Today I published my new software instrument, The Bottle Bard, for 4.99. As well as lowered the price of my two other software instruments (The Magic DIY Music Box and the Haunted Piano), and my one audio library Binaural Books.
You can find everything here The Bards Guild.
All my products are sample libraries, but most are currently musically oriented (being tuned to certain notes and coming with an SFZ file so that you can play them with MIDI and easily use them for music production) I am always working on new stuff and if any sound designers or composers out there have any requests, let me know!
There is a May flash sales on the Unreal Marketplace, including my Guns and Explosions sound Effects Pack, 50% Off: https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace/en-US/slug/guns-explosions-sfx-pack
These sounds were recorded during the month of March 2017 throughout a 3 weeks trip dedicated to the sonic capture.
The library comprises all aspects of the mainland Ecuadorian life, with the 3 geographical tropes: the coast, the highlands (Sierra) and the jungle (Oriente), along with diverse urban settings (in the capital city Quito, and in diverse town size, coastal, Andean and Amazonian)

That's interesting. I've been making music (and anything else) solely on Linux for years, before I switched to Mac. It would be nice if you could follow up with a post about how that goes, one day.
Here's the only alternative I've found: https://alternativeto.net/software/soundly/?platform=linux
Anyone seeking to create monster sounds, robot sounds and similar can try our beta 14-voice real-time voice changer apps on Android.
With some voice acting, one can make a good impression of Venom, Batman, Bane, Darth, Kylo, Stormtrooper, C3PO, CaptPhasma. In addition, each voice is customizable, so you can create new variations on those voices - for example with the Venom sounds, you can make a lion roaring type of sound.
Apps are similar, but the cosplay app has a Help - Cosplay section, while the gaming app has a Help - Gaming section which gives much more detail on AUX and Y-splitter cables for connecting for Gaming/Phone Calls/voice chat (connecting to headset ports etc.).
