Because you are trying to argu or justify the use of wtfast and refusing to accept that Tencent bans players for using wtfast. Wtfast matters because you're using a proxy to hide your real IP address something hackers/botters do so they can keep making new accounts. I'm not sure what it is you're trying to argue about. They are banning players for using vpns like wtfast. I dont know what part you don't understand. Its not a speculation, its not maybe, they ban people wtfast if caught.
People have been banned using wtfast while not using Formica's patch before TeamHD's patch. Like I said they tested that shit for months before making a public release. Over 600 players use it and there is no proof of anyone being banned for it so far.
I know WoW bans people for using public VPN like CyberGhost. So TencentGames must have a similar policy.
It says that the file mentioned in that dialog box is 损坏 (damaged). Was there a problem during the download? I don't know right now if 7zip has a repair function, otherwise you'll probably have to re-download the files.
Also, I didn't use the VIP download (first option), but the "super fast" one (second option): http://imgbox.com/0NQP54w6
Yes, that can be tricky. Here are things you can try:
I recommend using the app from google called "Translate". It can be a little wonky at times, but it can get you out of a pinch.

I deleted all the quests I could. There are 2 quests I can't get rid of; one of them looks to be an urgent type quest. I tried to translate the blue text and some of the black but http://jisho.org/ seems to not have all the characters.
From what I could translate it says something about a painting of elegance or food. I suspect I need to obtain an item that looks like the reward in the picture. http://imgur.com/CnzxtuZ.png

The problem is that it didn't stop working. It never worked in the first place.
I had trouble registering a QQ account, as I already wrote here. The website would always say my mobile phone number is invalid, even after selecting the proper region. So I installed the QQ app, the Chinese one, because the English QQ app is badly broken and always crashes on startup (no wonder, it hasn't been updated for almost two years).
After registering a QQ account within the QQ app and confirming my mobile phone number by entering a code from the validation SMS, which came almost immediately, it told me "Registration successful", and I got the following number: http://imgbox.com/HXMKrc85. I tapped on the blue button and was logged in into QQ. Anything in the QQ app looks fine.
Then, about two days later, I tried to login into MHO for the first time, after I finally managed to install it, with a working installer. I have to use the number from the image above, which I got when the registration was complete, right? It didn't accept my password right from the beginning. I tried it several times, and caps lock was of course off, I double and triple checked that. So I tried a password reset in the QQ app. I got to the place where it told me to enter the verification code it would send me to my mobile phone number. Sadly, I never got that SMS. Even now, one day later, I still didn't get any SMS. What should I do now?

A VPN like CyberGhost. That is what I used to get around it. Also used some site to create a fake phone to receive SMS because a lot of the receive SMS sites tend to reach the limit of text they can be sent.
You can try the email signup, as described in my guide here:
Sometimes, it doesn't ask you for a mobile phone number for SMS verification. No idea though under which condition. You could try a VPN like CyberGhost, even the free version has many servers to choose from, and see if you can signup without SMS verification.
I am struck with a high ping, too :/ the best I got was around 290. I can live with that but I got timeouts from time to time which suck. Currently I am fooling around with a gateway through openVPN but the results are even worse. Someone mentioned SoftEther VPN Client including the plug-in VPN Gate Public Relay Servers. This is an easy way to log into a vpn server. Still, did not make an positive impact on my ping yet.
You can look at my guide:
Try the email signup, and there's a chance that you don't have to do the SMS stuff (which was very erratic for me as well). Generally, if you don't get an SMS, it seems to not like your IP. Try changing your IP, if you've got a dynamic IP, or you can use a VPN like CyberGhost (there's a free version) for an IP that is accepted.
I've also heard that if you do the email signup and select a location in China (e.g. Beijing), you're not asked to do the SMS verification. No idea if that's true, but perhaps worth a try.
