Anyway, image is from a chinese manhua called "My girlfriend is a gamer" by Xian jun (闲君), which I couldn't find on MAL or MangaUpdates. So here's the link to the Mangadex page. (It's shoujo ai btw, and the girl in the pic isn't the gamer one).

I don't know enough about what a Chromebook can run, but it is based on the Ren'py engine, so it ports really easily. There are official versions for Mac, Windows, and Linux here. A quick google search makes it seem like Chromebooks use Android apps (or can at least sideload them), so here is an unofficial copy that I found of the game for android.
