Merch Store: https://teespring.com/stores/likeabox-merch-store-6
I have a a listing called: LIKEABOX Tier 3 Merch that holds the best design I can offer and have 4 sold items but the URL is broken and doesn't show up. it is a listing but not "active". I also have another listing called: LIKEABOX Tier 2 Merch that has already sold 2 shirts but again the same applies. it doesn't show up. There is another listing that has the same name and does show up but it doesn't have any sold items. Almost like a duplicate listing? Something happening to the URL of my store and I have no idea how to get the listings back into the store and this mess sorted out.
Thank you so much for your response and interest in getting this resolved.
This their statement on the website:"
We’ve been working on our eco-friendly agenda since the company's inception in 2011. With the fashion industry dumping over 92 million tons of solid waste into landfills each year, Teespring’s on-demand business model provides a significant solution for reducing waste. Our entire operation revolves around products that are created on demand (i.e. after an order is placed)—enabling us to avoid overproduction, textile waste, and only source supplies as needed. In the rare occurrence we have unusable inventory, usually due to damaged goods or misprints (note Teespring has some of the lowest misprint rates in the industry), our team aims to recycle or donate these items as much as possible.Apart from our eco-friendly business model, we’ve made other enhancements to reduce our environmental impact over time. We’ve established an entirely paperless operation at our production facility in the U.S. and we’re working to reduce and terminate paper usage with our global partners too. We have eliminated double-packaging across our global fulfillment network, which has reduced plastic output by millions of plastic bags per year! Moving forward, we are committed to on-going research into eco-friendly products and packaging opportunities to further support conscious commerce on our platform."

Yes, this makes sense, however as you can see in the picture, I'm simply using white text. The image presented isn't that large so I guess you can't really see the pixelation that well, but when hovering over the product image on Teespring, the text definitely seems blurry. Here it is: https://teespring.com/smhily-sleeve-print-sweater?tsmac=store&tsmic=smhily&pid=879&cid=103819.
Does this happen often with preview renders? Like I said, I don't know if changing to CMYK would make any difference as I'm only using white (#ffffff).
Thanks for the reply btw, I really appreciate it.
It seems like you're exporting your designs in jpg which does not support transparent backgrounds like png. I found an article on how to export paint3d files in png, hope it helps.
LaaksoDesign, just the logo of the company I'm gonna try to start :) I just made 2 more designs:
I'm new to designing but I'm doing my best to make it look good! ;D
