hello. it is a Rainmeter skin called Mond Clock. there's a file link in the message above that has the settings file i'm using to get the look. you can tweak to adjust for your needs.
Woah.. that video bitrate is very high (hence size also), its not recommended to be used as wallpaper.
You can reduce the bitrate:
To convert existing video files you can use third party software such as [HandBreak](https://handbrake.fr/)
Open handbreak & in Source selection select the video file.
In Summary under Format select MP4.
In Video select H264 as Video Codec.
Adjust Quality slider 22 or 24
Click on Start Encode.
Make an account and copy the api key:
https://openweathermap.org/appid#signup
Rightclick the wallpaper in library -> customise wallpaper -> there should be a city and api key filed... enter the details.
The key takes some time to activate on their server so you will get error initially, try after sometime.
https://openweathermap.org/appid
Follow the "Sign up and call API for free" instruction to get the api key.
After you get the apikey it takes time to activate on their server... so try after a day or so.

>why did Lively decide it should install itself in the DOCUMENTS FOLDER???
Lively is not installed in documents folder, plugins(web browser, videoplayer etc) and wallpapers used by lively are only installed there..
This is done for various reasons:

> And once i have dragged and dropped a ZIP file into the Lively window, can i move the ZIP file some where else from where i dragged it? Does it copy the ZIP into Lively, or does it does Lively link to the folder from where it was dragged?

Lively .zip are always installed/extracted in Documents/Lively Wallpaper/wallpapers folder or Parent directory if portable build.
Yes you can delete the zip file, you can also create a new Lively .zip file by right clicking the wallpaper in Library and selecting "Create Lively .zip"
Only exception is when you drag and drop non .zip files, Lively is only storing its location information and not copying it to wallpaper folder..you will see a square disk icon topright on the wallpaper tile in Library in this case.
I own this live wallpaper on my Android phone - is it possible to use it with Lively? If not, could anyone direct me to a compatible version of it?
