Highly recommend the Pivot Modular system which has both a singleton and a double version. (NOTE: with the Expand, if you're having twins you would need to buy a second bucket seat and child seat as the set only comes with one, but if you are going for two close in age then you'd be all set until the youngest was ready to move to child seat.) It looks really nice and the set comes with basically everything you need (see note about additional costs for multiples), but best of all the price is basically unbeatable.
We didn't end up getting this, but there have been several times I have kicked myself in the tail about it since I'm soon to have two under two.
I loved Emily Oster's "Expecting Better" (as well as "Crib sheet" and the upcoming "Family Firm") and "The Informed Parent" by Haelle and Willingham.
They are both very science oriented books and I liked that they selves into the why behind things rather than just issuing vague reassurances and warnings.
I got this one right before getting pregnant, and it's sooooo heavenly.

If your mattress has enough support still, something like this works great!
Edit: I just got a twin xl to cover half our king, and it stays put great. Not sure if you're looking for just you or to cover the whole bed.
Yes! I take a 500 mg separate choline supplement in addition to my prenatal (which doesn't have choline) and Omega/dha.
I am taking the Nested Naturals one, found it on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01A9WLFZC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glc_fabc_MYV68GPH1MZFA4JC28V0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I take Nordic Naturals, it comes highly recommended for quality and I have zero fish burps.
I wanted to share my thoughts on two recent purchases, in case it helps anyone!
For my face I got this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00B4LKGIK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_V1CXQSHMWE3S2DNG29JT?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
And for my body I got this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083VY5GVN/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_6VMPTSPZ4NRQ94SGR3MH?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I love this one- it’s small but functional and cute enough to use even when baby isn’t with you
These were my favorite last time around. I wore them pregnant and they lasted through nursing. Comfortable to sleep in too.

I have this topper on my bed, I bought the 4 inch one. I absolutely LOVE it. It’s seriously so comfy my body melts into it. I’m a side sleeper and I have no more hip or shoulder pain.

For my first we told the parents at Christmas and got them a present of this Grandparents book and wrote inside that it was from Baby ‘Last Name’ due August 2020.
This time we told them at Easter and got my son a Big Brothersaurus T-shirt and just waited to see how long it would take them to notice!
I never had any luck with jeans, but. I have six pairs of these maternity pants (four black and two navy). They're so comfortable. The only downside is the lack of pockets. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VWWHYMJ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_RSVMS8GTWVYR2B4854JH?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I was given a Snoogle and did not like it at all. It made me feel claustrophobic. I do, however, love my Boppy wedge pillow.
I bought this while TTC to monitor temperature (I like to scold myself) but have been too nervous to actually bath in the first tri. Maybe second? I’m sure it’s fine, but I know me and I’ll fall asleep with the hot water still running 😂

I had a post about BV not too long ago, after 3-4 days.. I started noticing improvement symptoms. I’d say it’s gone all together now. Hope it helps!!
I second the Hanes bra! If you need extra coverage, you can insert cups from a different bra; that’s what I do. Here’s a link! https://www.amazon.com/Hanes-Womens-Reversible-SmoothTec-Wirefree/dp/B07MSKN3DW?th=1&psc=1
Based on reviews, I went with this one: pregnancy pillow I will let you know how it is when it’s fully puffed up/ready to go! :)
Link below. 😊 Tbh, they're okay, I should have got something better quality. When they arrived they smelled like moth balls (and still do, even after washing ☹️) but they fit pretty nicely and I like the color. I'm going to try a pair from Motherhood Maternity next. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N03DMIZ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_0TVM34AJ25RS19EJ2EW3?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I'd also recommend "Strong as a Mother"
How to get through this with less anxiety. FTM here, also overwhelmed. It's been a great read so far.
Congrats!

I took this one last pregnancy and it didn’t make me nauseous (I don’t really know what else to add to a review of a prenatal supplement haha)
I've been using this one. It has prompts but not a lot of free writing though. It has a few spots the father can use too. We both really like it.

I've done two of these pregnancy journals. It's split up into trimesters. There are a few overall pages for each trimester plus one page for each week. There's a space for a bump photo each week, too, as well as pages for appointments and space for ultrasound photos. There's a mixture of prompts and blank space to write in. I've really enjoyed having them to look back on because my memory about the initial stages of pregnancy and when different things started is fuzzy.
I can add a few photos of the inside of it if you're interested.
