I read The Big Miss when it first came out 2013/2014 and that was the first I had heard about Tiger's Navy Seal intrigue and its contribution to his knee issues. It's also when I stopped viewing Tiger in a sympathetic light. He probably doesn't deserve all the hate he gets, but he definitely seems ego-driven and calloused. Obviously hope he recovers from his recent injuries and continues to contribute to the sport though.
US Open Monday is June 13, 2016. PGA Championship Sunday is July 31, 2016. According to http://www.timeanddate.com/date/durationresult.html?m1=06&d1=13&y1=2016&m2=07&d2=31&y2=2016&ti=on that is 49 days. 49 days = 7 weeks.
You're not taking into account that 2 of the 6 non-major events you're referring to run simultaneously with majors (the Barracuda Championship and Barbasol Championship). So there are only actually 4 non-major events in that span.
Brutal honesty:

I cannot vouch for if this works but you could try a free trial of some of the smart DNS solutions. I use Unlocator here in the states to get around local restrictions on my appleTV. If you are doing it from a phone, they may be taking the GPS off the phone and so smartDNS may not work... but could from a PC etc?
Actually, all the pro golfers had been released from service by then and were back playing. So he was beating Ben Hogan and all the other greats for those 11 wins, according to the book American Triumvirate.
