I have followed all the instructions, I have the same settings, the latest firmware 5.20.30 and in theory a suitable HDMI cable. What could be wrong?

I live in germany though. Have in mind: the shorter the cable the better.

Hey so I did get that other cable and still no luck. I ended up getting this one which is working. Full 4k 120hz 12bit. Only issue I see is that I seem to be suffering audio drops when using 24 bit 192khz

Wow well if you tried all those then one of them should’ve worked. Just in case I’ll link you to the one that works for me below but there could be setting on the PS4 Pro letting it default to non-4k resolution.

Just something to keep in mind, there aren’t many games that’ll play in 4k so a lot of the time the resolution will stick to 1080p. PS5 is where we’ll see real 4k gaming as a standard.

I ran into the same problem with my 77” C9, I purchased the Sonos Arc soundbar and need to raise the tv in order to position correctly, I like my current tv stand so I purchased this from Amazon, it arrives on Wednesday, maybe this could work for you?
