The way the pinterest search function works is that the more a word is repeated, the more likely it will show up when searched for. Look at this one as an example

Hey there! So I'm a part of Cara Chace's pin power method and she and her group have been really helpful in my success on Pinterest! She has some free material as well but she has monthly q+a's as well as a super extensive course you can access for a reasonable monthly fee! If you ever think of checking it out let the group know how you found out about it and I can introduce myself personally and try to help you out as best as I can!

I know you posted a month ago, but here's my board. I'm mostly in home decor and diy stuff. A lot of my pins are reposts but I also went through today and pinned a bunch of stuff from Martha Stewart and Better Homes and Gardens.
Mine are mostly crafts, homewares/interiors and photography. I haven't been there all that long, but I think my unhealthy addictions are making themselves known already!
I was a pretty early adopter and spent so many years and so much effort curating my boards. I hung on way too long, but it's clear they are not trying to make a good app anymore - apparently they're milking us diehards with ads until it fizzles out.
When they wouldn't let you filter your pins by "tried," I was disappointed but not deterred.
When they took away "tried" and posting pics in comments, I thought maybe they were working on something even better 😇😂😕
When it became clear the ads weren't well-done enough to warrant clicking (I find great things on IG!!), I stopped clicking hoping they would notice it WASN'T WORKING.
But, ugh, I'm finally ready to move on 😔
What are people finding that replaces the bookmarks with photos idea? I enjoyed the social-for-introverts vibe 😆 but I can do without it. Any way to transfer what's I've saved? Finding some integrations with Google drive, has anyone tried that with success? https://zapier.com/apps/google-drive/integrations/pinterest/5123/log-new-pinterest-pins-in-google-drive (this is only new pics though)
I just came back from the Guided Search launch party. I missed Ben's presentation because I was stuck in traffic :( Anyway, here are some pics from the event: https://www.flickr.com/photos/thoughtcrimes/sets/72157644336706403/
Pinterest currently 10th position on the similarweb's board for social media platform. 30th position for US top websites.
Hi, I found 'If This Then That' and signed up, found the Pinterest-OneDrive connection (https://ifttt.com/recipes/378561-upload-pinterest-pins-to-onedrive), and tested it, but I just got an error:
An error with OneDrive prevented your Recipe from working. Edit the OneDrive Channel or try again. If errors persist, visit the Help page for support.
However it seems to work with other things for OneDrive. Is this (https://ifttt.com/recipes/378561-upload-pinterest-pins-to-onedrive) the same connection you use? Can you advise on any particular settings I need to change from the default?
I use Pinterest every day for craft ideas and I am a dude. I am an activities director for a memory care facility and find the craft boards very helpful for my job. Sometimes all I need is a picture to put together a great craft so I use Pinterest like a crazy man. My boards
Update: Raindrop.io has become my replacement for bookmarking images. I find that I can copy/paste the URL of the image if it doesn't pick the right one properly. I can also export pinterest boards with Pinback bookmarklet and then import right in to Raindrop.

I hope to market my website www.fivegallonideas.com through pintrest. I made a board title "five gallon buckets" for it, and have repinned a bunch of cool bucket ideas from other people.
I'll probably put a link to the pinterest account from my site, and I'll try your email tip.

24 boards - I pin a lot of interior design pics, art/prints and colors, cool products, DIY and home tips, jewelry/shoes/bags/etc, style and makeup, all that good pinteresty stuff. Wish I had thought to look for this subreddit ages ago.
I use mine primarily to collect ideas for my wedding. I've found some really adorable ideas, and it's a handy place to keep them so I don't forget.
I have a "Style" board where I keep jewelry that I like, to keep it in mind for when I have to hint for what I want for gifts from my guy.
I have a board for cupcake ideas (not recipes.) My roommate from college and I have had this silly dream to open a bakery for years now, so I have all my unique cupcake ideas recorded there, with pretty pictures to inspire me.
Everything else on my pinterest, all my other boards, have primarily served to make me happy. Like all my Doctor Who pins.
Pinterest can be useful, but for a lot of people it really is a time sink. For example, young college girls who are years away from marriage posting pictures of their ideal engagement rings (and of course each ring probably costs $10,000.) And that trend that apparently hit Pinterest where people were posting their "bucket list." That was irritating.
If you want to check mine out (I do feel that I have kept mine partially practical), here it is. Oh, and if you do, the picture is me and my guy 9 years ago. I'm not that young. (Clarifying, so my comment about college girls doesn't seem ridiculous.)
I am 22 and am obsessed with this site! I'm mostly into home decor and diy stuff. A lot of my pins are reposts but I also went through today and pinned a bunch of stuff from Martha Stewart and Better Homes and Gardens. I also have a board that is all my own stuff.

I'm a 26 y/o married female from New Orleans. My most active board is probably my crafty/diy projects board. Or my shut up and take my money board. But I have other stuff too.
