So something like this?

It is from “the total wiresless store” on Amazon. They will send you the current / lastest version. I think the other listing are just old and so the descriptions are out of date.
I have 4 lines with them and NEVER had any issues upgrading a phone. Takes 10 minutes online, the "4 hour to add a line" is unheard of.
The performance is on par with my friend's Verizon. The fact that you had a bad experience and then generalize that everyone will have that experience "Don’t fall for their cheap prices " is just... childish. And without proof.
Here is a speedtest that I have just run right now:
Bought an Unlocked Verizon compatible from Amazon. Tried to get it to work on TotalWireless, no go. Kept calling and was told IMEI is invalid.

Never once did anyone say you needed a new SIM card. I kept calling CSR agents and asking them to enable CDMA-Less roaming on my account, kept being told there is no such thing, and the phone is not compatible, and too bad and go away.
Went to Verizon, gave them the IMEI, was told no go, it's a non-CDMA phone and is not compatible on their network.
Then I find threads like this. On mine, with my existing TotalWireless Sim installed, I couldn't edit APN entries or nothing. option wasn't presented when using an existing SIM card. Didn't figure buying a new SIM would work, since, TotalWireless needs a VALID IMEI to activate a SIM card, this phone doesn't have it, dead end to me.
I suggest looking at the renewal dates of your line, your wifes line, and your mom/brothers plan... and consider whatever date saves you the most money... your one line plan is only $35/mo so giving up days on that plan is less costly than giving up days on your mom/brothers $60/mo 2-line plan... etc. also you will need a couple of days left on your wife's plan to make sure that it transfer before the service expires so as to avoid possibly loosing her number (if a plan expires before you transfer the number you could loose it). Once you figure out a good day to make the switch then purchase/apply the new 4 line plan to your totalwireless account and contact totalwireless via chat to move your mom/brothers line to your account. they will ask some questions like their phone numbers and pin number before they can move the lines over. Finally initiate the transfer of your wife's line whenever the time is right... not sure if you are planing on ordering a new phone for your wife or using her existing one (must be unlocked and Verizon compatible). If you are using her existing phone you will need a sim for your wife's line and I suggest getting the one for $1 at Amazon...https://www.amazon.com/eGift-Promotion-Total-Wireless-Prepaid/dp/B072FTW1MB
