I've had mine for 2 years but it might be too heavy for some movements.
Decathlon is okayish but make sure to get a sturdy one. The thin ones are almost useless.
If total beginner, I'd go with a coach. pero do check the credentials, If you want to do it on your own lang, this app worked wonders

Medyo scaled sya for all levels, so programmed yung weights mo, and there are video links within the app. Got it from r/fitness and while I am not a beginner when I got it, i would say na the programs there really helped increase my numbers
