I find XD rings more comfortable for long term wear. Also I use baby oil. This coconut and shea butter version works wonders for my skin.

I’m about 3.5” soft and this cage is a decent length for me though it’s too narrow. My cock is about 1.5” thick and so my skin kinda bunches up around the base of the cage which can pull the head of my dick further back as well as making it more difficult to get in. I use a 50 mm ring and it works okay but causes me some discomfort after a few days. And sleeping with it on causes me some pain so I don’t do that.
