I reckon packetloss is your issue, make sure you watch your bullet count, if it's dropping, log out and log in and see if the number hasn't gone back up. If the bullets have gone back up, you're not actually shooting them.

It's possible there's a problem, there used to be a problem firing arrows back before BwC where the arrow would fire, but cause no damage, but this was a long time ago.

As for your software, https://www.asus.com/us/site/graphics-cards/gpu-tweak-ii/ is not required to play games, it's bloatware in my opinion. People with 1070's and 1080's have suffered from lag on this game, and will do so in the future as it's not 100% optimized, that tool will not help you gain many more frames worth noting.

Turn the tool off when playing Just Survive from the start, see if anythings different.

As for DaemonTools, why do you need this to play Just Survive?
