Are you talking about this React Native? then it's javascript, html, css, perhaps doing the React tutorials and take it from there?
Your site has a backend. Http servers are lart of the back end after all. On that note, it's not serving your website over https. That's not a good look for customers. Don't rush to find customers before you've dotted you i's and crossed your t's. They'll see that and think you'll do even less for them, even if you know you'll make sure to finish everything for them.

You can easily convert your spreadsheet into an app with AppSheet. They have a free version that works for most internal, small business projects. Check out the platform and message me if you need a hand getting started.
I'm still not quite sure why you wouldn't be interested in an app or tablet?
Since you already have Excel sheets with formulas/macros, maybe you could even just buy a few cheap ($100-200) Windows Surface pros and load the up with the Excel sheets?
It might take more work, but, alternatively, there are some drag-n-drop app builders that sync with spreadsheets; for example, AppSheet.
