It's my second bag of it. Ex wife got the last one in the divorce.
Of course! This is the wire I used. It’s bendy but not flimsy. Thank you! I was a bit nervous when I got it, but it’s worked out beautifully.
I purchased this 15 pack of planters off of Amazon and just wanted to share. They were surprisingly good quality for the price, I'm really impressed. The smallest size is 6" which isn't great for single cuttings but if you've got a bunch or a larger plant, definitely a good deal. Just thought I'd share since joining this sub seems to mean we need a few hundred more planters. :)
On mobile so using the full ugly link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZHZNT7X/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_wS5gFbZSAA1AK
I'm just not really feeling this pilea anymore. Also have no clue if I've been overwatering it or under, it's an absolute mystery to me. Goat skull for scale
I'm actually looking for terra-cotta pots that y'all don't want anymore.. especially smaller shallow ones like these: https://www.amazon.com/Terracotta-Planter-Nursery-Ceramic-Succulent/dp/B0859Y4Q9K/ref=sr_1_37?crid=23YA1VCHXNKTO&dchild=1&keywords=shallow+terracotta+pots&qid=1594956356&sprefix=shallow+terra%2Caps%2C174&sr=8-37
I just want like 3 pots, Amazon, not 60.
NOTE: I would likely not be able to ship this guy out until the week of the 27th or 3rd (of August)
I just got these after someone else on reddit linked that that was what they had. They came with screws, zip ties, and 3m stickies. I like them so far; but the purple light messes with my head.
Mine took a month! It was a midcut, too. I had it in water for the first two weeks and it got a little leggy but then I put it in leca and the roots took off and about a week ago I noticed a little peak of the next leaf/stem coming up! I refreshed the water once a week and had it under a grow light about 10 hours a day, at the 3/10 setting so it got a lot of light, but not crazy bright. Also have it in a rudsta with humidity at about 80% and on a seedling heating pad.
Once it's established it doesn't need quite that dramatic of care. Lol My mother RT just hangs out on top of my rudsta soaking up daylight and gets watered maybe once a week. :)
I'm not an expert, but mine are in LECA and they seem to really like it. the mom plant isn't doing great after the transfer but the babies love it. I have a grow lightto keep them not looking sparse and I feed them this every other watering cycle.
This is most definitely going on my wishlist for the holidays- love it!
There are still some available on Amazon, I just bought a bag few weeks ago https://www.amazon.com/Roowarke-Lechuza-Pflanzsubstrat-Liter-19562/dp/B08J7WKFR7/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?crid=2OSGO288970A9&keywords=lechuza+pon&qid=1654308036&sprefix=lechuza%2Caps%2C282&sr=8-4
I can't find it there but found a few similar ones on Amazon. Can you verify which is the closest, in your opinion?

(But neither is close to $10 LOL)
You can grow it in sphagnum. I have a few in sphagnum. The link below is to the bale that I buy. It’ll last forever
SuperMoss (22330) Orchid Sphagnum Moss Dried, Natural, 2.1lbs Small Bale https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BR1B1H2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_XJ7EKQSCASGF6DBF69RM?psc=1
Led Grow Light for Indoor Plants and Potted Plants 3 Heads Timing Planting Lights (3/9/12 Hour Timer) Full Spectrum, 10 Switching Modes and 3 Spectral Modes(No AC Adapter) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0872M2BNW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_JCKP0W3Q3GQCE8SW2EB7 Here’s the Amazon link of the exact lights I got, one of the arms on a single lamp has non-functioning red or blue lights (can’t remember which) and there’s no automatic timer which is my biggest turn off for these lights. Message me if you’re still interested 😁
I have a ludisia already.
Mine is doing well enough on a dark shelf under a cheap grow light in a dark corner that its got me looking for more jewels. Good luck with yours!!
(the light is similar to this with one bar per shelf 8 or nine inches above the top of the plant if that helps: https://www.amazon.com/Mosthink-Dimmable-Gardening-Seedlings-Greenhouse/dp/B07QHYKZQF/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=led+grow+light+usb&qid=1619712557&sr=8-5)
There are literally dozens of us using this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.faliro.plantswapp. It might give you some ideas.
That’s not a bad problem to have ;) I also just ordered these: 4 Inch Cylinder Ceramic Plant Pots with Connected Saucer (6 Pack, White) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081YBXR8J/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_LbtLFb2DEVY6W?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 and was pleasantly surprised how cute and perfect they were for what I wanted.
It's a 27 watt CFL (120 watt equivalent) that I got on Amazon. This is just winter seating. The windowsills get too cold even with newer windows. It's not a long term solution, but it keeps them happy enough for a few months.
I’ve got a bunch of terra cotta pots, but they’re sliiiigghtly under 4”. Or, get them from the source: [58 Pack] 3.7" Terracotta Pot Planter Nursery Pots https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0859YVYDD/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_EpfLFbRHBGXZR
Do you have any pictures?

That's the exact humidifier. We've had it for about 5 months of minor usage. We came across something that requires alot of humidity so we got a larger humidifier. Nothing wrong with this one.
** Edit** Also meant to include this in the box https://imgur.com/gallery/Dbxra0o So the box would include... -1 burgundy ficus -1 little spider plant -2 rooted p Brasil cuttings -2 rooted peperomia obtusifolia variegatas with new growth - all of this pictured marble queen pothos -all of this pictured solid green pothos
I have a bunch of random rooted plants left over that I would like to trade as one box, ill cover shipping. In exchange for a bag of Leca or if you dont have leca you could order this to my address ... 2lbs https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GN9A6LK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_sh2DFbVR93C66 (if this isn't allowed on this sub let me know and I'll remove that link.)
The 3 monstera's I'm open to any and all trades as long as you are willing to meet up somewhere in chester county PA. I simply don't have room for them.

These are the two sets that I have. They are pretty much identical. They could probably be a bit stronger for some of my cactus and succulents but my hoyas and peps love them. I originally bought red/blue but they gave me a terrible headache.
Thank you! use these paint pens. They have colour packs as well. After drawing your design on, you let it cure for 24 hours then pop it in the oven for an hour and you're good to go. :)
Oh man, check these out! not to shill for them too hard lol but I can't even express how much I love those silly needles. I also was shocked to find interchangeable sock needles and figured they must suck because of how much I'd heard about how the join would just be too small to work etc but no, they are the best. It's a great sock set in general but the mini cables just make magic loop so easy!
I agree though, whatever needles you use, two at a time socks are so cool. Plus I tend to not knit off patterns much so I'd be in trouble if I had to try to replicate the first sock after it was done, haha!
Amazon! I hade a rose gold one I was using for something else a while back and had given it away when I didn’t need it. Then regretted it when I realized I could have used it for my plants so my mom gave me one of hers! I’ll post the link! Just search rolling cart on amazon, Wallmart,or target and they should have sole different ones. SimpleHouseware Heavy Duty 3-Tier Metal Utility Rolling Cart, Turquoise https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08572JZLR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_QlpaFbJ1TVKEZ
Saw a couple people over on r/houseplants recommend this Triostar on Amazon. Just ordered it myself!
They’re part of a box set! I picked them up for ‘Postcards to Voters’ in 2017, then promptly lost them (naturally). Found em in our recent move and can’t get enough of em!
You can buy them here! (not an affiliate link, just a direct one to amazon)
I've got a huge rack of tropicals and succulents that I'm over-wintering together. It's a delicate dance.
What size T8? I've got a 4 footer 8 bulb (6500k).
I think Summer Rayne Oakes recommended some auto watering stakes in one of her videos. Maybe that would help some of them?
