I got some Volt slippers last year and they are amazing. I lost the charger during the summer, though, and am still searching. In the meantime I bought some socks from Amazon that have little battery packs in them. The tops of the toes stay heated and that's enough for me!
The store where I got the slippers is awesome - https://www.thewarmingstore.com/
edit: add link to socks - there are several brands and varieties though - https://www.amazon.com/GLOBAL-VASION-Rechargeable-Battery-Chronically/dp/B01M679XOM/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1542004709&sr=8-4&keywords=battery+heated+socks&dpID=51refIJt4EL&preST=_SY300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch
All I've been told is to give it time and the body may recover. Now that summer is here it does seem better but I do find I walk outside to get away from the AC a few times per day.
In the past it didn't stop me from doing things. I'd just sit on or massage my hands in an attempt to work the blood back in. Now I'm buying premade hamburger patties and avoid scooping ice cream or directly holding a bowl of cereal or ice cream. My best purchase when it comes to this has been a little silicone multi mat. I don't have to touch the cold and it grips the surface. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RQ36TTZ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_MZBMC2E71ATCZ2T6YFGY?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Oh! You have to go LL Bean Fleece Lined slippers.
I also go socks like these and they have been amazing!
I always get things a size bigger for extra room and also sob because my chillbains can bad and they just hurt :(
You might try these if you haven’t already. I use the ones for hands while I work and it’s made a huge difference. I bought a couple pairs recently for use while typing. I like both pairs, but with my fingertips being the primary part of my hands prone to attacks, the gloves tend to make it worse! That said, if I ever do need fingerless gloves for another purpose I would buy both/either of these again.
These are thinner but also longer which I like: isotoner gloves These are thicker and offer better compression. They run a little small though. DISUPPO Arthritis Compression Gloves

This is the one that I have. It's basically just a really small heater. You do have to plug it into an outlet. But, I find that it works really well. Just have to keep it very close, like, if I sit more than a foot away from it, I'm not going to feel it at all. But, if it's right next to me, it's actually very warm. You can put it on any surface you want to, it just needs to be really close to feel the warmth.
I just got a little 200w heater for my desk recently and these fingerless gloves. I tried compression gloves and they were annoying to wear, but it might work better for you. I like that these are soft and are comfortable to wear while typing NOVAWO Womens Winter Arm Warmers Warm Fingerless Gloves Hand Crochet https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077MJTG8Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_MDS8J2VFDMWVAGYR75XV?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

I've never found good gloves for indoors but I really like these slippers.
Hey, I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I found something that is (sort of) working for me for my hands, in case it helps you as well, since this post didn't get any replies.
I bought these compression gauntlets and put them on first thing in the morning before I have any blood pooling in my hands: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003AKOLB6?ref=ppx\_yo2ov\_dt\_b\_product\_details&th=1
That seems to control it well enough to drive and walk into a store, but not enough to go on a walk outside. For that, I've added carrying a clay ice pack and alternating holding it against the back of each hand. The clay stays cold longer (I can usually get at least 20 min out of it), and alternating seems to help avoid over-correcting and setting off the cold issues of Raynaud's. The one I use is designed for joints, which helps because it has a built in strap I can carry it by if neither hand needs the cold. It took a few weeks of trial and error, but I can pretty reliably walk for 20 min this way in the heat without setting off either issue (heat or cold) in my hands. I hope that helps!
>There’s a lot of different brands on Amazon. Which brand did you get and how long is the battery life? Also can you feel the wires in the socks when they’re on your feet?
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07VTLXQPX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1&psc=1 I got these and have 2 pairs so I alternate the batteries overnight. They last for hours but if I'm going skiing or something I'll take my spare pair of batteries just incase they die. I don't feel the wires at all!
For hand measuring this is what I use:

There is probably better things out there but it's cheap and cheerful.
Yep I think I am going to aim to add 14lb to the frame, so back to lifting for me on monday I think.
A friend got them for me a month or so ago, and I go on a run or walk every day in the cold (~20 - 30 degrees), and I haven't had an issue at all!
I haven't gotten any myself but if you google "rechargeable fingerless gloves." some options show up
I saw a couple on amazon but they both had very few reviews so i don't know if I'd trust them lol
If you ever want to warm your hands up real quick without needing the gloves, I've been kind of looking in to this portable had warmer that seems reliable and it'd be easy to bring with you when you're out

So I bought one last year and use it under my desk (and sometimes for a few minutes in bed) It's a very low-level warm heat, it's heavenly.... I recommend it.
This one is really good. It's the second one I've tried. I really like how it automatically turns off after 4 hours because I accidently left my old one on a few times after I had gotten up from the desk.
You can write on top of it. I would probably put a notepad underneath whatever paper you're using so you don't leave any marks on the desk pad though. It's made out of pleather and it heats up really fast.

There are some muliuse chemical ones. They’re thicker gel filled pods you boil in water to reset.
I’m not endorsing this model per se, but something like it https://www.amazon.com/HotSnapZ-Warmers-Reusable-Round-Pocket/dp/B004CV2YXE
I use the Calm app. I basically just sit down for 20 minutes with my eyes closed. I don't specifically do it to heat up and as I said, it doesn't always happen. I am not sure what the circumstances need to be exactly, other than that the room needs to be comfortable temperature.
The "relief" happens maybe some 10-15 minutes in. During the session, I relax more and more, and it feels like at some sudden point, I manage to unflex a "muscle" that is keeping the warm blood from reaching my hands and feet.
I have one... game changer! Looks like the one I purchased is no longer available... but here's another with good reviews:

I wanted to add one more tip.
I was looking for a less bulky alternative for slippers to use while traveling. I found these ugly but inexpensive down travel Slippers on Amazon. 10/10 will recommend.

These saved my life when our friend’s Big Bend wedding turned into snowpocalypse. I have been struggling for years, and these let me hike without being miserable.
It was almost 90F out side today, and I still put on my wool socks and Sorel "house boots".
Prevention is everything.
Specifically for my hands, I use a Clispeed model zls-a6 Hand Warmer, it fits nicely in the palm of my hand, and it works wonders! The battery lasts for around 5-7 hours at its lowest heat setting (which is still warm for me) and can warm up to 55C (131°F)! You should be able to find one from the link below.

I recently just got a pair of heated socks off of Amazon. Highly recommend. They are pretty thick so to avoid washing all the time I wear a thin pair of socks underneath them. heated socks
I have these and, honestly, they're just ok. They do get warm, but I don't have particularly large feet (men's 7) and they're snug, especially in the calf and ankle. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08CXPNPR5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Label says citrate and oxide. So far so good. I can wash dishes like a normal person now. Lol. Current temp in my area is low 30s and no need for gloves as of yet. These are the ones that I am currently taking. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07TFL15RB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_I-A.FbVR4C5JY?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Sure it was these. You need big mittens or something over them to keep the heat in, then they are cozy as anything. I use them when stargazing.
I don’t know how good this one is but my wife bought mine from Amazon, it gets pretty hot and recharge time is pretty good for a good price too:

Since you cannot really use gloves with basket ball, my only suggestion is a really, thick coat & thermal hat. The coat will restrict movement in other ways. Keeping you core and head roasting may help, but will be uncomfortable. Worth a shot though, if you really want to basket ball outside.
It may get you another 15 / 30 minutes outside. Worse case you will have an awesome coat to protect you from the Winter.
This is coat which has kept me warm for years and the warmest one I have bought https://www.amazon.com/Alpha-Industries-Mens-N-3B-Parka/dp/B002VWK5UU
Would also recommend getting a coat too large for you. So your hands can disappear up the sleeves.
My feet look like yours and I have been diagnosed with primary raynaud's. An ex-boyfriend bought me this foot warmer for Christmas and I was skeptical at first, but it's truly been a life saver. I have mine on a foot rest under my desk and plan on buying more.

I'm on the computer for most of the day, and these work well for me! The fabric does pill a bit after a while though, but if you have one of those fabric shavers, that'll help with that!
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0836CQBS5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_ney0Fb47M13D8?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I use the OCOOPA hand warmer as well! There are many different options in terms of battery life and color and mine hasn’t failed me yet! Also I know this is not a medical sub and I am NOT a medical professional (just studying) but based off of what you described I would go for a check-up at your physician. The skin on your fingers and toes should never be falling off and so because of this it sounds like there may be some underlying health condition (gangrene caused by diabetes, autoimmune, etc). Again I am not a medical professional but I hope this helps in some way because being cold sucks. Buy the hand warmers!!
I wear gloves for arthritis which help keep the blood flowing to the tips of my fingers (like https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00CUD4G6E/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabc_GrqVFbV2N2SA7) and then normal thick gloves on top.
Honestly, they are SUCH a game changer.
I wear these slipper socks whenever I’m at home!

And when my feet are cold or having an attack I use this electric foot heater! (My boyfriend loves using it with me on the couch which leads to cuddling and stealing his body warmth too 😁)

The wife and I both have it and live in the Midwest. As of recently I purchased a couple warmers
Previously I was using the Zippo fuel based ones for extreme temperature days, but these work great even in the -35 gusts that we just had. UGGs with the lining work best for feet, but honestly it's just a matter of time before my toes go numb.
First, I want to say that I understand what you are going through. I live in the Midwest and I've had Raynaud's phenomenon for fourteen years. I have tried numerous gloves in the past but found that fingerless gloves left my fingertips freezing. I have found that wearing Arthritis Compression Gloves help me better than wearing super tick gloves. The gloves help me because the gloves keep my fingers from touching each other. When I have flare-ups, I find it more painful when my fingers touch. You can find the gloves I wear on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0786YCMDT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
When I go hunting, I use waterproof socks and foot warmers. Here is the link to the ones I have: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LYGLZ8L/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1&psc=1
Make sure you get the waterproof socks because that can save your toes when it is that cold. I hope this helps and congrats on your new job!
I haven’t tried that brand before but my boyfriend recently bought me snow deer socks and they are amazing!!!! They do a great job of warming up my feet and they actually fit my small legs and don’t fall down like other ones I’ve tried. They’re kinda expensive but worth it!!
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KY952KH/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_api_i_nfQFFbTZX0WDT
Someone else mentioned calcium channel blockers, which worked well for me but drained every last drop of energy I had. I just started using heated gloves and they've been awesome so far. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H6G5MFM?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Ditto on mittens for sure. I also received a rechargeable hand warmer for Christmas and I love it. I also received a pair of gloves with built in hand warmers but I haven't had a chance to use them yet. Has anyone else used something similar?
Thanks for the info! I actually have found a pair of fingerless gloves that I wear all the time now and find comfortable (these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01096W39K/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) then again I found out recently (like 3 days ago) that I don't have raynauds. I actually have a compressed artery and nerve in my neck that restrict circulation to my fingers and make them all tingly, so my experience may be totally different from yours.
Keep your hands and feet warm for two weeks and see if you notice any difference. Buy socks like these and wear them all the time for these two weeks. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B005KQAZZO/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
