I discovered this using everything search which is much faster than windows internal search for *.glb files.

There is also a huge number of temp glb files at C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Home2\WorldsCache
but they all seem to have corrupt headers. I imagine these are all the objects you see in someone else's home when you are there.

I wish there was a preview function for glb and other 3d files the way there is for jpgs and the like.

Everything search
99 cents well spent. I was using https://glitch.com/~glb-frame-maker, but yours looks like it has more options as some of my pics I used in the glb frame maker distorted the pic by stretching them one way or another to fit. At 99 cents, and more versatile, yours is clearly better than even the free one.
I used to use the threejs editor to resize, but I've found this one to be more useful: glitch.com/~glb-scale-o-matic. It displays the dimensions in actual metres, instead of a relative percentage, and it constrains the dimensions, so you don't accidentally distort the shape.
Another thing I've found useful is to drag an object that's close to the size I want and then writing down the dimensions, so I can set my new object close to that size.
I found the files on sketchfab, converted to GLB, and resized. I didn't create them. I meant to remove the files larger than 15mb.
With The Grandfather Clock you can turn off the automatic placement and push the base through the floor.
You can try adjusting the size of the house until the stairs adjust with the resizing page below (Step by step what I did. Generally I download several, then convert several, then resize several at a time.)
Importing 3d objects for your Oculus Home and creating Custom Home Templates
Go to Sketchfab.com
Click [Search 3D Models] box
Select [] Downloadable box (other options are optional)
Type in [Search 3D Models] for more specific search
Select and click 3d model.
Click download link
Click [Download] on Autoconverted format (glTF)
You will get a compressed file.
(If the file size is over 15MB it will be unuseable in Oculus)
Extract file to a folder
Go To https://sbtron.github.io/makeglb/
Drag folder you created to [Drop all files and folders for your glTF asset here]
You will download Scene.glb
Rename to what you like.
Go To https://glitch.com/~glb-scale-o-matic
Drag you glb file to the large blue box.
Check dimensions or right side.
Type the height of the object you want in the box and click [Set Height]
Click [Download]
You will download Scene.glb
Rename to what you like. (put height in filename so you have a reference for continued resizing)
If the object is to be an object
place the glb file in C:\Users{username}\Documents\Oculus Home_Import\
If the object is to be used as a Custom Home Template
place the glb file in C:\Users{username}\Documents\Oculus Home_Import_CustomHomes
Custom Home Instruction

Nice! I wrote a tutorial here: https://www.notion.so/beastsaber/Download-GLB-Models-From-Public-Oculus-Homes-With-Charles-2189b7beb13f44138c60846c96db5bc4 to show how to download models from other people's homes if they don't take the time to share them.
