There is a free set that he gave out. In the Mega Set, the file is named "KyleTW_SBP_Brushes_1215.skbrushes". I hope this is the one you're looking for.
He also had a paid set, but it looks like it's not available on his Creative Market store any longer (https://creativemarket.com/kyletwebster).
When I bought my Envy last year, it came with the stylus and personally, I haven't even attempted to buy another one because it does it all and is quite functional for everything I've
used it for. I browse the web, I organize my files, I use programs like Blender and Sketchbook without issue. The only thing I have purchased for it is backup rechargeable batteries so when it occasionally dies, I don't have to wait for it to charge.
Here's the links if the exact products I have, hopefully it'll get you started or end your stylus search.
I bought a huge set from Jason Heely for Sketchbook pro at Creativemarket.com, but you can do etsy, gumroad or any other digital selling platform ( hungryjpeg, designcuts, ....)
Can someone explain to me:
It says the individual licence is "FREE", then right underneath it says 7-day trial. Then on the knowledge base (https://www.sketchbook.com/help/knowledge-base/trial-version/) it says after the trial everything stops working. Does an actual free version exist?
EDIT: ok, got it, you need an account for it to be free, or else it's a 7-day trial
Hi Sir, I'm probably not going to be much help.. but have you subscribed and signed in? (I use the old SketchbookPro 7 version prior to the subscription).

If you have downloaded and installed it, you should be able to register it and unlock all of it.
Have you tried a different drawing program? My sketchbookpro is normally smooth as silk. Might help to try another to program to see if it's sketchbookpro or maybe the equipment. https://krita.org is free.
I know this isn't the answer you are looking for but check this out;
