I bought this book and started my first list today. The first list is about what makes me happy right now, and then it's encouraging me to take action and try to make one item on the list a daily practice.
I haven't decided what to make a daily practice yet, but I did realize going out to dinner with certain friends is making me happy right now, so I have set up dinners with both of them!
Definitely put money into a retirement fund, but stocks are somewhat expensive right now... it’s awesome that your stocks are worth so much, but people investing now are (generally) buying at (comparatively) high prices. Everyone’s risk tolerance is different, and I am no expert by any means whatsoever, but if you’re interested in stocks, check out The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham, The Essays of Warren Buffet, and the Investment Checklist by Michael Shearn. These books were required reading in a finance class I took at university over the summer and totally changed my outlook on buying/selling stocks.
Finesse, I think. I'll go check my Amazon history
I was really close. "Finess. I bought some and tried one.

Bidets are amazing. You can get attachments for around $30 on amazon that don't affect the toilet itself (if you're renting or whatever).
I bought the one with the "ladies" nozzle when my ex husband moved out (I let him have the one I linked because I thought an upgrade would be nice). I don't think it's necessary, you can just lean to get that area. Regardless, it's useful for 100% of poops, not just the gross ones. Also useful for cleaning up after sexy times :P
I hope you feel better!!
I've been reading Hinamatsuri. It's a Japanese comic about what happens if a member of the Yakuza has his fatherly instincts kickstarted when he ends up with a girl who has psychokinetic powers.

I've also been reading an ARC of "The Best Bad Things" by Katrina Carrasco about a lady trained by the Pinkerton Detective Agency (technically classified as crime fiction).
My niece is seven and my sister still uses her old diaper bag whenever a purse isn't enough.
Edit: I talked to her and it's just a messenger bag she used for diapers. Still, hers has over seven years of almost daily use and is still in great shape. Amazon link.
As far as the drug, which one did they want you to take? And if you have chronic acid reflux, called GERD, you really should take the drug. Not sure where you’re at and what kind of drug they wanted you to take, but if you don’t get it under control you can get Barrett’s esophagus.
Drugs aren’t all bad and you honestly shouldn’t have to suffer.
I highly recommend a TENS unit. It's used in physical therapy and really helped my SI joint/hip pain. This is the one I use and it's great because it has so many attachments you can really get the hip from all sides.
Sorry I completely forgot I posted this. The one day I don't go on reddit at all and people are actually interest in my chairs.
Those look comfy. It's always nice to play games in chairs that don't make my butt completely numb.
Oh yes, it can feel exactly like an assault on your body, along with all the symptoms of a serious trauma. The extra sense of vulnerability can bring on a regressive mental state.. meaning you feel like a lost little kid. :( Do things that give you a sense of power.
I'm going to give you a link to a product but not because I profit in anyway. LOL It's one way to return some personal power. https://www.amazon.com/Cheetah-Elite-Force-Stun-Gun/dp/B018PSI9XS
There are also break in prevention tricks that help return your sense of security. Powerful actions are very healing. <3
