Roll20 (https://roll20.net/) has character sheets and a place to put maps. Personally, I've been converting my Palladium books to the Savage Worlds system (following the examples in Savage Rifts) and want to try the SW sheets at Roll20.
I use this when I GM for Rifts. I feel it's more player focused since there isn't really good support to quickly put multiple NPCs in there.

Heh, use whatever you like in the site. We've developed a lot of stuff for Rifts PBP & Roll20 games. Feel free to give us a holler. The more, the merrier.
Google has free online spreadsheets. I've used it for years for my own campaigns and constructed character sheets and equipment lists for a lovingly tweaked flavor of AD&D 2nd Edition and a few Palladium campaigns as well.

Considering it costs nothing, it's fantastically useful.
