Your PCP should refer you to an Audiologist.
I did this recently myself. The VA referred me out for community care but I ended up not being happy with them, so the VA pulled it back internal and I saw a VA Audiologist who was much better.
The VA provides really good hearing aids.
Also, the Aud recommended the Resound Relief app as far better than any of the tinnitus programs built into hearing aids.

Yeah that sounds like candida. One easy thing to try is oil of oregano pills https://www.amazon.com/Oreganol-P73-Super-Strength-Softgels/dp/B078SMNPCZ/ref=mp_s_a_1_15?dchild=1&keywords=oil+of+oregano&qid=1606171966&sr=8-15 Don’t try the liquid it’s gross. They really help to eradicate candida and other bacteria in your gut. I’m not a doctor and this is not medical advice. Just something that worked for me.
Always enjoy reading these. This is some stuff I’m working up on a man I was fortunate to know. One of the absolute finest true gentlemen that I’ve ever met. He loved soldiers with all of his heart and would do anything to help absolutely anyone.
A short summary, Cecil enlisted in WWII. Served in N. Africa, fought in the Italian Campaign, and here he moved up to acting unit First Sergeant. By “moved up” I mean everyone else was dead. US Rifle Companies went from full strength to 8-10 members overnight. Cecil was later given a Battlefield Commission. Cecil’s bars were pinned on by GEN Patton along with several others. Cecil had told me what GEN Patton had said. Unfortunately I don’t recall the exact words, but it was something to the extent of “You boys need to get back up their and whoop there ass..” lol. Cecil went on to fight through the rest of the European campaign and remained in the US Army serving as part of the occupation force in both Germany and Japan. Cecil retired from the US Army as MAJ/O4.

I like to share this, as I’ve met people that have known Cecil for all the good things that he had done in his life. Church, Boy Scouts, Meals-On-Wheels, whatever; but they never knew anything about his military service.
If you or anyone need a help to hear from another what to expect. Please share this quick guide

That's a good idea, I had completely forgotten about inserts. I tried the expensive custom made ones but didn't like them so I have been using 10 seconds 3210 motion control insoles (Use to be New Balance) and they have been awesome for me!
This is the adapter I use and it's been super reliable: https://www.amazon.com/OBi200-1-Port-Adapter-Support-Service/dp/B00BUV7C9A/ref=sr_1_3?crid=2KJLOZ0PX9L2X&keywords=obi+200+google+voice&sprefix=obi+20%2Caps%2C79&sr=8-3
VTSAX and chill…
I’d also recommend the “MrMoneyMustache” forums/blog. Look for user “Nords”, he literally wrote a book on military financial independence.
Tbh the jackets suck. I'd rather wear the old shit with the liner. They should just issue these,
I hate hearing vets getting stuck with ER medical bills. I saw this Veteran Medical Alert Card on facebook and now I tell as many vets as I can about it.
Check it out: https://www.amazon.com/Veteran-Medical-Alert-Card-Information/dp/B0B21ZJJMW
It has the number you need to call so someone can call on your behalf if you can't. We shouldn't get stuck with bills because we miss a 72 hour notification window. Protect Yourself brother!
Any medical provider that accepts Medicare is required by law to accept CHAMPVA. I'm 100% as well and I got my wife this card I saw on Amazon to keep with her just in case.

Man - I hope you are alright. But after seeing your story about waking up in the ER, I saw this card, got one, and thought you could use it too.

If you were seen for back strain, claim that.
Then include your current diagnosis.
