The GET Mobile app lets you see your balance for meal swipes, DBDs (points), and MinerBucks. It also lets you buy MinerBucks through the app, which won't expire.

I believe the game is called "Robot Battle." Dr. Morales taught that session for when I attended in 2013. (That was actually the first time I ever programmed - good times.)
The website link is here: http://robocode.sourceforge.net/
The link you posted is from 2010... here is the other link from 2011. Either way, it's fantastic seeing Missouri S&T get its name out there with good research projects!
so they provide internet up until the modem I assume. If that is true, then you would be responsible for providing/replacing a router. You can get any old wireless router on amazon or at walmart. If the internet is free, then it's probably not particularly fast. So you won't need something too beefy.
Again, without more information to your situation it's hard to say. However, I think all you need is to replace/upgrade into something like this: https://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-R6700-Nighthawk-Gigabit-Ethernet/dp/B00R2AZLD2/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=wireless+router&qid=1563222407&s=gateway&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&sr=8-3
Even a couple of people can be sufficient, but I'm hoping to eventually have enough to do regular meetups at various places. Sign up for the mailing list for meet-up details!
while were plugging apps, I'm quite a fan of this one: https://telegram.org
It's like whatapp but the interface is better and there are solid desktop apps. It's open source (apps & protocol) and the details behind the secret chat feature are mildly interesting.
The first meeting will be during the second week of the upcoming fall semester, and it is aimed at welcoming new members.
Normally at the beginning of each Spring/Fall semester we run new members through all the parts of our framework: the programing languages, tools we use, different sub teams, etc. Rolla is dead during the summer, and most of our members leave the town. So we focus on using that time to code new things and all communicate via Slack.
We've never [to my knowledge] had someone express interest in joining during the summer, but we're not going to turn someone away, so I'm sure we could work something out if that's cool with you.
