I have a paid subscription and use it every day so definitely worth it. If you have friends/family that you can share with then it is an even better deal (by splitting the cost with up to 5 separate accounts with the same address).

I bought a TCL 615 from Amazon a few years ago and have been happy with it. It's a Roku tv, as it uses the Roku operating system. It gives you most apps you would want on a TV - Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, etc.
There's a TCL with a soundbar on Amazon now, but there may be better deals near Black Friday (https://www.amazon.ca/TCL-Class-Mini-LED-Vision-Google/dp/B0BF5JQ5NR). It's not a Roku one, but it's Android TV, which should be about the same. Someone more familiar with that can chime in though.
There are alot of overlapping trails. Blue / red / yellow are the hiking ones.
Any other colours you might have seen are either : the biking trails, the snowmobile trails, or future trail paths (I have a map or centennial park trails that indicate future trail paths)
Yes and yes. I have traveled the country because of and with it. Sadly almost no one in tbay accepts it other than me and ohmbase. I've made money by trading, yes. I'm as far as I know the best way to get bitcoin (or most other valuable cryptocurrencies, via https://shapeshift.io ) in thunder bay. I'm not from thunder bay originally so most of the people I know who use it are not from here, both users and nonusers.
edit missing not
Amazon. Everywhere in town is overpriced to shit.
Are you having the air bag evaluated to see if it was fake? https://www.nhtsa.gov/equipment/air-bags or was it one with a recall? http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/news/2016/05/everything-you-need-to-know-about-the-takata-air-bag-recall/index.htm
For anyone (like me) who sometimes forgets garbage day, and when recycling is:
The city has a handy little app that will remind you the night before! It tells you if they're collecting garbage, recycling, or yard waste, and will remind you if the date has changed (like in this instance).
Replace your POS tbaytel router with an aftermarket one.
I am surprised that no one in this thread has told you to do so.
If you have an android phone/tablet, download wifi analyzer from the playstore and check to see how much noise is in your area.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=abdelrahman.wifianalyzerpro
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.farproc.wifi.analyzer
both of these are great options.
I doubt it's the fibre that's terrible in your home, it's probably shitty wifi. If you're on Android, install this FOSS app from the playstore to do a site check to see how much noise is in your area, and how strong your home signal is. if your signal is garbage, then I would recommend you replace your router with this as it will vastly increase your coverage area. If there is a lot of noise, then you are going to have to change channels to one that isn't as populated. Lastly, if for some stupid reason they installed it in your mechanical room, which is what they seem to do for some god forsaken fucking reason (laziness), make an appointment to have them come and move it to somewhere more centrally located (I do not think just running cat 6e from the box will work). Just because the mechanical room is where it comes in from the wall, doesn't mean it should be there as it's usually the furthest corner of the house from everything.
I have a few friends in this situation where Tbaytel's contractors installed it in their mechanical room and left the router there and they all complained about shitty internet. Moving their router from that stupid fucking location and putting it more into the house, solved it (except for the person with plaster walls, but that's a different technical situation).
You can read about it more in this book: Lawyers Gone Bad - https://www.amazon.ca/Lawyers-Gone-Bad-Madness-Profession/dp/0143056107
Also, I recall the Thunder Bay podcast talked about his case
I use 'White Noise Lite'. It's free for android and iPhone and has loads of sounds to pick from. It says it contains ads, but I've never noticed them. I like that it has an alarm built into the app and a timer so you could set the sounds for a set time and then they turn off.
I know you said you don’t want to buy online but we have this one for our baby and it’s amazing.

If you speak English, do the following:
Take a 120 hour English teach certificate like this one... https://www.groupon.com/deals/international-open-academy-787
Download an app called Palfish, and register to teach. They will request a 20 min video of you teaching an imaginary student.
The kids are in China, so you will be working a lot of late nights and evenings. The weekends are very busy.
You can easily make $200 or $300 a week doing this. Itll pay the Bills. You just need a smartphone and a willingness to try something new.
You can do it.
Kakabeka Falls Provincial Park is about 30 min drive from Thunder Bay. Ask about the portage trail that leads to the Little Falls. The campside of the park has some great ski trails that make for good walks/runs in the summer.
There's also a beach. Doesn't cost much for a day pass but if you're clever enough you dont need to pay for parking
I have used (and had various failures with) an obscene number of trail cameras in the past decade, and to be honest the best value I have found are the generic ones you can get on Amazon - for example https://www.amazon.ca/Zopu-Activated-Waterproof-Wildlife-Scouting/dp/B07TL9ZF3T/ref=sr_1_17?crid=2EEL63OJQN7E8&keywords=trail%2Bcamera&qid=1642605753&sprefix=trail%2Bcamera%2Caps%2C176&sr=8-17&th=1.

Is the type of replacement kits if searching. Was just a quick search so might be better.
If your coax is in good shape you could try a coax to ethernet converter at each end and put in another mesh unit hardwired in the garage. Something like this: ethernet to coax converter YMMV, but probably a viable option.
I have a network cable running to a wireless access point: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0781YXFBT/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_dl_VSW6Y6DW7PDBM6FYZEXS?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
The access point It's on the other side of the house from the tbaytel system, so there are no dead spots.
Running a cable is a pain, but if you put one of these closest to your garage, it should help.
Better yet, run a cable to your garage, and put this inside it.
I have also used power line adapters to get signal to a garage if it's on the same meter, and too far/inconvenient to run a cable. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0781YXFBT/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_dl_VSW6Y6DW7PDBM6FYZEXS?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
hi u/cutflower,
Here is a link to a book that you may find helpful in the meantime while you search out the appropriate services for you or while you are on a waiting list. It is based on research about what strategies and coping skills are known to be most effective in helping adults with ADHD. As with anything, this is a general recommendation and you should seek out professional therapeutic support related to your specific needs.

Oddly enough I have thought of making my own post here looking for my favorite ramen noodles:
https://www.amazon.com/Baijia-Instant-Noodles-Original-Flavor/dp/B004HYYOB6
Both Walmart and the Superstore use to carry variations of this brand but neither have had it for a while. I don't know if it is pandemic related, but the Superstore use to have a large variety of ramen but not anymore. I can't even find glass noodles (potato vermicelli) anymore
Winter nights always seem to be best, especially when there is no moon.
I have an app that notifies me when I may be able to see them. It’s called My Aurora Forecast & Alerts.
How old are you man? Just wondering if we're around the same age. I'd love to give it a shot, I've got a new mic that I want to try out too!
