Be careful in excluding iodized salts as they are pretty much the only source of iodine for most Americans and iodine is essential. Unless you are eating a lot of kelp, seaweed or fish, you could end up with a goiter, cysts or hypothyroidism. Even iodized salts lose their iodine after a few years, so it may be helpful to store kelp flakes/powder/pills if you are storing in bulk.
Source: I ended up with a golf ball sized cyst and hypothyroidism from not getting enough iodine
Edit: this kelp is freeze dried and will likely last longer: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082XFS5QS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_XDfkFbB05HXQX
I've had good results with these:

They stack well and the clamp-on lid seems solid. The plastic isn't super thick, I had some of the larger ones too in the same style that cracked.
Dry-canning things like grains and pasta in is easy and bug-proof. I usually freeze the goods at least overnight to kill any eggs then seal them in clean Mason jars.
I bought this for camping, but it would suit at the perfect survival stove. All you need are sticks and matches. It worked great on our trip.

I have two of these
I searched "butane to propane adapter"
On Amazon, two options

https://www.amazon.com/Jeebel-Camp-Adapter-Extension-Propane/dp/B085WSHG8H/
There are also adapters that go from the one pound cans to the larger units.
P.S. - Welcome back. I do understand the necessity of pulling back and concentrating on the most important aspects of life. As great as any online experience can be, real life is paramount. All the best to you.
And I'm happy you have made time for this sub. It is appreciated. J.
I just looked up the Kelly kettle. It looks like a solid piece of prep.
You could always buy some cheap risers on Amazon. They're easier to move around

I’ve kicked the micro greens around since last summer when my wife showed me some at the farmer’s market. I spoke with the guy for a while and learned that there are starter kits online. I did find this book on Amazon, too:

I’ve been kicking around a vertical hydroponic garden, that’s what led me to testing the UV lamp in the first place.
Amazon sells clip on grow lights or little lights to stand on a counter, if a window option doesn’t work for you. My windows either don’t allow enough light in or we don’t have space to put the plants where we do get decent light.
Wanted to do a test drive with an inexpensive lamp. We've done a lot of patio gardens in the past, but living in Colorado, had to wait a little for the planting. This year, we didn't wait. I got this from Amazon, next day delivery. Here's the link
