It might be doable with scrcpy, which lets you control your Android from your PC with pretty low latency. Some flags can be set to decrease the latency a bit more.
What are those outputs? A stereo output such as a headphone out will need to be switched from stereo to mono. a 1/8 to 1/4 stereo cable will sound super quiet due to phasing issues. Much of the time you'll need a 1/8 to TWO 1/4 mono. Such as this one: https://www.amazon.ca/UGREEN-Splitter-Computer-Multimedia-Speakers/dp/B00ZKM3S4S/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=1%2F8+to+mono+1%2F4&qid=1611258601&sr=8-6

Then you only plug in the left wire and you'll be good to go.
I was using LP for a bit, but never in the field live. I still dont trust it enough. I practice with it often though. maybe one day it will make it into my sets. I use a morningstar MC8 and it works pretty well. The USB to Midi converter from Amazon is what I plugged into the midi chain and then into the USB hub connected to my ipad. here is the link for that cable - https://www.amazon.com/FORE-Interface-Converter-Adapter-Laptop/dp/B0719V8MX1/ref=sr\_1\_6?crid=XHPLC7FHIKI6&keywords=midi+to+usb&qid=1663700498&sprefix=midi+to+usb%2Caps%2C123&sr=8-6
Just a standard 5-pin MIDI cable going from the MIDI out on the Nektar to the MIDI IN on the rc505.
For example:
Yes, thank you, it helps to hear a first hand experience. I also think that 1xTRS- > 2xTS would do me no good. It would probably be best to connect the MPC to the mixer (2xTRS) and from the mixer to the RC505 (2xTS), but I want to minimize the clutter. Right now I'm leaning towards connecting the MPC headphone jack with aux -> 2xTS cable (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082Y7KC55?th=1), and then try your suggestion!
Good job.
Get some of these for your RC-500... trust me, it's worth it - easier on your toes with those buttons
You want to use an insert cable like this one,
I prefer using Boss FS-5U switches, which are easily connected together. This allows you the choice of either 2 non-latching switches or a single FS-5U and an expression pedal. Also, the FS6 requires a 9v battery. The FS-5U does not.
I have 3 FS-5U's connected together with 2 of them controlling the 505 and 1 for my Yamaha MOXF6.
FWIW, the new 505MK2 will have 2 foot switch inputs.
I’ve bounced a full track that I composed into my DAW and am using the SP404 to add FX to it live. The FX are built into the 404 and they lend themselves really well to this sort of lofi vibe. Lots of DJs use the 404 in their set up.
Drums are from my latest sample pack: “Meat n’ Potatoes”
Loopback by Rogue Amoeba (https://rogueamoeba.com/loopback/) is like an improvement to Soundflower, which I’m sure you’ve heard of. Graphically create aggregate audio devices to push inputs and outputs between applications. My first thought is that it might help you accomplish what you’re trying to do.
These are the ones I use. The tip & ring jacks are conveniently labeled. They're available in various lengths.
Thanks for your response! My interface doesn't have midi connections unfortunately, so I was wondering if a usb to midi cable like this one might work.
I have no idea about your specific power but recently got an RC 500 and powered it off of my rechargeable power supply, the Joyo JP-05. I had it for about 24 hours and it totally stopped powering on. Changing batteries, different power supplies and cables, nothing worked.
The only explanation I can possibly think of is that the power supply fried it. All Boss pedals say to use only Boss power supplies, and that’s usually bullshit, but in this case it might be true. Since I ordered the pedal from Sweetwater I was able to quickly get a replacement. From now on I’m only powering it with the recommended Boss/Roland power supply or with 4 AA batteries. I haven’t had a problem with powering any other Boss pedals off of various power supplies, but I think the RC 500 is more finicky.
Yep so from RC 505 you have 1/4 inch to 1/8 inch adapter from the mono out - AUX cord - 1/8 inch aux to USBc adapter for phone.
The headphone jack on the phone wont take the input signal so you do need to use an adapter that acts like a audio interface for the phone.

Yeah I was gonna say get a laptop stand, changed my whole game. I busk with the biggest lap top stand I could get. got this one off amazon 40 bucks one of my best financial decisions towards my career. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003GEKXRM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
You need a speaker that DOES NOT color your sounds with artificial filters. A Full Range, Flat Response (FRFR) delivers a precise, full response across the entire frequency range without any artificial coloration.

Doesn’t work, at least not on my iPhone 8. When you plug in the usb to the usb>lighting adapter, the rc505 does not show up as an mic option. Searched around online a bit, couldn’t find any IOS drivers for rc505 either.
So, the sonic port may you best bet, if you really want stereo. I go from the main outs on the rc505 into the 3.5mm jack in the sonic port, using a dual 1/4in to 1/8 inch cable, like this dual 1/4 to 1/8
You're going to need a loop station with multiple inputs or a mixer to plug everything into and then out that to the line in on a loop pedal (that's probably your cheaper option).
I have a digitech jam man stereo looper ~$125. You can pick up a mixer for 75-125. I actually just got this one on amazon for about 20 just to connect more to my loop pedal.

I should also add that I have a piezo disc (just the bare metal disc) that I've wired to a 1/8 jack. It picks up the guitar taps but the feedback is awful if I turn the volume up at all.
Maybe I should be looking at something like this stick on pickup which I think is piezo based??? https://www.amazon.com/Dean-Markley-DM3000-Transducer-Acoustic/dp/B00542YQSQ
