and cap it. Throw in some black pepper for added potentiation. Take a couple caps with your dose (assuming 00 at ~0.5g per). Some people say to take it a half hour or so before, but I've never noticed a difference. There are probably better/more accurate methods, but I am the epitome of laziness (I call it convenience, but my friends disagree).

Oh, wow. It is that small. OK, I definitely wouldn't recommend drinking the whole thing unless you want to (probably) puke your guts out from over stimulating the opioid receptors. Your tolerance would also be thoroughly boned for a good long while.
