This is the brand I use. It’s going 3 different types of b-13 and folic acid. Also a regular multivitamin couldn’t hurt since when you were going crazy on noz I doubt you were taking care of yourself properly. But do the liquid and stay off nitrous and you will fine.

Try getting 1/2" clear vinyl tubing, and a 1/2" x 3/8" barbed splicer. Cut about 8 inches of tubing, stick one side of the tube on the nozzle and a little bit of coffee filter in the tube, then stick the barbed splicer on the open end. That ought to reduce the noise significantly. Don't inhale directly from the brass splicer because you might unconsciously bite down on it and fuck up your teeth.

Its n20. Yeah taming a hit everyday will be bad and give you b12 problems, doesnt matter if you think it wont. Do you want to be the lab rat? People have discussed there use on reddit and shroomery for years. You should just take the advice. DOnt find out the hard way.

Dont make it your go to drug of choice. If you use it regularly you can get serious b12 problems, you should wait at least 2 weeks between sessions and take methylcobalate b12 or maybe folic acid to help absorb b12. sublinguals and b12 injections are the best. B12 deficiency is really bad for you and made me feel like my bones were losening up. Somepeople end up in wheel chairs.

1 a day is too much. its safer to do 300 in a day then one everyday. its safest to binge space out sessions, and take b12 supplements. QUality sublingual b12 with methylcobalin bonus if it has adenoscobylamin, folic acid helps it absorb. wait minimum 2 weeks between sessions. after nitrous you temporarily cant use b12. and you can get serious health problems like nerve damage. worst case scenario you end up in a wheel chair.

The hard part is connecting the dispenser to the filter - most dispensers have something weird that looks like a 1/16" NPT male outlet, some like ICO use an adapter that changes that to 1/4"... but it's not NPT, the threads are all different.
So, I used a few inches of 1/4" ID vinyl tubing to connect both ends with pipe clamps, really cranking it down. It does a pretty good job!
A cracker just cracks the charger and releases the gas, you need a balloon for it. Dispensers are used for actually making whipped cream and can hold gas.
A cheap Aluminum 500 ml dispenser works fine, but I’ve had issues with the piece that punctures the charger occasionally causing some chargers to blast N2O out of the side instead of releasing it into the dispenser, when I used a cheaper one, so idk YMMV

Also I should get, get a cracker or should I get a full size whip cream charger like the 1 in your filter video? I heard with the crackers (posted image so you can see what they look like if the word cracker doesn’t ring a bell) that you gotta wait a sec for the balloon to get to a decent temperature cause it comes out really cold and could freeze ur lungs, had a buddy I game with do a bunch of whippets from a cracker while on discord and kinda showed me what to do if I do em, but he wore a glove while cracking the whippet in the cracker and then he exhale warm air onto the cracker (as the balloon was attached and already full) I saw cold Vapor’s coming off of it, is it recommended I fill a balloon then wait a second for it to come to room temperature, or is that only a problem with crackers or straight from the charger?

Take a half a mouthful twice a day. Hold in mouth for at least 1 min. Doesn’t taste great but not horrible. I would recommend get a big bottle. Has all three types of B-12 and Folic acid. Shit saved my life on several occasions.

That's a good question, but I think the risk really depends on the level of discretion of the user, as usage alone does not necessarily cause harm. From all that I've read I believe the risk can be minimized to virtually nothing with very conservative use. When you hear about B12 deficiency related issues, it's typically from users who do multiple consecutive days and don't do proper supplementation. And on supplementation, many people I think get this wrong. You don't just pop a multivitamin that says "B12" in the list. You want the full spectrum B12. And you don't just do it the day after use because it does very little. The good thing about B12 though is you can't really overdo supplementing and this should be taken advantage of. Do a lot of it for some time. It's not like many other vitamins where you can overdose. Party supply stores aswell, what I do is I hairband the bottom of the balloon to the tip of the canister, usually the like fat tipped whipcream one works besf, as I fill it with as many as I want. Then use the whipcream tip as a nozzle.

If it gets bad enough, you can buy a B12 solution intended for cattle and inject it subcutaneously or intramuscularly (NOT intravenously). At a glance, this sounds like a terrible idea but this stuff is apparently safe and from the research I've done. There's positive accounts of people injecting themselves all over the Amazon page and everywhere online. As long as you follow safe injection rules (look up guides on YouTube) then you should be fine.
