Try Death Alternative: Your Money or Your Life. It can trigger Sexlab Defeat as well as some included quests and other compatible mods. Losing your stuff, waking up in random beds, and more are all included in the mod and you have can control which ones are enabled, their chances of happening, etc.
Personally, I HIGHLY recomend using Mod Organizer to install all of your mods. There are several good guides that show you how to use it, you can find one on /r/skyrimmods or the STEP guide. STEP is a great way to learn the basics on modding Skyrim, and it has several mods that are essentially required to make Skyrim run right.
The way it works is instead of dumping your mods in to the data directory it actually creates seperate folders for every single mod in a seperate directory.
It can download mods using Nexus mod manager links directly and even supports premium users.
So instead of launching tesv.exe or skse.exe to run the game you would open mod manager and setup a mods profile set, once its setup you can save it.
Then you choose the program that you would run normally to start the game but mod organizer takes the mods based on your list, and automatically makes a virtual data folder that correspods to however you choose to order them on your custom mod list.
That way if you ever have 2 conflicting mods instead of having to uninstall both (or sometimes hundreds of mods) to fix a problem you just drag it further up or down on the list and the next time you start the game it fixes the order of the virtual data folder and nothing is ever overwritten.
The only caveat is that Boss, caliente's tools, fnis, and any other tools that modify anything you data directory also have to be ran through Mod Organizer. Its easy enough to figure out if you're capable of navigating programs and there's also plenty of tutorials online. I also don't mind helping at all if you'd like to add me on steam, ID is the same as my reddit name.
TLDR; you can have hundreds of mods that you can check on and off with a single click, reorder, fix load order, and always have a clean data folder, for just 20 hours of your soul.
edit: oh and did I forget to mention that it can easily import everything you've already downloaded in NMM, you'd just have to redo the ordering of everything, and clean up your data folder, sans enb which can't be removed from the root folder.
Do you get jaggged shadows on the ground around your character as well? If so this quick solution helped me in that department.
I can't vouch for installing sexlab with nexus since i've never done it. At first I would install it manually but nowadays I use modorganizer. Try reinstalling it, and always allow it to overwrite whatever it wants. I would, however, change to modorganizer, at least for the sexlab mods. Anyway, I've uploaded a previous framework, v155, for you in case you want to try it out.
